I contemplated leaving a review because I hate to be “that person” but, I recently visited this location for a standard oil change and also received a battery replacement as recommended. I was very pleased with the customer service of the gentleman I dealt with; he tended to me efficiently and was very courteous. My complaint comes AFTER I left jiffy lube. Shortly after, driving on 95 I was startled by a loud scraping noise coming from the underside of my car… I pulled over on the side of busy highway to find that a large piece of metal had fallen from below my car and was dragging. After I was able to relocate myself to a safer area to get a closer look, I discovered that I was missing a few screws/or plugs that were holding on the metal protective cover to the underside of my car. I’m not sure if the person who serviced my car just forgot to replace the screws after changing my oil, or didn’t tighten things well enough but… it’s definitely a safety concern for me as a driver and needs to be brought to the attention of the staff at this location to be thorough in their work. I have temporarily zip-tied the piece for now and will be going elsewhere to get it fixed. Unfortunately this place has lost my future business.

I have been coming to this location every now and then when I am in Boynton and in need of help. I didnt have an issue in the past. I visited this location a couple of weeks ago to get my car battery looked at because my car was acting up. There was a female attendant that checked my battery and informed me that it was fine. She did not properly close the hood of my vehicle so when I left the garage and went to make a U-turn under the Woolbright light and gave it some gas, my hood broke off the hinges & flew straight up, smashed my entire windshield. I called numerous times, left messages because I had no one to take me to speak with the supervisor(James) in person because of what happened to my car. I spoke with him numerous times I gave him my phone number my name year, make & model of my car and STILL NO ONE contacted me. This is highly unprofessional I have never experienced anything like this I literally could have died because their employee didnt do their job properly.

I highly recommend this location for an oil change and any other car servicing needs you may have. I came in as a walk in this past Saturday and they were able to accommodate me in an efficient and timely manner. Pedro and the team are very honest and professional, and they dont try to push you into car repairs you do not need. Highly recommended!

I went to this jiffy lube to get oil change and all fluids top off . They keep saying transmission needs fluid so I said top everything off after that I drove around for month with transmission cap off and all fluids were gone and now my transmission won’t go over 25mph and car is totally messed up. I went back to store they are no help said I did the problem. PLEASE don’t go to this location they hire mechanic that’s don’t pay attention to detail and if my cap was off why did they not tell me

Pedro was very polite and gave great recommendations. Excellent customers service . I was in and out in 15 mins . I highly recommend this place of business and my whole family will be using this location in the future .

They were very helpful and caring I call so many jiffy lube to get a oil change and no one had my oil filter they were rude and nasty to me so I call this store and tell them what was going on Pedro was so nice he went to the BMW dealership and pick up a oil filter for me this was so nice of him to make sure o get my oil change

This was new Jiffy Lube location I had chosen for vehicle oil change.Location was close in proximity to me which I was lucky enough to be the first customer of the day making it very convenient. Though, I forgot to inform them to clear oil change alert on dash board. I dont remember all steps to clearing the alert for oil change.Very happy customer 😊

Took my car in for an oil change, left paying $200 which is totally fine because I got fully synthetic oil and new air filters. They got it done fast too. But they failed to secure the skid plate under my car, the screws were missing. I found a clip and temporarily rigged it and took it in the next morning only to have them tell me the clip looked fine. They didn’t want to fix their mistake or take ownership of it, so I left. Not sure what to do with my dragging skid plate now?

The past three or four oil changes have taken place at this location. The biggest appeal to me is that staff advises of maintenance that is due on the vehicle and has never been pushy or coercive in explaining the serverces that the database recommends and the facility is always clean and they honor all of their coupons. Do not go to this location, they are a bunch of crooks. I brought my car in for an oil change and an air filter. I don’t know what kind of oil they used but the oil did not last not even six weeks. The air filter they did not put into my car. I guess somebody else wanted it and took it home. They could’ve blown out my engine. They refused to give me a refund on the $120 that they charge me for this nonsense. I guess it’s because I’m a woman they figure they can take advantage. There is video proof that they did not put in the air filter but there’s also video proof that they put in oil that probably is not the oil I paid for. There should be a criminal investigation on this place because I’m sure I’m not the only person that they’ve done this to.

So over priced on all services. You can get the same services, many other places. Only positive is a short wait.

I just went to this Jiffy Lube, during COVID-19. They actually had me stay in the car the whole time during my oil change, which was great! They put in a tube with air conditioning since the car was off and all staff had masks on. I was in and out in a jiffy! They did a great job and were courteous and efficient. Make sure to check online for coupons as well.

They were all very nice and professional. They gave off great energy and seemed to have taken pride in their work. They worked fast and efficiently. They always have great deals on their services. I’ve been using Jiffy Lube for a very long time and they never fail. They will always have a loyal customer here. ❤️

Absolutely horrible customer service skills and lack of communication! Please go somewhere else. This location pushes only for sales and don’t care about your SAFTY!!! Make sure they’re charging you correctly too, review every item before paying & make sure they did their job, inspect if they did it correctly. This place has been the WORST Jiffy Lube experienced.

Went to this location for an oil change on my old car thats only been owned by 2 people: myself and my grandmas best friend that kept the car running pristinely, with monthly maintenance and yearly interior and exterior detailing. They supposedly diagnosed my car with a transmission thats going out in 2 to 3 months. I called my previous trusted and loved mechanic -- I moved states -- to see if I needed a new transmission. He said according to my cars CarMax report and the work they just did on it to get her to FL my grandmas friend had a new transmission with new fluid put in at 109,000 mi. and this car is at 133,000. In other words, I absolutely DO NOT need a new transmission, but they tried to get me to purchase one. My previous states mechanic warned me that places like Jiffy Lube are usually only good for tiny fixes, like oil changes, but [I] should absolutely NOT allow them to touch anything else. He said get out of there just with the oil change and dont go back because theyre trying to tell you to fix things on your car when they dont even know its history.From my previous local car mechanic giving 5 star service to over 600 people for 30+ years, find a local garage to get your car serviced properly and by trustworthy people, unless you want to be pushed to purchase what your car doesnt need and have your car diagnosed without an actual diagnosis or knowledge of your cars history.

