The FHI in Lakeland has very poor management. The don’t put out permanent schedules and the head manager told my brother he could not show back up till he had a COVID test done and when he received that test and sent it to his manager he never called back or text.My brother showed up 3x to work and the manager was clearly there as he saw his belongings but the guy hid for 30+ min so he did not have to talk to him and when called he didn’t answer his phone or text and same as the under management.If you need a good job look else where as the one in Lakeland is very unprofessional and poorly managed.
