I have used the Verizon store in Canyon Town Center for years and have had a consistently positive experience. I just upgraded my iPhones and had to pick them up at a different store because for some reason Verizon wouldnt let me use this one. Nonetheless, when I had problems with the setup I went here for help because I knew they would solve my problems. Chris has been so helpful. Hes patient, knowledgeable, understanding, and just a wonderful pro. Hes a huge asset to Verizon.

Had an opportunity to visit this store yesterday, and came about 5 minutes to 7 which is closing time. Your employee Adis White was kind enough to listen to my wifes problem with her phone and took the time to fix her problem. He is a competent and loyal employee who puts customers first and stayed a few minutes late than he was scheduled to. I want to commend this employee who is a definite asset to your organization. More employees like Mr White are hard to find and keep. Kudos to your HR people who found this young man.

Nice guy,but they recommend Amazon for their equipment.

Really slow. One employee chatted and chatted on the client for a good 15 mins. Had nothing to do w phones or service. Just making conversation while I languished. Left and went to T-Mobile. I mean what’s the turn around time for each client? 2 hours?I didn’t give them a one star because they weren’t rude just too slow to be in this business.

My husband and I recently upgraded our phones. Our salesperson was Adis he was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend this Verizon store.

Such an awesome visit! The Verizon reps are so knowledgable and know so much about the Samsung note 9 that I came into the store for today. I highly recommend them.

My 10*** Compliments and Thank You to Chris and Joseph.We had over 3 hours of Chris devoted time dealing with new SmartPhones, new Apple IPad, conversion of wireless business access, and reduction in charges for business phones. Chris asked Joseph for the proper billing and Joseph corrected what had been incorrect for years and years. Once Again.... We send our appreciation at their skills...and kindness.

I went in to upgrade my phone and I received exceptional personal service every time I went in for a concern. Judie, Eddie, and James, were so patient and understanding of my inability to grasp concepts that were new to me. It’s so important that companies hire people who are patient especially for the elderly and I was so thankful. For successful a business, you are so fortune to have them as your employees. I hope they are recognized for their abilities.

Store Manager Danielle S. was amazing. I needed a new phone and received the BEST experience I have ever had in any phone store. She was patient, explained in depth my purchasing options and was delightful to work with. She took time to set my new phone up and a few days later answered a few left over questions I had. Very helpful with upgrade to new phone!

I used to go to the Delray market place location, but the manager Danielle transferred to this location and I followed her over. Her attention to detail and amazing customer service make the extra couple minutes to drive here worth it! Both locations are nice, clean, and easy to get to, and every sales associate I’ve dealt with has been extremely informative and helpful and really seem to care, but the manager Danielle really goes above and beyond. Great customer service!

Just left here and had a great experience! Eddie was awesome and took the time with my family and helped out even if it meant staying an hour after closing!

Great service and help by Store Manager Danielle Sincoff is what Canyon Town Centers Verizon store is all about. Wife and I purchased two Apple phones. Danielle overcame many problems and worked tirelessly to make sure all material was transferred properly. You wont be disappointed if you work with Danielle.....

The manager Danielle was so rude and tart. She appeared like she did not want to be there . she even yelled in front of other customers and told me to leave when all I wanted was help in activating the phone my daughter and granddaughter gave me for Christmas. At. Least other phone commpanies Ive been to are more welcoming. She was so rude and thats an understatement. Perhaps because I was oriental but I dont want to t;ink that narrow. I hope this store does.t make it if thats the tiger of a manager they have.

The customer service here was top notch. Ashley and Brian went above and beyond to help me with a bad situation. I was almost in tears when I came in and they made sure I was 100% sarltisfied when I left. I would highly recommend this store.

My customer experience at this location by far exceeded my expectations. If I could give Wiston, the assistant manager, more than 5 stars, I would! I had an Iphone 7 from AT & T, and needed to switch my service to my existing Verizon account. The transition was problematic, but not because of Verizon. The issue was with AT & T. Wiston and Tad (the manager) worked together, for hours, to solve the problem. They went above and beyond to make sure there was a solution that met my needs. Ashley was wonderful as well. I highly recommend this location over any other location in the area. The customer service provided by the staff was truly amazing! Thank you!!
