Car needed a quick wash. After the $12 wash I believe the car was dirtier than before the wash. They had used dirty/GREASED towels to dry the car had to use my windshield wipers to clean the windshield, left grease streaks everywhere. The towels must have had sand or something on them also as it scratched the paint also. I would not take my lawnmower there to get it washed. It was by far the worst I have ever seen. Dont use this place!!!!!UPDATE, Spoke with the owner and was given a second wash. They did a much better job the second time. Glad to see the owner keeps track of the reviews and will stand behind his business and make things right.

After a few days of exploring Montana - and several miles of gravel roads - our rental was covered in dust and bugs. We vacuumed it out a bit and after one run through the wash it looks as clean as the day we picked it up!

I’ve been going to Scrubby’s for over 5 years now and they are my favorite. The fact that my OCD self can vacuum as long as I want is number one, the bug spray/power wash/hand towel dry is number two, and it’s been consistent the entire time I’ve been going there. These guys have always taken good care of me!

I would rather do a scrubbys than go to the led zeppelin laser light show at the planetarium. Its my happy space. I love the experience of being transported through the vortex to the other side, especially the part when you reach the elemental wind tunnel that comes after the corridor of liquid rainbows. But my favorite part is at the end when youre greeted with beaches made of snow and fully clothed models. Its psychedelic.

Let me start by saying that I have had mostly positive experiences with Scrubbys - in general the employees are friendly and courteous, the owners son - Chad - is great, and they usually do a good job of washing a car. I have had a couple of bigger problems there which Chad quickly and professionally resolved. The first was that they blew the paint off the bumper of my wifes new SUV, and the second was them putting someone elses floor mat in my new truck while putting my new floor mat into another persons vehicle. For the paint Chad had me get a few estimates, then took care of the cost to repair the paint on my wifes Grand Cherokee; when the mats got switched Chad had Big Sky Toppers (where I bought the mats) order another set (they only come as a pair), and only asked me to drop off the one that wasnt needed.The small problems I have had have been with the car wash not getting my Jeep Rubicon clean, particularly the black plastic fenders and rear bumper. Today I took my Jeep through the car wash and asked that they make sure to focus on the rear bumper. The guy taking my payment said No problem and made a note on my windshield pointing it out. I could tell that the guys in the wash didnt hit the bumper well so I opened my window and asked that they do so, to which I got a nod. When I got home I saw that it was actually very dirty still, but didnt have the time to go back and point it out (which I have done before). Attached are photos to show what I mean (the water drop on it is from the car wash). When this happens at Scrubbys I usually just go to the do-it-yourself car wash at 19th and Springhill Road and re-clean the bumper and fenders.This time I decided to call and let Scrubbys know that it had happened again, but no one picked up the phone. Then I decided to email them to let them know what had happened, and this is where it gets weird. About an hour after I sent an email explaining that my vehicle came out dirty even though I had pointed out in advance to pay attention to the rear bumper, I got a call on my cell from a woman that identified herself as the owner of Scrubbys. She told me that she was going to reimburse me the cost of my wash and the tip Id left, emphasizing she would have to ask the employees to give the tip money back to her. Then she told me to never come to her car wash again. From there she proceeded to say that they have bent over backwards to make me happy and I have been nothing but trouble to them, and have in particular treated her son terribly, and something to the effect of how dare I do that to a young man that has lost his father. I was shocked by the accusations, particularly in regards to Chad, as I have never been anything but polite to him, and he the same to me. But this woman was awful. She just doesnt listen. She told me that she has a dozen cameras in the car wash and had reviewed the washing of my Jeep, and that my bumper was perfectly clean when it left, and that if they had pressure washed it any harder the paint would have come off it like it had before (the paint was pressure washed off of our Grand Cherokee, not this vehicle). The problem with her comment is that my Jeeps rear bumper and fenders are black plastic - there is no paint to damage the on them. I tried to tell her that there are stripes of dirt still on them but she wouldnt listen, talking over me and again accusing me of treating her son terribly, then reiterated that I was to never visit her car wash again, and then hung up on me while I was still talking.So, the reasons for the one star rating are: my vehicle didnt get cleaned after making multiple requests to pay attention to where it was dirty; that this has happened multiple times; and epecially the rude and unprofessional way the business owner conducted herself on the phone. A good business owner would ask to see evidence of what is occurring, and then take steps to fix the problem instead of attacking a customer for pointing out where they had let the customer down.

We will definitely hit scrubbys when we come back thru! The vacuum area is well stocked with everything u need to clean the inside. The wash was awesome too. A lot of attention to detail. Liked the light show..lol The guys running it were great! They gave us a trash bag for the recyclables we had in bed of truck.

Nice employees, a little overpriced for wash the does not touch car. The vacuums and damp rags and window cleaners are free, but self serve.

I have used this car wash for years. Extremely disappointed the last two times I have been there. You pay $15 for a car wash and you would think it would at least get your windshield clean. This place is a joke anymore, I have to come home afterwards and wash my truck myself. What a rip off!!

Vacuums are okay, its nice that they provide APC and a microfiber towel to clean the hard plastics in your car. However the car wash itself was dissapointing. The front half of my jeep looks amazing but the rear end looks as was when I brought it in.

Went here before trading in my fairly beat up car. The guys followed social distancing etc and did a great job. The dealership said they could tell I took great care of my car all because of the fantastic job Scrubbys did. This car wash was literally worth thousands of dollars. Fantastic job.

