We love Outwest Furniture! The entire staff was helpful and friendly ESPECIALLY AMANDA who we worked with a lot! We had an entire house to furnish and Amanda got this done for us under budget! This place is amazing. By far the best staff you’ll ever find. So helpful, so friendly and zero, I mean zero pressure. They make sure you leave with the feeling that, if I ever need furniture in the future, I’m checking here first! We were looking at a rug and they were helpful far beyond our expectations. Helpful staff with great affordable selection

Bought 2 chairs, a couch and a love seat from them and within a couple years the leather peeled horrible! This set was suppose to be bonded leather and it is absolutely the worse set I have ever owned. I had this set in my 2nd living room so we hardly ever sat on them so it took a while for us to realize they were falling apart. I called them to let them know about my furniture and they would not replace them for me unless I bought them again. After I sent them all the pictures they tried to tell me it was because of pets and I informed them I absolutely have never had any pets in my house. Would never buy from them again. Sorry you defiantly should have better customer service being that you are a locally owned business. I own 2 businesses and will always make things right with my customer regardless!

My husband and I moved from WA State to Three Forks for work. We got rid of most our furniture to live in an apartment until our house was ready.We walked in one day and within the last several months we’ve furnished our bedroom and our great room. It was a lot of fun having custom furniture made. Our house feels like a home with all the great stuff we’ve bought.They have absolutely beautiful furniture, art and great decorations.The STAFF is amazing and NO pressure sales!I’m excited when I walk into Outwest Furniture! I love this store. The quality and variety of well priced furniture is great. But my favorite things are the local craft art and furnishings. I go in every couple months just to see what is new.

Excellent service and great selection. If you’re looking for quality furniture at a great price, this is the place. It is also a great place to buy locally made furniture. We purchased two bedroom sets, a couch, loveseat and chair, and a dining table, along with several other pieces over the last two years. All made in America and most of it from local builders. Great selection of furniture for the younger demographic trying to furnish a home without taking out a loan! Also the selection of hand crafted pieces is the best in the valley by far!

Sold us a couch and armchair- told us they were leather and would only get better looking with age. In fact, they were vinyl. The vinyl wore off down to the fabric backing in two years. (no pets- only one resident using it). When owner was told about the situation, she said, Well it was made in China. You could try to call them. It is not possible to have it re-upholstered- because the cushions are attached to the couch and who would throw good money after bad? $2000 down the drain. Dont be fooled. I always try to shop locally- but not this place.

Great selection of quality furniture. Most of the other furniture stores in Bozeman seem to be either terrible particle board construction or incredibly expensive targeted at rich buyers in big sky or the Yellowstone club.Outwest has things for a range of price points and the staff are very helpful. They are not on a commission system; theyre not bothering you constantly as you walk around the store but they have a lot of information if you want it. I also love that the real prices are actually on the furniture. There isnt a massive markup just so they can pretend to be offering huge discounts while you wonder if youre getting a good deal.As only slightly obsessive people we went to every single furniture store in Bozeman before buying a sectional from outwest. Save yourself the same trouble stress we went through.