Did everything I need done didnt change me for more. The only downside side was I came to get my oil changed and as soon as I left, my check oil light came on and its still on.

I love being able to stay in my car and get my oil changed. It was very fast and everyone was very kind and professional. I’ve been there before and this time was one of the best visits I had for getting my oil changed. I highly recommend it nice professional auto technicians at this location.

Went there a couple of times. Usually a great experience with jiffy lube in general. Had an oil change there once and it was not reset accidentally but oil change was done. Had a leak in my transmission recently so I do not believe they check everything, as in fluids on the vehicle which it shows on the receipt they do.

Showed up to this location and within minutes many wonderful employees came to help. My service was prompt, they were all very helpful. I definitely recommend

These guys are trying to run a hustle at this location. Changing components and putting the most expensive brand/type in without asking. I came in for a standard oil change (79.99) and they tried to charge me 129.99 for the service. Absolutely ridiculous.Avoid this location at all costs.

My fiancé and I have been isolating since the beginning of the pandemic. The kind of service we received from Eddie and the entire crew at Jiffy Lube is the first time we felt safe going out since the beginning of all of this. Theres no way we could properly say thank you but I hope that they all see this and know that they made two people who were very nervous feel at ease and taken care of.

I called at 6:58pm to find out pricing for a synthetic oil change. Pedro told me to come in he would beat any price I paid before. He stayed open past 7pm and kept true to his word. I haven’t used Jiffy Lube in years but this was truly 5 Star Service. I will be back.

Please be careful when getting your oil changed. I’ve been going to them for over a year. Now I need brand new oil pan because when they changed to oil they put the screw in too tight to the point where it is now leaking oil.

Paid $25 for a groupon oil change only for them to turn around and upsell to my teenage daughter. She paid in total $118 for a synthetic oil change. $3 to top off antifreeze? $4 to dispose oil? $10 for an oil additive?? The oil is supposed to synthetic why are you charging for an additive. With Jiffy Lubes reputation, did they even add the additive?? They add little bs charges here and there. When did oil changes become so expensive?

I love these prompt service at this location! Ive been bringing my Jeep Cherokee here for regular oil changes since I purchased it and theyve never tried to oversell me anything I didnt need. Attendants were polite and work was done in a timely manner. Cost was provided prior to doing work. They told my of one wiper that may need replacement soon so I had them replace. A few days later it started to downpour while I was driving and the Driver side wiper came loose so that metal scraped and the wiper wobbled. I had to stop every block or 2 to reposition it and kept it on intermittent. We now have a storm With high winds and I Am left to figure out how to get my friend home in the downpour with no wiper. She has pets to feed.

Came in on Saturday, called ahead of time to see what the wait was, ended up with oil change, new windshield wipers, wiper fluid and new AC filter all in about 15-20 mins. Very service friendly and professional. Really had that nice neighborhood feel. Brought both my dogs in to wait with me and was not bothered in the least bit. All things considered, I was very satisfied with the staff and service! Definitely would recommend this location.

This location on woolbright and Congress is awesome. We were greeted right away, and priced correctly. Eddie called me when the car was ready and the whole crew did awesome job. I’ve always heard jiffy lube was the fast food of oil changes, but to my surprise I was treated with respect and professionalism. Being a disabled veteran it was much appreciated! Great service as well.

I commute quite a bit, even though Pedro was overbooked, he understood that I had to make a long commute and got me in right away for an oil change. It’s very hard to get a BMW M6 oil change on the spot... not only did he fit me in the same day, he personally left to pick up my oil filter to make this happen! Because of him, a lot of lives will be changed and I will have a safe commute along the way!! I highly, highly recommend!!! Thank you so much Pedro!!!!!

I went for an oil change as I couldn’t get into my dealership for service, Jiffy Lube was open and I thought I’d give them a try! They not only took care of my oil change which was way past due, they found I was very low on coolant (which I had no clue as my dealership should have topped off all my fluids 2 months ago) and I always take care of my car, it’s a 2017 Malibu! I couldn’t Thank them enough for finding that and going above and beyond to remedy this! They were fast and I was in and out in no time! Awesome job!

This review based off of my first experience with the Jiffy Lube on 1620 S Congress Avenue in Boynton Beach. I had recently moved from California and I needed an oil change on my car. I found the nearest Jiffy Lube and I decided to give them a chance. From start to end, the experience I had with my new Jiffy Lube was professional, courteous, and most importantly, prompt. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. In addition, the guy that helped me, Travis, made the entire process easy. I didnt feel pressured for any additional services I didnt want to get. Travis was very informative and ensured that I was getting the best service with the best prices. I will definitely be coming back to this Jiffy Lube mainly due to how I was treated by Travis. I do recommend this Jiffy Lube for your oil change needs based off how I was treated as a customer.

The guys at this location were awesome! As soon as I pulled up I was greeted immediately. I was there for about an hour because they were busy, but it didnt feel like it because they kept me apprised of everything they were doing along the way. I was unexpectedly able to use multiple coupons and that made my bank account very happy during the holidays. I always love the red mat that they put out when they take you to your car. I will gladly come back to this location every time.

Excellent customer service. Mike went way out of his way to obtain the correct filters for my 2015 Genesis which he did not have in stock.
