The first cleaning was amazing. The owner was here, training a couple of young ladies. I was thrilled, and looked forward to them coming back. At the second cleaning, The owner of the company was here a short time, left the job in the hands of 3 young women, who still appear to need training. After they left, my husband had to remove and reinstall 3 blinds in the bedroom where someone pulled the cords so hard they pulled the head rails loose; the stove and kitchen sink were not cleaned; several areas that were not dusted; bathroom scale not cleaned and left on top of clean towels (yuck) and the dog’s dishes/mat not touched. The floors were very clean. I reached out to the owner and never received a call or text. Cancelled all future cleanings. Super disappointing after the first time was great.

Update to my previous comments...The owner of the company did contact me and made everything right, down to reimbursement of the broken picture frame. We have continued to use Hundred Dollar House Cleaning and have had no further issues whatsoever. They even bring pies!!!