I took my truck in from a camping trip that got covered in tree sap. I asked the gentlemen what he recommended and was fast on what wash I should use, the tsunami! Went through the car wash and it cleaned every bit of the sap off. I will go here every time to wash my vehicles from now on. Worth the almost 40 mile drive for me. The staff did an outstanding job!

I was going to buy the top tier wash but they wouldn’t let me come back the following day to vacuum out my car. I explain I had my kids and couldn’t do that, he said “no” and sent me away.I didn’t think it was very good customer service. Considering I was already in line and my car had bugs from a long road trip - I just wanted it done ASAP. They should have told me to bring back the receipt the next day and it wouldn’t have been a problem.Won’t use them again, they lost my business for life.

Scrubbys happy wash time wednesday good clean fun, i find the soap bubbles at scrubbles are extra translucent and spherical, with a can-do vaccum attitude is everything detailed to say the least, one can just about spoon.

My car didnt get clean, for $20.00 with tip, still dirty.

Have had overall good experiences here over the years. However god forbid you come anywhere near closing. (5:40 for me) Ended up first being told they close in 20 minutes, which I was aware of given I have been there previously. Then the vacuums shutoff for me at 5:50, which thankfully I was done with. However some other customers were not finished and were just told we are closing soon, thats how it goes. Then at 5:55 I was told to finish up and get into the wash so they could close. This was extremely irritating given you pay full price, yet are being forced around. If that is how you are going to handle your business, then push people away at 5:40 and finish up what you got. Honestly, for the love of god just turn me away next time if its so important you get on out of there at 6 instead of being rude and unprofessional. Also dont tell me what did I expect. I expect you to conduct yourself professionally, and serve each customer until your business is actually closed.I will no longer be returning to your place of business and will no longer direct friends and acquaintances to the best place in town, simply due to the fact that Supreme doesnt know professionalism within a place of business.Edit:Scrubbys ownership is exceptional, and handled the situation with tact and professionalism.Thank you Chad!

We drove 12 hours straight for Oregon to Montana so our windshield was covered in dead bugs and just gross. They got all the bugs off and hand dried our car. they opened our door for a second to wipe the runner and scared us but would definitely recommend !!!

Before you go in to get your car washed, they have free vacuums you can use so clean out the inside of your car as well. There are many different wash options you can pick from, ans they even give you a little spray bottle to clean the surfaces inside too. Real people are there through most of it to spray down and clean up and make sire there are no spots left. Favorite in town!

We were charged for 3 car washes when only had 2 cars washed. Scrubbys made it right and even threw in a free wash. We appreciate it because we like the facility. Thank you.

This place is in a league of its own amongst Bozeman car-washers. Interact with real people and get a very thorough car wash. Scrubbys provides a vacuum and interior wash rag complimentary with wash service. Washes are competitively priced with other auto-washes around town and beat self-washes for convenience. After discovering this place, I dont see any reason to take my business elsewhere (unless I need to save money and feel like getting wet :-).

Only car was Bozeman worth the time & $.

This is a fantastic location! I love that for the all inclusive price you get everything you need to tidy up your car, and handwashing the mats as an extra is so cheap! Ladies day is Thursday, so dont miss it!

First time ever using Scrubby’s and somehow the attendant did not collect payment so I was ushered through the wash. I had been in the no vacuum right hand lane. After the wash I did the right thing and found the attendant to let her know I owed them money. She abruptly said I owed $16, swiped my card and quickly left without even a smile or a thanks. I was a bit ticked because I had only wanted the $11 wash and after it was done my car still had plenty of dirt around the lower portions. She said I had to pay for their best wash if I got in without paying prior. I learned that even though my car didn’t have any markings for what wash I was supposed to get they still wash your car one way it appears?

I went on Ladies Day. You have the chance to vacuum first. They give you cleaner and a rag to wipe the inside of your car while you go through the car wash. Loved it!

Wow. My otherwise spectacular experience going to Scrubbys was marred by a bad experience last month when the guys used the pressure wands a couple inches from my vehicles decals. My follow up interaction with management was pretty awesome. They were quick to respond, professional and took care of the issue. I was fearful that it was going to be a pain to deal with but Scrubbys customer service and follow through to take care of the problem left me duly impressed.

These guys bust their humps. The driers are accurately fast. Always fun on a hot day 😎

Ladies day on thursdays. Get a great wash for $10. Vacuuming is free b4 wash and you are given a bottle of cleaner and rag to wipe down the inside while going thru the wash. I just got back from a trip and my car was covered in bugs. They got them all off. It is a combo of people wash and power wash, so they get the job done!

The young woman who was the manager in the vacuuming area was so friendly and helpful. It was a Thursday at 4 pm on a VERY hot day. I was tired and unfamiliar with the procedure. She explained it to me patiently and treated me with respect and kindness. I know workin at the car wash cant be the most exciting job, but she gave it her best!! If I were an employer hiring someone, Id sure look her up. Her attitude was great.

I liked that the vacuuming is free and the guy comes out with a rag for you to wipe your car; however, as for the car wash itself, its pretty weak. I felt like I paid a lot of money for a not very clean car, which was disappointing.

Great car wash, the vacuum station is really convenient. They also have a student discount so make sure to ask.

Payed to have a car wash done and my mats cleaned. Car wash was fine, mats came back dirty as hell. Called to see what they would do about it. Manager was extremely rude and sarcastic and very unaccommodating. Will never do business here again just based on customer service.
