I had on my mother’s vintage ring that belonged to her mother before her. Ken could not resist cleaning that ring to it’s amazing original brilliance. Charles has been my jeweler for over a decade now. He always knows how to find the right piece and has even helped find custom diamonds and gems and then set them on his settings. The customer service is great and I appreciate their support for the military. I am a customer for life.

My fiancé used the Jewelry Studio for my engagement ring and wedding band and they have been so helpful and lovely every step of the way. He did a custom design with the help of Charles. And when my ring ended up being a little too big (not their fault) they resized it incredibly quickly so I didn’t have to part with it for too long. Fabulous experience! And I LOVE my ring.

We walked into Jewelry Studio on a whim and were warmly greeted by Ken. My wife, Joni, browsed for about 3 minutes before becoming dazzled by an 18kt ring crowned with 3 colored Montana Sapphires. It had been designed by Ken and was truly magnetism at first sight. Since we had not planned such a purchase, we talked with Ken about our backgrounds and similarities, glancing at the ring from time to time. The wonderful service by this warm man, along with this gorgeous piece, finally confirmed the sale. Ethan was a lot of help, I had just came in to get a resize for my brothers cubin link bracelet. As we waited for that, he went through earrings; necklaces; and rings. He gave us a background story of some jewelry. He then helped me find the necklace I wanted and for a great price. I knew next to nothing about jewelry my first time coming in, but Patsy was beyond helpful in explaining each and every detail and answering all my questions. I left my first visit with a good idea of what I wanted in a ring my for partner. Then on my second visit Ken really helped me nail down the details of what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. We found the perfect way to incorporate my family diamonds right along with a new gemstone, and all in a custom white gold ring that fits my partner perfectly. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend this place to anyone!

Very disappointed in the customer service I received here. I took my engagement ring in to be resized (sized down). My fiancé did not get it in town. The owner of the store told me that they were not able to help me and the I would “have a hard time finding anyone in town that would touch that ring.” He was appalled that we did not buy the ring at the shop and made me feel guilty for even coming in to ask if they could resize it. No one should be made to feel this way, especially after a huge life event like getting engaged. :(I totally understand if they only work on product that was bought in their store BUT how the situation was handled was less than professional. I was excited to go in here too and we were hoping to get our wedding bands here. I think we may have to reconsider now.

I came to Charles with a handfull of pictures and an idea of a ring. Charles was able to custom design a two tone engagement ring that exceeded my expectations. He was then able to take it and make equally as great wedding bands to go with it. I was nervous doing a custom piece, but Charles was patient and persistent and attended to our desires. The Jewelry Studio is the best place in town. My husband designed my engagement ring with Charles early this year and its absolutely stunning. I then went in to work with Charles on my wedding band (because my fingers are so small everything need to be custom made) and he was so meticulous about it. He really made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Charles always acknowledges me by name when I walk in for routine cleanings and always takes care of myself and my husband. The jewelry studio has amazing customer service. They sat down with me and designed a custom piece for my mom out of some gems that I had brought in. The date that we needed this piece to be done was only a few weeks after I sat down with them. They had it done a week before the deadline which was awesome, considering how detailed it was. I received a tacori ring that was purchased here for my birthday. The ring was too big so we took it back to get the ring sized correctly. We left the ring about 11:30 pm and received a phone call that it was finished about 2. Its amazing to how fast the service was. I was going back out of town the next morning so I was excited to be able to take my ring with me. Everyone was nice and helpful and the ring fits perfect and is beautiful. I don’t think I could’ve made a better choice when it came to choosing a store.In all, the ring turned out beautiful and my wife was extremely happy, so happy she said yes...of course she did!I returned for another purchase just before my wedding day to purchase the wedding band and experienced the same level of help as the first time. When it’s time to buy the wife jewelry I’ll look no further than Jewelry Studio in the future.

My husband worked with Jewelry Studio to custom design my engagement and wedding rings. They are both stunning and nearly perfect in every way! There was a flaw with my engagement band when they received it from the manufacturer but they were able to fix it with minimal damage to the band, but it did mean they were set back a bit on their deadline. My rings are both extremely unique and very intricate. My do-it-yourselfer husband was very glad to be able to design them start to finish with the guys at Jewelry Studio!

Ken and his family were wonderful to work with. I went in to pick out an engagement ring, for my now wife, and from the minute I walked in they treated me well. I had been into two other shops that same day and the people working barely gave me the time of day. Ken helped me design a ring that my wife loved, respected our budget constraints and is always happy to polish the ring when we get a chance to swing in. I would recommend them for any jewelers needs you might have.

My fiancé got my engagement ring at The Jewelry Studio and did an amazing job picking it out with their help! I’m in love with it, and they have been amazing helping me get it to fit properly (free of charge). Ken and his wife are awesome! They listen to your likes and dislikes and spend as much time as needed getting you the perfect setting. Theyll even color a stone with a marker to give you an idea what a certain stone would look like in the setting. They are not pretentious - down to earth with a great sense of humor. its so much fun to work with them. Even my husband loves going in there - its about the only shop other than hardware stores he likes! ...and who am I to complain about that?!!!
