Absolutely amazing downtown Bozeman venue. My husband and I got married here a couple years ago and it was perfect. The rooms to get ready in were big, bright and clean. The space transitioned smoothly from a beautiful ceremony set-up to a fun and spacious dinner reception with room for lots of dancing! The staff was professional and helpful and the price was wonderful! I was thrilled with this venue and would absolutely recommend it!

We have hosted our Christmas Party for Medical Eye Specialists at the Baxter the last 2 years. They provided everything we needed, including decorations. It was so easy and we look forward to using them again. Cant go wrong with their team!

We held our company party there. The room and staff were great. Food was catered through Ted’s. Aimee coordinated everything for us so that it was easy. We will definitely do it again.

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner in the Baxter ballroom in June 2019, and it was just PERFECT! It is such a stylish and elegant venue; the built-in bar is really fun, too. Working with the team at the Baxter was a breeze, and they were incredibly accommodating. I couldnt recommend this venue more highly.

The Baxter Hotel Ballroom was the perfect place for my offices Holiday Party. We opted to decorate the room ourselves but had lots of help from Aimee and the catering staff. From music in the lobby to beautiful decorations as you walked up to the Ballroom, The Baxter really set the tone for a wonderful evening enjoying drinks and dinner with our co-workers. Thank you Aimee and staff for making our Holiday Party one to remember!

Cold broccoli, salmon burger fell apart. We had a great server however. His name was Conner I believe and he was the only one working for a lot of tables. We got such good service !

Our event at the Baxter was fantastic! This venue is elegant and warm, the staff were wonderful and easy to work with, and every detail was taken care of with great and timely communication along the way!

The Baxter Ballroom was the PERFECT venue for our event! We are so grateful to the staff at the Baxter for their professionalism, patience and assistance... from our first call to inquire about availability and cost, to the many calls, questions and plan changes that followed, to their support on the actual night of our event! Add to that a facility that is beautiful and fully appointed and youve got all the ingredients for a magical event.We felt the cost was reasonable for what we received - expert and professional assistance, a gorgeous venue, amenities including a staffed bar, coat room, kitchen, tables, chairs and clean up by their staff - we couldnt have asked for more!

Mandy Connelley the Director of Event Services was absolutely a pleasure to work with during our event. With over 100 people in attendance she maintained a very professional demeanor and outstanding customer service. Our committee would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a great environment and excellent service!

While I LOVE the Bacchus pub, I wouldnt recommend living in the hotel space upstairs. While the location is top notch, the property management could use some serious work. Over the 14 months I lived here, the hallway floor was concrete due to flooding that happened prior to my move in. The parking situation is also horrendous, youll find Ted & Bacchus employees parking in your spots! And whats up with the graffiti in the lower parking level? Sketch. Beware living here, but enjoy the heck out of it if you dont!

I have had many, many happy experiences in the Baxter over the past forty-plus years. I have appreciated some changes, and not others. I miss the old booths in the Baccus Pub, and the Rocky Mountain Pasta Company, but the Pub did keep the wonderful carved wooden heads, and Teds restaurant is dandy. The staff has been very helpful with recent events in the Ballroom. All in all, the Baxter is one of my favorite places in the world.

Beautiful hotel. Did not stay here, but I want to. For chill drinks and food it is great.

Fantastic venue. Love the location - close t Teds and all the downtown life. Dont miss out on the passion fruit chocolate at LA Chalatine in the lobby!

We held our first client appreciation gathering in the Willson Suite at the Baxter. You can’t go wrong with the Baxter’s 19th century architecture, and the era is reflected in the furnishings and décor of the suite. Even the bathroom, which is tucked away off the cozy lounge, is elegant. This was our first event of its kind so we were a little anxious, but the hospitality director, Aimée, was available to answer all our questions during planning, reassure us, make suggestions, and make sure we’d checked everything off. Anna, the calm and capable event assistant, checked in with us often throughout the party. From start to finish, we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience at the Baxter.

This is a great hotel with a lot of culture. I really like the top floor event space.

My daughters wedding was beautifully done at the Baxter excellent service from staff.

Teds Montana Grill is pretty good.

Their giant neon light was relit recently to shine over bozemans perfect evenings. This is a taint on the perfect serenity of bozemans nightscape. A disgusting pollution, for the purpose of Look, we are here! Also, not a hotel. Avoid this building, and maybe throw a rock or two.

Lobby Restaurant in restored old hotel serves top-notch salads for lunch.............................................
