Product arrived on time. bought 2 cans. used last night to take out a large hornet nest located in a vent pipe on my house. had a bucket of used motor oil under the vent to catch them as they fell after being sprayed. used 1 can to take out entire nest. will buy more cans next year for sure. works better than raid or anything out there.

And I like spiders for their ability to catch the annoying flying bugs.I also bought rodent bait station. That worked within twenty four hours. All thanks to their YouTube video showing to wear gloves and not touch any bait nor the station with skin. This kept the human scent off and sure enough at least one rodent took the bait.

Ordered multiple cans of D-Force Insecticide from this company over the past few years. The first can began to leak after about a year. It was so bad that I had to wrap the can in paper towels in order to spray the kitchen baseboards. Yet still got a mess of the fluid on all the floor requiring me to clean up the mess. As far as I was concerned its a defective can. Their response was to take my issue up with the manufacturer who politely took my info and was never heard from again.Far forward to this April when I ordered another can figuring maybe it was just a fluke can. Nope. Second time I go to use it, it leaked all over the floor. Resulting in a cleanup. Another defective can.Contacted their pro team and got the same response as before. Funny thing is their response states that the cans are known to leak occasionally.Very unfortunate set of circumstances given that everything else I have purchased from them has been good. But since they wont stand behind products they sell then off to another vendor.After some discussion with the vendor (Christian) they offered to replace the defective product. I do appreciate that they reached out to me and asked what it would take to fix this issue. Problems happen and many times its the resolution that impresses the customer and gets them to come back. They have shipped out a replacement item free. Very much appreciated.I have updated my review and stars to 4 stars.

I have never written a negative review of any product or company. However, I must document my unacceptable experience with Solutions Pest and Lawn and my order of Diquat. My order arrived with the bottle of herbicide leaking into the shipping box and coating the diquat container. I contacted the customer service department and was required to complete an affidavit and take several photos from different angles. I did as requested and was notified that I could not receive a replacement or a refund without shipping the damaged container back to company. I exchanged several email with the customer service group explaining that the container was not leak tight and it would not be appropriate(or legal) to ship a know leaking container of herbicide. After several days of exchanging emails it was made clear to me that I would not receive a full refund or replacement if I did not ship the leaking container. I consider this unacceptable and poor customer service.

Great bargain overall: Shipping, review, tips, product selection and alternatives. Read the labels specific to my use and target area. Keep in mind residual and graze/forage durations being approximately 3 month cool down. This gives me the best option for that season or what not to subject to that area(pets, seeds, produce…)

I googled how to get rid of spring tails, and they had a video of how and what to use, as well links to items to purchase. They made it easy to purchase, it was to my house quick, and the products seem to work over night. Placed an order through their website was promptly notified of shipping/tracking details. After 8-days with out seeing a package at my door I checked the tracking number. The shipment was never sent. I contacted the customer service desk whom told me that the item was on backorder and not expected for another week or so. I would have expected that would have been noted during the ordering process. The lack of transparency on inventory levels impacted my job timeline and schedule.

I usually dont leave negative reviews, but I felt I had to this time. I’ve purchased from the company before, and they have prompt shipping, and products are decent. However, if you are using a coupon online, they have glitches in the system. When I was making my order, the total amount showed discount and I proceeded with the payment. When the payment completed, the discount never been applied. I called the customer service and they would not honor the discount by providing an excuse that the system does not honor discount if you are placing an order as a guest. When I asked to cancel the order, they said they cannot do that because it was already shipped and I can return when I receive the package. The good customer service is no longer at this company and I recommend using other vendors. If you ever encounter any problem with your order, they would not help you.

The products I bought were Deer Scram, 25 pound container and Martins gopher bait. The package arrived FedEx in a timely manner, however was a little banged up, which is on FedEx. I ordered a bottle of Patch Pro (a fungicide) online from this company and unfortunately the lid of the chemical bottle was not secure and leaked all over the inside of the package. I felt bad for the postal carriers that had to touch this box. I contacted the company via email the day the package arrived and they did send a response the next day offering me a $15 dollar refund; however, they did not indicate or offer up any assurances that they would work on properly securing their products for future shipments. The product was $45 and half of the bottle was empty upon arrival, so despite the small refund, I cant say that my order is whole. It would be foolish to order product from any company that can only fulfill half of what you order, so I cant say that I will order from Solutions Pest & Lawn again.
