Just had a very bad experience with this agency. The broker and the realtor are very rude and sneaky... my aunt had negative experience with then too. They dont respect their customers. They may help you to sell the house very quick but if you are the buyer then never work with them.

Tried calling many times. Not Professional.

This agent was working with the seller on a property I was attempting to buy. They were extremely slow to return messages, If they returned them at all. The house appraised for about 15% less than their asking price. We are now struggling to have our earnest money returned. Once again, the agent ignores all messages. I would avoid this agent as a seller or a buyer.
