Growing up out of state, I heavily relied on the experience of going into an Apple store to set up a new computer; the experience with Eric at Mac Source is BETTER by far.Eric helped suggest the right computer for me, and loaded it all up from my old one. Internal Power Supply board in my iMac failed. Took it into Eric and he quoted me to get it fixed. Quote was a little too high for me to consider fixing it right away. A couple days later, Eric told me a customer dropped off a similar iMac model for recycling that had the part I needed. Eric said hed just charge me for labor to put it in mine and it ended up being a 1/4 of the original quote. Good man! Trustworthy and highly recommended.Thanks, Eric!

Eric did a great job of diagnosing a hard drive failure on a Late 2015 iMac, recovering all of the data and replacing said hard drive.Professional and equipped with masks, hand sanitizer, distancing...all of the things a business should be.Thanks for your help!

I would go here every time I have an issue with my Mac devices. Even though in the end he could not help me, he tried things the normal Mac store had not and didn’t charge me for his time, because he was ultimately unsuccessful. He was great in communication and clearly knows his stuff. Way better experience than going to the normal Mac store and priced very fairly for the quality of service.

Eric is a lifesaver! Right before leaving the country my mac dies out of nowhere. Eric found and fixed the problem in 24 hours. Also when I got my computer back home I found out that macs new operating system wasnt compatible with what programs I was needing to run so he changed my operating system for me immediately and now everything is running perfect. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, capable, and extremely efficient. His rates are very reasonable too, I thought I would have to pay WAY more than I had to for the service I received.

I cant imagine going anywhere else for problems with my Mac. Recently I botched the data transfer from my old Mac to my new one and thought I had bricked my brand new Mac Mini. No problem for them, I should have gone there first!Also, a couple of years ago my aging MacBook died and they brought it back to life, better than ever. Not only great service, but they charged me significantly less than I had expected on both visits.

Absolutely the best Mac repair service Ive ever used before, and Ive had to repair my 2012 several times over the years. They are incredibly knowledgable, courteous, professional, and resourceful. I had a hardware issue with my display that I had already diagnosed myself; I took my Pro in after scheduling an appointment and told them I thought I needed a new screen. There was no arguing, no second guessing my diagnosis, but they also didnt just take what I said with blind faith.They asked to keep my Macbook overnight so that they could make sure that it was definitely the hardware issue I had diagnosed. The next day, they called to inform me it was indeed the issue and they priced several options over the phone immediately so that I could make a choice and get my laptop back as soon as possible. The hardware pricing was standard and the labor costs were incredibly well priced considering the quality of the work they provided. The laptop was returned fully functioning in a very small window of time.On top of all this, Macsource also informed me of a failing hard drive issue; mind you this wasnt even the reason I brought my laptop in in the first place. This level of service and customer interaction leaves a stark impression. If I could leave more than a five star review I would. Macsource will continue to be the only place I will ever trust with my Apple products. Absolutely outstanding.

I scheduled an emergency repair with MacSource for my 2016 Macbook Pros broken screen. Eric not only replaced the screen quickly, he was also able to find a replacement keyboard under a replacement program from Apple at no cost (my keyboard was one of the infamous sticky key models).Looks and feels like a brand new computer - cant recommend MacSource highly enough.

After a Cinco de Mayo party gone awry, my Macbook Pro was inadvertently set out in the rain and left to die in its own puddle. While I attempted to nurture it back to health by letting it sleep in a bed of rice for about 10 days, it would not return to its usual happy-go-lucky self. I called up MacSource and asked if I could bring my laptop in the next day, and they said yes. The man who received my Mac was very helpful and friendly, and made sure to not be condescending about the situation. He squeezed me into his schedule so my computer could air out over the long weekend. When he contacted me within the week and said it was set to go, I was shocked. Somehow the water hadnt gotten to the motherboard. Also, he was able to order some parts under my warranty before it expired the day I picked it up and had them installed already. I had expected to be under $1000 or more, but I walked away out only $280-ish.Very friendly. Very helpful. Very honest. Very happy to do business with them!
