Do not use this company. I had considered writing a review immediately after the transaction but decided not to thinking maybe our transaction was just an exception. However, as in the proverbial straw that broke the camels back, one more issue just arose 2 months later following the completion of the transaction. The best way to explain Rusty is through an email between myself and a local Big Sky/Bozeman resident.First Email, Between us two, I would never recommend his business to anyone. Too many errors and issues. I had to write the agreement that we signed because what he proposed was horrible. If I had signed it as written and a rock crushed him the next day, my property could have been legally transferred to his family by a will or by intestate succession.Reply Email, I agree. Will never recommend him in the future and will let others in my office know of the experience.
