After our large family waited months to get in to establish care and get cleanings our appointments were not scheduled correctly and had to be rescheduled. When we finally got to our appointment dates we were sent a financial policy which states you must pay in advance prior to them billing insurance and will be billed in full if insurance doesn’t pay within 90 days. Uncomfortable with a policy that removes the responsibility to bill promptly and accurately, we were forced to cancel all appointments and go with a different dentist who has a reasonable financial policy. We should have been made aware of this policy when we made the appointments so we didn’t waste months waiting. I can’t say how the dentists and hygienists are but the business and billing practices are subpar.

Going to the dentist isn’t something we usually look forward to, but our family loves Moos. They are a well-oiled machine, always on time and always doing good work. The hygienists are fantastic. The office is modern, but the dentist is old-fashioned and gets to know his patients. You get the feeling that he would never try to upsell you on dental work. It’s good to have a dentist we trust!

Dr Moos put a crown on a tooth that cracked through a filling. It took 3 visits because part of the tooth had to be removed below the gum line. All 3 visits were very comfortable and virtually painless. Highly recommended Dr Moos

Moos rolls out the red carpet for its patients. Very friendly staff, great service, they worked hard to get me on the calendar asap. My first visit they had just installed dental chairs with heat massage. I didnt need any nitrous this time, the chair worked wonders to distract me from what was happening in my mouth. Excellent work, friendly folks.Edit after another visit: Although they have a sign on the door requiring masks, and even though the delta variant is spreading quickly with Gallatin County experiencing high transmission, they do not enforce this and leave it up to the patient. When I was there, there were 3 people without masks in the lobby. This is irresponsible, foolish, ignorant, and cruel to employees who have little choice but to go along with it. It demonstrates incompetence and carelessness with respect to public health. I’ll never be back.

This was my 2nd visit to Dr. Moos. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The office is modern, welcoming and inviting. Dr. Moos made me feel as though he was truly interested in my needs and concerns, explaining what was the plan and procedures. He gave me an anesthetic that numbed only the area he worked on with no pain or discomfort. The anesthetic wore off quickly, as I had noted I was concerned about on my initial exam. The temporary crown was perfect and felt comfortable just like the final crown. Even during C-19 I felt the office was safe and sanitized. What a blessing he and his staff are to have in our area. Dr. Moos may very well be one of the finest most compassionate and professional dental practitioners I have ever visited. I could not have been more satisfied and relieved to have found him and his staff. He is a fine man and I no longer dread going to have work done my teeth. I trust him and his staff fully. 100% Satisfied with the service provided so far. I actually am looking forward to my next visit to have my permanent crown fitted and the final work done. A+!!

I know I have bad teeth and sometimes when Im there I apologize about teeth. They always reassure me its okay. I really like how the staff treat you with respect and Dr. Moos really takes his time to really tell you what needs to be done. They work really hard to help you with a payment schedule if need be. There financing people are great they will tell you what the cost is and check on your insurance on what they will cover and what is your cost. You want real professional people this is the place.

Moos Family dental is the most professional and by far the most helpful dental practice I have ever used in my life. Since I retired, I have different insurance than I did in years past. I needed a root canal and crown and my regular dentist would not work with my new insurance. He recommended a specialist in Bozeman but they also were not willing to work with my insurance and it was going to cost me $1350 out-of-pocket for the root canal. Then I was to return back to my regular dentist for the crown which was going to cost me $1125 out of pocket. Thank heavens that when making a few calls to other Dentist offices someone suggested I call Moos family dental. I did just that and spoke to Sandy. Sandy was so accommodating and extremely knowledgeable with the current insurance I have. She double checked everything that my insurance would cover and made my appointment. Get this! I had all of the work done that I needed including the root canal and a crown done in their state of the art facility at no out-of-pocket expense to me. Now that’s what I call real customer service. It doesn’t get any better than that. Thank you Moos family dental.

Building was very easy to find. I went on my lunch break from work and they were able to get me in right away. Dr. Moos & his assistant were absolutely lovely and answered all my questions well. I started going to Moos because of insurance reasons, but I wish I would have moved sooner as they will now be my long-term go to for dental needs.

Dr. Moos and his staff are friendly, thorough, and communicative. Every visit is quick and painless I practically fall asleep I’m so comfortable. The front desk is also helpful with giving you pricing for your needs and checking with your insurance. Highly recommend!

Bottom line, they do excellent work. I couldn’t be happier with the filling they replaced. This filling had fallen out several times because it was poorly done by others. Now I can’t even tell that there’s anything there, it just feels like my normal tooth. Also, I work out of state and have a busy schedule and they were able to get me in last minute.

I’ve had 2 last minute dental ordeals and Dr. Moos was able to fit me into their busy schedule. They do great work!

I had my two girls and I in today for a new patient exam. The receptionist was very friendly and fast. The dental assistant was nice and made us feel comfortable when cleaning our teath. The dentist went over dental plans and let me know exactly what our insurance would and would not cover. All in all this dentist is the one for us. They are good with children and always smiling.

I have been looking for a good dentist for a long time and I finally came across Moos Family Dental with the Smart Shopper and I was so happy I decided to give them a chance. Dr. Moos has been great; he is always so kind and answers all the questions I have in great detail. I feel he goes above and beyond and is willing to stay late even to adjust your bite, to provide the best patient care. I love that they have later appointments on certain days so I don’t have to miss time from work and can go in after I am off. I find the entire practice to be kind and caring. I plan to go to them for many years to come. I would highly recommend this practice.
