American Pest Services did great! Rats were going through my things, and I tried to catch them myself. Ronald Rat turned out to be very clever. I spoke with Joe, and he sent out John. The next day, two rats were caught at once!

Joe arranged for one of his professionals to come over the next day.John removed a nest and honeycomb.He helped my elderly mother by sweeping up her back bathroom where there was remnantsof old dead bees and dust.My mother appreciated their kindness and thoroughness. Gentleman was reliable and knowledgeable. Was able to answer all my questions and take care of my needs.Update: not sure what occurred but now I am seeing a lot more bugs than I did before. The gentleman warned me that I would but I expected them to be dead not alive. Also, the gentleman made sure I left a 5 star review before he would leave.

I was very appreciative of Joe taking my late night call regarding my mom’s surprise rat. He was very professional and had a technician out the very next morning. The technician was very thorough and found the hole that the rodent came through. Traps were set and the technician will be back later to remove the pest(s).

For months, I was petrified, and lost many nights of good sleep because of a rodent(s) [hopefully one] in my attic making a lot of noise. My current pest control company did very little to help my situation. After speaking to Joe from APS of Boynton Beach, I was relieved to know that they would actually go through my attic and treat the problem. Others just wanted to go to the entrance and no further. When John showed up, I thought I would just watch from time to time. He moved everything from table ends to the stove. UPDATE BELOW!!!Jhoel Pabon came out here the Same day that I called which sometimes will not be the case with some companies! He was knowledgeable and explained to me what was going on with some pretty tough infestation and colonies in a used vehicle the we just purchased! Well, Jhoel proceeded to blast those little buggers to kingdom come! I have not seen Any Anything since!...He was pleasant and not in a hurry throughout the whole process. What else could you ask for!NICELY DONE JHOEL David and Vonnie JonesmUPDATE....though the treatment helped alot,,, the buggers still live and run around in my car...I know that a follow through treatment is necesssry...I cannot swing the near 100 dollar cost though to treat a car? The square footage is tiny. However I do understand that there are places to hide from the treatment...Are they that smart??? Perhaps a service call which is standard with most companies...I think one more real good blAst will do the trick. STAND BY
