Always clean and organized to me. The employees are always pleasant. I usually only go for the garden center, so I’m not super sure about the rest of the store.

Nobody knows what they are doing, I waited 30 minutes for someone to help me with the intercom constantly saying “customer assistants to home decor” for about 10 minutes. Bill S on the other hand was a very pleasant and willing employee! Out of about 10 people that said I would have to come back he helped me out. He didn’t even work in home decor and still was willing to try to help me and figure out how to fix the situation! Moral of this review is that if you go to Lowe’s find Bill S! Five star review for Bill! Zero stars for Lowe’s!

Cody Baker at the Bozeman store was more than just helpful. He stayed later in his shift to ensure we had a great experience. He said he was just doing his job and that the customer comes first. He went the extra mile in service for us, answering all our questions about the storm doors, and even helping us load the door into our daughters explorer. A tight fit but we got it in. Seems like no one inside working wants to help a consumer looking for items.The employees did not cross reference my pick up and therefore loaded the wrong item.It was 2 hours drive one-way.The did pay for my fuel, but double check your item numbers, even if they dont.

Worst experience in my life! Very disappointed. I ordered a shower door through Lowes. The door came missing a number of pieces . . . no big deal, I thought. Ill just let Lowes know and theyll make it right. Nope, 2 months later, Im still trying to get help and my shower is still torn apart. Issues include: total lack of communication, half the time when I call customer service the system hangs up on me, now Im on person number 4 and still no progress, and finally . . . flat our rudeness. I will never shop at Lowes again! Wish they allowed zero stars.

This store is well stocked, clean, and organized. It does not seem to be negatively impacted by the pandemic too much, as there does not appear to be the shortage of staff or lack of inventory as is evident elsewhere. I found the items I needed, from 3 different departments, and was helped by friendly staff and checked out in less than 30 minutes total.

I like having an alternative to the Big Orange box, but this store always looks a little bit disheveled. Its like the stockers just about got done putting things away, but it looks that way every time I visit. Light bulbs are burnt out, pallets and boxes in the aisles, messy unkept shelves.

I love Lowes just bought cabinets got 30% off great cabinets and they threw in a free one. Then I checked out and got 5% more! Great service!

Lowes is our go to hardware store. When ever we need anything for a home improvement project we shop there first. They also support veterans!

No one seems to know what there doing, but Jeremy and a few others make up for the slack.

Bought a new dishwasher. Died in less than 12 months. Got replaced. Died 2 years later. Been calling the store repeatedly and no associate can even be bothered to pick up the phone.

I love this store. They work so hard to keep up with the incredible fast growth of Bozeman. They work hard at aiming to keep good staff. Carol in flooring, the guys in Windows and Doors, the guys in Lumber — they’re all busting their tails all the time to keep up and get builders what they need.

Recently ordered lines from Lowe’s. Kayla was a superstar in helping us find the right blinds we need for our new home. Excellent customer service too!

The Lowe’s in Bozeman is the very worst Lowe’s I have ever visited. We have purchased from Lowe’s for years all over the US during our projects. Never again!! We will buy anywhere else. The staff has no clue and doesn’t care.

Looking for new flooring. Prices seem reasonable. No one was available to talk to us.

My husband and I purchased vinyl flooring through Lowes along with the installation service, unfortunately this turns out to be one of the worst decisions we could have made. The installation was horrible! There were gaps along the walls were the flooring should have been flush with the walls and other places where the flooring was glued up on the wall. There were tons of large bubbles and a foot long tear that the installers just glued down and did not disclose to us, they specifically stood on top of it when talking to us and having us sign papers so we would not see it. We complained to Lowes and were assured the problem would be fixed. Three months after signing the flooring contract, we finally have our floored installed. We spent two months with half our house being blocked off because we had no floor down in our kitchen, just a bunch of glue. When one has a 10 month old baby, not having a floor is exceptionally difficult! The only way we were ever able to find out what was going on to rectify this frustrating situation was by calling Lowes over and over again, neither they nor the flooring install company ever called us to inform us of what was being done. I honestly feel that if my husband and I hadnt pursued this so doggedly, Lowes and Premier flooring would have happily ignored our complaints. Lowes has always been our first choice when doing home improvement, but after this debacle, we and our families will be taking our business elsewhere.

I love this place!! I own a construction company and theyre my go to for everything. They smash home depots prices on everything Ive ever purchased and its literally right across the street. Go to Lowes!!!

TERRIBLE customer service. Save yourself the anguish of dealing with incompetent people, the corporate wormhole of getting anything done/finding out where your product you ordered that was supposed to be here over a month ago is, and just go next door to Home Depot where someone will actually help you. Happy I did. Won’t ever step foot in another Lowe’s. Home Depot wins.

My custom window order was horribly mismanaged by Lowes. I ordered it on august 21 and it was promised for delivery by October 2. It finally came in on November 9. On September 19 I received an automated message from Lowes saying my window had arrived. I went in the next day to pick it up and found they had the completely wrong window and it had a sticker describing the correct window loosely attached with duct tape. It took them a week to decide to reorder and then they said they could reorder with 2 week turn. But 2 weeks later they had forgotten that they were going to request a fast turn and now it was due on October 30. Lowes spent the last week after October 30 trying to coordinate the shipping truck with their receiving. They kept putting me off one day at a time for over a week.. Their last excuse was that they dont receive from this particular shipper on fridays. I asked their manager Devin if he could make an exception to their receiving schedule because a blizzard was coming on the weekend . Devin told me there was no way he would make an exception for only a $550 window. In a single sentence he summed up his view on customer service. He failed to recognize the value the window has to me with a blizzard coming or the value of doing the right thing to keep a long time customer. Lowes will not be my first choice in the future.

