I would give zeros stars if I could. I have never experienced a physicians office who communicates so poorly. It is really unfortunate this is the only place to go in the area. Just aweful. They rarely answer the phone (it goes directly to voicemail), they take forever to return you call (even after multiple messages) and they don’t do what they say they are going to do. My boyfriend is going on 2 months of not being able to sleep because he doesn’t have all the parts to his CPap machine. The hospital needs to take a long hard look at this part of their business.

I went to visit a seriously ill friend and stopped at the first floor nurses station to find out which room she was in. The two people there were very dismissive and assured me she WASNT in the hospital. She was. It makes me very unhappy that I didnt get to see her and she could really have used friends at a very difficult time. When I pressed them they became irritated. Part of healing is the support given by friends during the dark times. I wont forget their indifference. It leaves a very bad impression of the hospital when they cant find a patient...

The doctors and nurses are great. The financial department, billing, pretty much every office position in this hospital is ran like a circus show. They continuously loose everything, screw up appointment schedules, they cant even keep track of what bills are for what or when.trying to figure out why you have 19 $213 bills from 2016 when you only had one visit the entire year is pretty much an impossibly task. No matter how many payment plans you set up, get ready for a call 2 months later for another bill that needs to be payed, that they didnt have submitted in time before setting up your last or last 13 payment plans...Cant afford what they want you to pay? Oh theyll work with you... they will cut ur payment by $3.00 a year go help you out, they are so nice..... (sarcasm). Well if you dont work or are a college student, thats about the only people they will make pay reductions for.Honestly, if youre not in a life threatening situation, drive to billings. At least billings offices have there heads pulled halfway out of there bums.Whoever runs this hospital financial system. I wish you a painful, brutal, long and drawn out life. But one in which you give up the job you so suck at now. Im fairly sure my dog could run that circus show better. And he eats trash...Or maybe wish u would just train your office people how to use a simple excel spreadsheet program to organize... or anything would be an improvement to the lack of organization. A sharpie with notes written on forearms would beat whichever system youre obviously not using as of now. There is my honest review.

They do not provide any paid time off or vacation days for their security department. Security works 365 days a year and doesnt receive a single vacation day; how is that not renegotiated into the contract?

Since its make over this hospital and its clinics have become less bedside friendly. They way myself and my children have been treated is unacceptable I walked out after a night in the ER with my 3year old son where a nurse let us sit in a room where my son was burning of a fever for 3 hours because I would not put him down for her to forcefully hold him on the bed to swab him for the flu! I held him in my arms after arguing with her about it to swab him. Very very disappointed in the changes that have been made to this hospital, and its clinics we have been patrons for over 7 years and this is NOT ok.

Beware of the billing department. They rude, wont let you get a word in edge-wise, will make excuse after excuse as to why the cant help you, contradict themselves, then theyll dictate payment; 20% of the bill so they can have it paid in 5-months. They have the typical credit-card company, its my way or the highway attitude. And thats AFTER insurance paid. Paying bills on their website is virtually worthless. You cant log in half the time and when you do, you have to set up each and every bill. Your account is NOT consolidated online which is the mistake I made. There is a high risk that something will go to collection because of their incompetence. Now Im making brutal payments and will be living off of beans and rice for the next five months with the hope nothing lands on my credit report.

If you have to actually call the financial department, your options are to wait on hold for a really long time or leave a message that will never be returned. Plan accordingly.

No real problems with doctors and nurses but they need to fire their accounting team, delete all their software, and start from scratch with a billing system that actually works. Their online system doesnt communicate with their in-office people. Their in-office people dont communicate with the auto-mailing department. So when we set up a payment plan online and started making payments we were wrong to think that was good enough, soon we started getting you have 10 days before your account goes to collections in the mail for the bills we were already making payments on. When we call their billing department about this most of them have no access to our account info. After going through the trouble of setting up payments AND getting hold of the right person so they stop telling us were going to collections, suddenly 6 months after treatment we get another bill from a different doctor and have to start the process over. A few weeks after our second bill arrived we were already receiving DELINQUENCY notices on it, despite having already spent 30 minutes on the phone working out our payment plan. It doesnt matter what human you talk to, their system doesnt care and keeps sending false and out-dated bills threatening collections or delinquency. We purposefully avoid using any Bozeman Deaconess services unless its an emergency just to avoid this horrendous billing scheme and any damage it might be doing to our credit.
