Took my bridesmaid dress in for some alterations (dress was significantly too big/long) and was super impressed with how fast and efficiently it was fixed. Dress fits me like an absolute glove and am insanely impressed with the quality of the sewing job. The lovely personalities of the two women that work there was an added bonus! Loved talking/laughing with them every time my boyfriend and I came in. This dress was most defiantly a difficult project for them considering all the different textures on it and how much fabric they had to take off and they executed it beautifully.

Annette was very friendly through the whole process. My dress had to be let out a little to help the buttons in the back go all the way and not stretch. She did a lovely job with this. Some of the beading did come undone while the dress was there and I had to point it out for her to fix it. She did promptly. The only issue was my bustle kept coming undone through the night and was almost too long when done up so people would step on it. Make sure to check the length when she does up your bustle for you to look at.

They are skilled, knowledgeable and precise with their sewing and alterations. Attention to details matter to them and it shows in their work. I highly recommend this shop.

Absolutely loved my experience with Annettes! The ladies there were friendly, prompt, and did wonderful work on (what I think would be) a difficult, multi-layered dress. A friend and I pinned it ourselves to expedite the service, and the length is perfect (thank you for interpreting our haphazard pin job!). I am an Annettes loyalist now!

Annette made my dress dream a reality. I brought a dress to her that had no sleeves, no bustle, no boning, no corset style back and came out with a master piece. I knew I was asking for a lot so I went many months in advance and in the process I lost nearly 20 pounds. She worked with me every step of the way. Look at these results... My husbands wedding suit was also altered by her. She even made his pocket square to match his tie.

SHE IS AMAZING! Do not listen to the bad reviews!!! She fixed my very nice and pricey wedding gown. She put a corset in it, other adjustments and did a gorgeous bussell. Annette has consistently done a great job with my alterations. Ive taken four or five suits to her, and even a leather coat (that is now tailored perfectly). Its nice to be able to buy nice suits online and have them tailored locally.

Annette was absolutely amazing! Extremely talented, sweet, timely with reasonable prices and she has been doing this for many years. I brought a Leanne Marshall (lots of chiffon silk, silk and many many layers) wedding dress to her to hem, take in and add straps to. I was terrified to bring the dress to just anyone because it was expensive and going to be difficult. The dress I bought was a sample sale dress down in Utah, size 10 and I am a size 2. I could have had the dress sized in Utah but everything was $600 plus just for simple alterations! With Annette I was able to get the hem, take in, different straps, sewn in bra cups and bustle on it for way cheaper than what I could have had for less work and more money down in Utah. I think she did an beautiful job. I called her in February or March and she had it done in May for my wedding June 10th. I would recommend her to everyone!I wish I had a better before photo but I dont. In the before photo the dress is actually pulled together in the back with clips and it also had different straps.

Annette was wonderful to work with! She did an amazing job on my wedding dress which had to be taken in, hemmed, and we had buttons added all the way down the back of the dress! Annette also did alterations for a couple of my bridesmaids as well as my mom’s mother of the bride dress! Everything was beautiful!

Annette was so kind, her service was prompt and our experience in her shop was enjoyable. I found my dream wedding dress yet, it needed to be altered like usual. Here we go, its my wedding day! Time to put on my dress and I am so excited. The dress was buttoned up and looked amazing! The only thing extremely disapointing was to find my left shoulder had split down the middle seam where it was altered. My friends had to literally sew my shoulder closed before the wedding. I was absolutely devastated.With this being said, it really didnt matter that my dress wasnt completed by Annettes - because I got to marry the love of my life. And honestly, her customer service was good enough to give her another chance in the future because at the end of the day, were all human and its okay to make small mistakes.

