I love this place! They are super friendly and altered a dress I needed done last minute in a day and a half..will definitely be back!

Well since it took a year for you to say anything I don’t know my response matters. You are overpriced and were rude but when I saw that all you do is deny any kind of bad review I passed. But here you go and I’m sure you will be rude about my experience too.

If you want to turn the clothes you buy and make it look #goog on you, then I #recommend you go try #HemOverHeels.They have #friendly services in perfect #English, but they are able to welcome any #FrenchCanadian.I am customer who is 100% #satisfied.I have short arms, so the sleeves are always too long.Now, its like it was made for me. Still a whole lot less expensive then actually getting a whole coat tailored for me.Maybe you will pay a little more than some other places, but I love my Amazon/Chinese made clothes to look like it was made in the #US or #France!!Im worth it! And you should too.PS: I have no affiliation with Hem Over Heels Inc.I am a happy customer, thats it, thats all!And for what its worth, all of those who wonder how a business owner can possibly reply this way I ask you this.Why not? I would do the same.There are always two sides to a story, and most of us know that customers can be extremely demanding and unfair at times to businesses.I would absolutely do the same.I welcome in my home who I choose.I would welcome in my business who I choose.My standards, my decisions on how and where my ethics and standards goes are my own.If I were to lose business over my own doing, it would be my decision.

I have a jumpsuit that was very long and wide leg. I did some research online, checked reviews and decided on Hems over Heels. Dropped off Tuesday and was informed it would be ready the next day. Couldn’t make it on Wednesday and Thanksgiving they were closed. Picked up Friday and I am TOTALLY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS!!! I had the seamstress cut it into shorts and it looks fabulous. Awesome job I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Thank you so much

I was referred to them by a friend for my Christian Louboutin.. they did an amazing job. Always so friendly and helpful. My shoes came out exceptional and now I ho there for all my tailoring needs and shoe protectors. I highly recommend this place. The price is worth it to protect my shoes.

Josh was a great help asww creatively figured out how to remove a buckle on a pair of boots. After a few exchange of ideas, we came up with a (hopeful) solution. Ill find out Monday when I pick them up.Thanks Josh!

I got an outfit fitted for a wedding. She did a great job. I was told if I had any issues to come back within a few days and it will be fixed. Well I came back and was told she can not fix my issue. I was very disappointed because I spent 100$ (Only spent 40$ on the actual outfit) and did not receive what I wanted. To say the least I left there disappointed.I asked if I could tip the seamstress on my debit card slip and he said not to worry about tipping and they appreciate good reviews. Well I tipped her anyways and this may not be a “good” review but it’s honest. I went to the place 5 minutes away and they did what I needed in less than 20 minutes. Overall she did a decent job. The place was clean. The prices are a few bucks more than other places. The gentleman up front is polite. The seamstress not Rude but also not very friendly or talkative. I personally won’t be going back but if you need basic alterations done this isn’t a bad place.

In the past, I would search for places that were on the cheaper side of alterations but I’d always end up disappointed in the work (I’m short, so I frequently need things adjusted). I found this place on google and I was a little weary because of the owner’s responses to bad reviews. However, they did an incredible job on the items I brought to their store. I can’t even tell where the corrections were done, it is so seamless! If there is another place in town that competes to what I received, I’d be surprised. Sometimes the extra penny is worth the good quality work and I’ll definitely be coming back (:

I brought in three dress shirts to be altered in the shoulders and midsection and couldn’t be happier with the result. The work is impeccable and the fit is perfect.Lots of comments on here about price. I’m sure they are not the cheapest option but you will not find better quality work anywhere else. You get what you pay for. I will happily return for any future alterations.

I love this place. Super nice and patient people. They always do the job so quickly. Even if i was in a hurry, it gets done so fast. Super cheap and i have gone back more than 5 times. Thats how much i trust them for the great job and service they provide.

I had an amazing experience at Hem over Heels. I had to get a jumpsuit hemmed super last minute for a wedding and a pair of shoes fixed. I came in Thursday at 9am and they had my shoes and jumpsuit ready by Friday at 9am. You will not regret going to hem over heels. I will definitely be back and will be telling everyone about it. Josh was a great help! Brought a pair of leather shoes in that had taken a beating and he made them look better than new! He was also very helpful in answering my many questions about caring for my other leather shoes. I also bought a shoe cleaning solvent and some nice polish from him that worked great to treat my other shoes. Also I had my leather jacket tailored by them and they did a great job, couldnt be happier! I believe this local establishment deserves recognition for their good work and customer service.

I have been going to Hem Over Heels for several years for routine shoe care, shoe repair, and various alterations. Their work is top-notch and very fairly priced. The owner, Josh, is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and able to accommodate seemingly any request.

This place is AMAZING! GREAT PRICES & GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.I wish there was a place like this back home. Im a college student and i needed to have a dress taken in. It was last minute but they got it done in like 2 days! Ive done the same for my prom dress and i paid almost double somewhere else. This is definitely the place to go! Its not close to my dorm but i will gladly make the trip anytime. I recommend them 100%

I brought in 2 suits to be tailored here. They did a terrific job and everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly. After I received back the first suit, I requested a small change and they were happy to accommodate at no additional cost. I wouldnt hesitate to bring something in again. Also appreciated being able to support a locally owned business.

