Kate talked with me on the phone and told me she was available to do residential cleaning. She asked me to text her my address and preferred times and she would get back to me that evening and set up a scheduled cleaning date. I did this and got no response. Emailed and texted again with no response. Extremely unprofessional and no follow through. If too busy or unable to provide your services then say that. Very poorly handled.

I was very disappointed in this cleaning service. I thought I was getting a move out clean on a condo rental that had been cleaned just not deep cleaned and that is why I hired this service. Nothing was dusted, and nothing was deep cleaned at all. I had to go back in to clean. It was a waste of $170.
