We are very happy with the service provided by Atlantic Healthcare Products. They came within 24 hours to repair my parents lift chair. Wilson is a wonderful asset and they should be happy he is an employee! He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix the chair within 20 minutes!! We are extremely pleased as we thought we might have to replace the chair which would have been costly but thanks to Wilson it is repaired for a minimal cost and in working order! My father who is laid up with sciatica is very pleased to have the chair working!

I ordered a new lift chair from Atlantic Healthcare. Unfortunately, the manufacturer of the chair (not Atlantic Healthcare) had a major delay in shipping when their computer systems were hit with a virus.Even though the delay was beyond the control of Atlantic Healthcare, Maria was sensitive to my mothers needs and offered to provide a loaner chair no charge until the new chair arrived.As it turned out the new chair arrived just in time so no loaner was needed. I am very pleased with the customer service I experienced with Maria at Atlantic Healthcare. I would definitely shop there again.

I needed a pair of knee high compression stockings after venaseal procedures. Noel approached me in the store and offered to help. All I knew was the amount of compression that I was looking for. He told me that he needed to take 3 measurements from my ankle to my knee. He then asked me what kind of “feel” that I wanted and what quality, I said “not sheer” and very good. He chose the perfect ones, let me try them on and gave me tips as to how to get them on. Noel was patient, knowledgeable and spent a lot of time w me. I will DEFINITELY return to the store in the future! There aren’t too many places that I have found such great service!

Exceptional service. I called to rent a lift chair for 2 weeks while I had family visiting. The person I spoke to was so helpful and friendly. They called the day before delivery with a 2 hour window of when they would be delivering the chair. Travis the delivery person called the day of when he was on his way to my house. I called when I was ready to have the chair picked up and they were just as helpful and friendly as the first time I called. Again they called the day before with a 2 hour window of when they would be picking up the chair. Dustin called me when he was on his way to pick it up. From the individuals who answered the phone, to Travis and Dustin who picked up and delivered they all get 5 stars! The chair also exceeded my expectations it was in excellent condition. I asked if it was new and Travis said it was not but that if their chairs start to look old they take them out of service.

I had to call for directions, and Noel answered the phone very politely and very patiently gave me directions to the store. Once in the store he was helpful with me finding my product and let me know he would have more in stock by the end of the week when I needed it. It was a warm welcome and I was in an upset state coming from the doctors office and he calmed me down by helping me so easily. Thank you for a nice experience. Ill be returning to this store.

I called the company and asked to set up an appointment to have grab bars installed. Dustin came when expected and spent quality time with us explaining what he was going to do and then doing it. He did an excellent job, explained what he did when he finished, and cleaned up when he completed the job. Found this store after our wheeled walker was hit by a car...gently. One rear wheel was crooked and brakes did not work on that side. We feared that we would need a NEW walker. However, once in the store, Richard looked at it and said he might be able to fix it. He took it back into the workshop and, within 10 minutes, he brought it back to us. It was not good as new, but 95 % was good for us. During that brief wait, we saw many items that we may need in the future. This establishment was a treasure to find...and Richard was so helpful.

We visit Atlantic Healthcare store often as my husband has some very special needs. He is very hard to please and ask many, many questions before making any decision.We try to visit the store when Ivy is available for many reasons. She is not only patient but also very knowledgable on all the products.After a long visit in the store my husband decided on a lift-chair he though would best suit his needs. After just a couple of days he was unhappy with the chair and wanted to get a different one. We returned to to store but after many tries, he still returned to the model we bought. Denene was the most unbelievable employee I have ever dealt with. She is caring, supportive, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond what any employee is expected to do. When my husband was unable to get out of the car, she came outside,sat on the curb, measured him, and fitted him with the compression stockings the doctor had ordered. The next day I was unable to to put on the compression hose. Denene stayed in touch with me by phone and told me when to bring him back to the store. She then fitted him with a lower compression stocking that I would be able to manage. Denene deserves more than one paid day off. She is terrific.

While standing in line on 1/14/19 for 5 min while the salesperson conducted business on the phone with a vendor, my wife asked how long this would go on. The salesperson stated she was busy on the phone in a condescending tone. My wife stated that there were persons in line and she could put the phone on hold and make the sale. At that point the salesperson escalated by beginning to sarcastically laugh at my wife. When I stepped up, to defend my wife in this verbal attack, she was stating that laughter is good and I replied that sarcastic laughter is not a good sales tactic and would she like me to laugh at her, which I did to see her reaction. This brought a further escalation by her laughing in my face with an again sarcastic escalation of god bless you which she repeated as we left the store. Bottom line it is a poor salesperson that cannot correctly interact with the customer, even in a trying situation. We will purchase our supplies on line to avoid such treatment.

I called asking for a bery specific item. The man I spoke to said they had the item in stock, gave me the price and said I didnt need to be with my husband to be fit for size. So my hubby goes to pick it up and they DID NOT have it in stock and then processed to give my husband a line of bs. If you call ahead to check on an item, toooy are saying your time here.!!!! Deeply disappointed!!!