OVERPRICED. Facts I have an evening dress that needed to be hemmed an inch and a half. Yes it is two layers and I understand that adds to the price. Josh asked me to use their promotion online to pay but I was taken back when it said spend 50 or more and get 15% off because I knew I was never going to spend that amount. When he told me in fact it was 75 I knew I was being ripped off so I told him no thank you took the dress and left. He didn’t even try to come down on the price. Went to a great place in west boca and not only can she have it done in one night but only charged me 35, which I have always spent in the past. It really is a shame when people take advantage of others.

Im very satisfied with the level of service and quality of the work done at this establishment. I brought in 3 pairs of high end shoes to have various repairs and Josh took really good care of me and listened to my concerns. I wish I wouldve found them sooner!

Overpriced. And the only business I have ever seen the staff/owners respond with rude messages on google reviews.... I am sorry if you feel that $25 for wide leg pants is a justifiable price when Ive called 3 other locations who do the same work for $10-15. Not trying to argue, just stating the facts I have gathered. My opinion is that you are overpriced and I am entitled to that.

Fast, friendly service. Dropped off 2 pair of pants on Saturday and got them back perfect Tuesday. My lady had 4 pair of shoes done and shes very happy also.

If I could give lower, I would.Terrible experience.My 8yo daughter literally sews better than the seamstresses here.They have no aesthetic judgement, and are the fabric equivalent of a chop shop.Wavy, haphazard stitching, patching that highlights the repair, rather than hiding it.All topped off with a go-screw-yourself attitude to boot.Plus, they assume the customer cant speak their native tongue, and happily tell one another what they really think of you.

This place is AMAZING! I came in last minute to get my bridesmaid dress retouched, the staff was very nice and the seamstress did a good job. I RECOMMEND.

I had a problem. I was leaving on vacation the next afternoon, and I couldnt fit into my jeans because I have been on steroids for a month for a medical condition. I called them needing two new pair of jeans hemmed and the legs narrowed. I was totally surprised when they said to come right over. It was already 1 oclock in the afternoon. Because I needed it first thing in the morning, they apologized that they couldnt do both pair that day, but they would guarantee me one by the end of business the same day. I cant say enough about their service and the quality job that they did. The pants were ready by 6 p.m. The alterations were costly, but you get what you pay for! Quality, friendly service, and a smile!

Will never go back here again! Worst customer service! I came in to get a bridesmaid dress hem just needed it to be cut, literally. They werent very friendly from once I walked in, first the seamstress never introduced her self, I told her I wanted the dress to just touch the floor and she showed me and it was about a quarter inch from the floor which was fine to me. She did the chalk outline and I changed back to my clothes. They wanted to charge me $60 to just literally cut the dress it didnt need to be hemed or anything just an aline cut. I thought that was ridiculous especially that I was told it shouldnt cost that much for a cut, but my fault for letting them do it. Over 2 weeks later I come to pick up my dress which they never called to tell me it was ready. It was shorter then what the seamstress showed me!! They said there was nothing they could do about it, the girl tried to blame the shoes I was wearing (Im wearing flats with the dress and I tried it on with no shoes, not much of a difference) the dress length was cut about to my ankles instead not what I was shown! They wouldnt give me money back and told me I have to come when a seamstress was there which is conveniently when Im unable to come due to my work schedule. The owner tells me how hes open 8-8 works 12 hr days for his customers but his seamstress are only there selective times and conveniently not available when I can come in which is during business hours, he wants me to take time off my work to come in to fix their mistake. I was told from day one when I came in if the dress is cut too short that is it, it can not be fixed but when I complain that they have cut it too short and want a refund all of a sudden the dress needs to be looked at by a seamstress to see if it can be reversed. I dont like the fact that they couldnt cut a simple dress and deliver what they showed during the fitting and wont work with me to try to fix it before the wedding day. Im very disappointed and upset! Its not so much about the money but the fact that they cut my dress too short and how the owner handled the situation, he was very rude about it!

Hi there. I am a physical therapist who just saw a patient whos right sneaker was adjusted to compensate the leg discrepancy that she has due to a left failed total knee replacement. On the bottom of the right shoe was added another layer whose height was measured according with patients leg discrepancy.First of all the shoes adjustment was done perfectly and second of all I have not seen this work done anywhere else.. so i am planning to send all my patient in need for shoes height adjustments to you, guys. Good job!

Beware and watch out:This is a absolutely horrible place to have alterations done, I had a disagreeable experience two days before my wedding.I took my dress to them one month before my wedding, during this period I had to go re test my dress four times and, every time I came back it was worse then the time before. This experience we on until, two days before my wedding I was so frustrated and super nervous that I was going to get married and did not have a dress, they almost destroyed my dream.I had to spend another $1,000 on a new dress, because of their inconsistency with the alterations.I have tried to contact (Brenda) four times with no response, to have them reimburse me for the dress that they messed up. She said she was going to call me back to talk about the problem and she never responded or text me back.Above all they have horrible and Irresponsible customer service.

Wow!! I simply asked how many years of experience they had? ...And you could never guess what they said!!! Enough to open a business!!! Are you F kidding me!? I sooo called her out.
