Damaris is an amazing tax person. Every question I asked her she was able to answer she is wonderful. Went from great to bad and then WORST experience with ANYONE in business. I payed for 2 hours of data analysis just to get a general idea of how much data she can process in a time limit. After talking on the phone about 3 times trying to explain what has to be done, we were getting nowhere and I kindly asked for a refund since nothing was done and we only talked. I even needed to buy a business phone service for her even before she could work because she didnt want to use her personal number to make calls on my behalf (I was completely fine with that) But we didnt even get to the point where she had to use it. She told me previously that she uses a timer when she does the actual work so that she can track how long she was actually WORKING. However, before we even started, it did not end up working out because I could not use the data I needed her to enter and follow up with. After that I let her know and She even agreed to the refund and was very very kind the whole time until I got a call back, randomly, saying shes not refunding anything because of her time talking. So she ignorantly threw away all of her core values in business and let greed take over. After saying she had a timer for the real work and it wasnt going to be used when talking to her, AND telling me a refund was no problem. She even joked about her not charging me while talking, then all of a sudden she went crazy and disrespectful out of NOWHERE. I dont know what made her call me back and reveal a side I never saw in her. If I saw that side of her, I would never have used her for her services no matter how good they were. All I have to say is business is not about greed, and customers are the ones you want to make lasting relationships with... She has the CLASS to take my money and say she already worked 2 hours and hasnt even entered one piece of data. After the fact, She said I used up my time talking to her (explaining what to do). All she did was go against her own company. I wouldnt want to work with anyone who wont give you the time of day and takes your money to leave you with nothing. A service is supppsed to serve as a way to make someones life easier and make money from it. She tried saying her time was the service. Hell Id love to make $20 an hour talking to anyone on the phone. At the end of all of this, a refund wouldve made me happy and understanding. But I couldnt even get my money back. And I ensure everyone reading this, Im a very very nice person. I was never rude and always respected her. That is not how I run business nor would I ever have the dignity to call a client and tell them that I took their money and accomplished nothing. if her time was worth that money then I dont understand why she took the extra time after agreeing for a refund to call me back, leave a voicemail, send an email all to go against her own company and lose a customer because of greed