Lowes is awesome. Clean stores. Garden Center is great. You can actually find people at Lowes vs Home Depot at times. Their app telling you what aisle stuff is in too is fantastic.

Went there looking for totes. Found oodles of them. Every size, shape, color. Great prices too! Based on that, my experience at this Lowes was awesome.

This sore is why Amazon does so well… I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have hours to wait for poor or NO service. Another hour long wait for items that were order online hours ago I was told it was ready! I listen to customer service continually request department with no answer. This store continues to get worse.. yikes can’t even order online pickup here!! Had to cancel my online order because after 90 minutes of no service I’m officially done with Lowe’s all together.

We were looking for a specific range that we found at Lowes, however they were out of stock on this particular one and we needed it that day. Sales rep was extremely helpful and offered to have it shipped, and it would be from 7 to 10 business days. Excellent fall back plan, but we decided we needed it that day so we could use it immediately. Otherwise we would have just ordered it. Again very helpful and knowledgeable reps here.

Saw that they had a product online (listed as having 17 in stock at the Bozeman store), went to go get one. Had to ask 3 different people for help, and eventually found out that it doesnt actually exist? Or is missing from the store? Very strange way to waste time, but Ill definitely be going to other hardware stores from now on.

My husband and I went there to get our new washer and dryer. When we got home our washer did not work. Donna in appliances was very helpful and was able to help switch out our washer that did not work for a new one and was able to have it delivered the next day! Donna made sure we were happy and made the process very easy. Thank you!

The employees are wearing masks. The store is huge so distancing is easier than most stores. The staff has always been very helpful. Our cashier at terminal one, Alison was extremely pleasant as well as RayAnn who answered in customer service.If you need housing supplies, gardening, batteries, keys made, tape, glue, even bird seed, I highly recommend Lowes.

If you are not a builder but still doing a significant project, get ready for trouble at Lowes Bozeman. I spent about $7k on appliances, tile, finishings, etc. I had my crew lined out to do the work. Lowes calls me at the 11th hour to tell me they dont have my items in stock. The items are in stock a other Lowes stores several hours away and they will not get it fedexd so i can keep my deadlines. DO NOT depend on lowes for what they say they will do. Lowes: if youre paying attention to reviews, order #23357251 has been a disaster. Your staff in Bozeman was unwilling to do anything to make it right. Unacceptable.

Cindy and Nichole are unwelcoming and disorganized. I recently consoled an individual who had applied and been hired, only to have those two women lash out and ruin her experience. She would never say anything, so I will. I wonder how many other employees have had a similar experience. Forgetting to message a new hire, then becoming flippant when she arrives early. Outright disrespectful language and behavior in a meetings. Shameful.

I contacted the pro desk in Bozeman and talked with Eben. He is a real pro when it comes to knowledge and the willingness to help. I recommend him highly to contractors and customers that need assistance of any kind.

I was looking for outlets to put in our camper. I didnt want plain white or gray. I found an awesome selection of outlets and covers with a metallic finish for a great price.

Ordered on line but when arrived had to go inside and find an employee to get the product. Service was below average.

Terribly disappointed in the Bozeman Mt stores customer service. Me daughter ordered a riding John Deere lawnmower with attachments. She received an email telling her her order was ready for pickup. We drove from Butte to Bozeman (70+ miles) to pick it up. When we got there she was told the certified personnel hadnt had time to put it together yet. They were not working today but would get on it first thing tomorrow and we could pick it up then. Its not like we live down the street and can stop in whenever. No apology...nothing for wasting our time or gas. Will think twice before ordering from them again

Stopped my Lowes today to pick up some sprinkler parts, they usually have the best prices. Store was very messy back in plumbing and their selection is not nearly as good as Murdochs or Home Depot. Went back, could not find the items I was looking for so I decided to ask! I found a young man and said sir can you help me. He said Im busy and went on his way... Wow! Thank you I set my basket of items down and went across the street to Home Depot.LowesPrices- Slightly LowerCustomer Service- Much lower!

This is definitely my favorite of the super large hardware stores. I went in a few days ago to get 9.5 feet of linked chain custom cut. It wwas measured right but unfortunately I didnt measure the right amount I needed and I had to go back for a longer piece. They cheerfully refunded the shorter piece that I had purchased a few days ago. Very helpful staff, by the way.

We chose Lowes because theyre usually cheaper. Their customer service, specifically in the garden center, is awful. They did not help us load heavy paving stones, we had to wait an hour + for help and I was not taken seriously (they tried talking to the men that I was with instead of me, a woman). I called earlier in the week and was told how to place a large order, and when I called day of to place the order, I was told they could not accommodate me. The young man talking to me on the phone was not aware that I could hear him talking to another employee in a very unprofessional and offensive way about me. We wont be shopping there again.
