Good interview practice, not very active in helping look for a job. I was able to setup 5 interviews before they even returned my call.Very nice people. Just not as professional as I would have expected. Kind of a waist of time if you are ACTIVELY looking for a Career. Youll have better luck cold calling and blindly dropping resumes.Career Concepts could be a good stepping stone for a High School student.

The staff of Career Concepts is absolutely wonderful! And their services they provide are top notch. They found me a job within a few weeks of moving from out of state to Bozeman that matched my interests and specialties. I first approached them in 2016. They seemed nice people. I got just one job lead, which didnt pan out. I went there again in 2018. They talked a lot, but failed to deliver. Danielle, Alexandra, Mikayala, and Terri – four charismatic ladies at Career Concepts who offer exceptional services. Let me first address a few of the previous reviews. As of July 2016, Career Concepts is under new fantastic ownership. This is not a “temp agency.” Yes, Career Concepts lists temporary jobs, but these ladies will assist you in finding your *ideal* career. The job market in Bozeman is much more challenging than in other cities. An ideal fit with a company takes *time.* It seems obvious to say that realistic expectations are necessary. Of course, I think I should be hired as “The Most Interesting Man in the World,” but I haven’t found a job here that is looking for a debonair character and cocktail master. Yet these ladies will fight for you – constant communication, negotiation of wages, pre-interview preps, post-interview reviews, etc. Danielle even advised me what to wear to my interviews. (Come on, I’m a single guy. I always need help.) It is a two-way street: they advise you to look actively for jobs that interest you and to report back so that they can better understand your needs. I cannot imagine what else they could have done to land me a great job, which eventually they did (a higher than average hourly wage + full paid benefits). A job search is hard enough – you can trust Career Concepts to be there with you.

Do not even waste your time here. I turned down a horrible job opportunity. This apparently made Danielle (worker) upset and now she will not return my phone calls to try and gain employment with other companies that they represent. Seems pretty professional huh?