I am very pleased to have found Annette and Annie for my wedding dress alterations! They were total life savers! Not only did they give me good advice, but they created a bustle for me that I liked (as opposed to a simple French or American one), added extra poof to the underskirt, and also put in straps for additional comfort, which turned out lovely! As a bonus, the pricing was right and the work was finished quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I had a pair of pants and a shirt tailored by her, and she did a fantastic job.Everyone that worked there was super friendly and helpful.I would have given 5 stars, but they wrote down the date I needed it done by, and I didnt have them in time for a wedding.I will 100% use her again, but will be very specific about a time frame, or just not go in last minute.

WORST SEAMSTRESS EVER!!! DO NOT USE HER. This seamstress was recommended by After 5 and weddings. My wife picked up her dress at the final fitting and the dress was ruined. She said there was nothing she could do for us and pushed us out the door forcing us to buy a new wedding dress 1 week before our wedding.

Very good seamstress. Her work is very good, but has a serious attitude problem. I brought in a uniform to have some patches sewed on and gave detailed instruction as to where to see it on at. When I got the uniform back, a couple of patches were in the wrong place and I pointed out that they needed to be adjusted. Her response was to roll her eyes and tell me that its where I wanted it to go. Even with good work, a snappy attitude and telling a customer they are wrong is not going to bring them back.

Im surprised Annettes doesnt have more reviews. I took some dress pants to her to have them hemmed. She charged me $15 which was an extremely fair price and they were done in a week. When I got them back they looked and fit great. I would definitely recommend Annette over Ella because frankly Ella is a rude, horrible individual to work with. Annette is very nice, timely and fair with her pricing. Thank you Annette. I will be seeing you again.

Annette is friendly and talented. I enjoy visiting while I drop off work to be done. She often seems overwhelmed with bridal or prom alteration work, bad news for a second-class style-savvy guy like me. I also find the need to call an check in when I havent heard about the my clothes in a while. That situation occurs maybe 1 in 3 times.They do a good job and apparently everyone knows it.

Complete rip off. First time in; brought in a cocktail dress that I wanted some alterations to the sleeves and the neckline. They gave me an estimate of 35-50$ and 2 weeks. Finally called me to come in 1 month later, new price for the dress was 60$ and they had completely butchered it. They took measurements and said they’d fix it and to come back in a week. Called me back finally 3 weeks later and the dress was now 90$. The dress still looked awful and paid a fortune for it. Came back home with it and my roommate (who’s only sewing experience is knitting) fixed the dress in 20 min and made it look like incredible. I’d advise to go somewhere else to avoid cheap work for outrageous and deceitful prices.

Annette did my a great job on some simple alterations for my wedding dress. The shop itself is a little odd, as the changing room is the houses bathroom, but the price was very fair and she did a great job!

My daughter took her $1700.00 wedding dress to have a professional alter it and the job they did was unacceptable. The $250.00 belt was put in the wrong place. The lace had a hole in it where it was taken in at the bust and there was a straight pin left in the dress under the belt. Take warning!!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I took a pair of leggings that had a 2 inch rip in to Annette July 1st, she said it would MAYBE take 1 week to fix. 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing so I called her, she gave excuses of more important projects needing to be done and said it may be another week. After waiting a total of 1 month for my leggings that had again a 2 inch rip in them!!! I went to her office to ask about the pants and she didnt even have them at her shop. She sent them to another seemstress to have them finished without contacting me, I asked for a new deadline and that I expected not to pay now. she got upset and said she would find out and let me know and again she has more important projects. THEN she leaves me a voicemail to come pick up the leggings and tells me that they are on her porch with the rip STILL IN THEM!! I cant imagine how this lady is still in business she was incredibly rude and the way she handled the situation was very upsetting to see as a customer!

Probably the worst sewing i’ve ever seen, ive used alot of seamstress shops in the past and her shop definitely is at the bottom. very expensive, horrible job on the uniforms, if there was a zero star it would rate it.

I need a two inch hole patched up and I waited a month, was screamed at, and was told to take them somewhere else since Im not a bride. Its okay to be busy, just not okay to treat someone the way I was treated. They left the leggings unfixed for me outside to come pick up.
