I’ve been going here for years and just brought my son to get his first car detailed. Always get quality service and it’s comfortable waiting for your car to get cleaned. If you go on the weekend like I usually do then you will be waiting so be prepared. They are reasonably priced. Again I end up coming here over and over because they make it so convenient to wait on your car while it gets cleaned no matter how how busy it might be.

Another worker drove up next to my car and the wax tube was on the floor in the next parking spot. They couldnt even get all the wax out of my seats and carpet. And when I noticed the passengers Toyota carpet mat missing I returned and it was lost. Paid for the expensive full detailing and did not receive any discounts or anything. I would not recommend using this car wash. Go to a smaller shop you will get better service. ****Update: It was brought up to the manager and the whole office staff, the toyota mat was never found and they cleaned it again basic after it was waxed. The stains in the passenger middle seat and the carpet was not fully removed and I rented a Brussel vacuum at big lots and removed it all myself with clean water and their stain remover. Do not try to say that it was not brought up to the manager, be professional about it. Instead work on your service and customer service.

Ive been coming here for a long time and now its just terrible. every time ive been coming by now all they did was vacuum. car wasnt wiped down still dust and dirt everywhere this company got worse. they use to be good when they had a strong team that wanted to work now its ran by kids that dont seem to care to much. And i was always a good tipper. im sure another car wash would be more grateful for my services.

Theyve changed things around since last time I visited. I guess there is a membership/subscription option. I did not choose that as I dont come enough to really benefit from that. The guy taking your card did not really explain that to me much or press to sell it. Now you ride through the wash in your car, I guess because of covid. I dont love that, but oh well. They do nice work on the inside of the car too.

I came here and was impressed with the friendly worker. He said my car needed clay bar and polish. I paid extra for this service. The car was never clay bared. At least I never once saw while I watched. The car was polished after the wash only. I noticed when I got home they never vacuumed any of the seats nor did they clean the dashboard. This car wash has a club for as many washes you want. That seems to be what they want client wise. I’m sorry I came here and wasted time and money. I’ll find another place before returning.

One of The managers Stephen was so kind to personally personally stand there and try to get my car cleaned. Jason, one of the employees saw that we are trying to get the stains off and came along and kept trying with different products and finally worked his magic and got all the nasty acid stains off of my car!Ive had them for almost a year and everybody was telling me that I have to paint my car. They saved me a ton of money. This auto detailing place is the best.

State of the art car wash. Fast service. But also precise. Ive been to car washes in CA, NJ, NY, PA, and many more. This definitely ranks high. Superior Mgr Steven leads a nice crew. Fast, friendly service. Super popular and busy location but very well managed with smooth operation and final quality control. They go above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended...!!!!

Hi have been going there for years. I will not be going there anymore for several reasons. The first issue is that the sales people are not clear with pricing. They are telling you that you can purchase monthly membership for unlimited use but what they are not telling you is after the first month the price doubles. There has also been a price increase since the new Owners took over but the quality of work is terrible. I took my car there twice the first time the rims looked like no one cleaned it the second time I had to ask the detailer to clean my rims again and still I left with dirty rims. I met the owner yesterday and he is rude and obnoxious. Don’t go there!By the way I did address the issue with the manager!

Terrible attention to detail. I got the works and it is like the inside wasn’t even detailed. I had to ask to have the passenger seat wiped down and the dash and center console was never cleaned

I am so impressed with the quality that Chris put into my car. I am still here and just wanted to recognize how much work he is putting into my car. The quality of this place has definitely decreased. Spent $30 on a car wash, that was not good at all. The ladies spent about 7 minutes vacuuming my car and missed so much. They did not even wipe clean many areas inside the car. Will not be going back.

I went there yesterday and took the Executive Car wash - which is all there services - cost me in total $160 - vehicle is not clean - they were supposed to clean carpets, and they only cleaned mats - dust all over the car - trunk still dirty - supposed to condition leather - still have drippings all over seats - I asked 2x if clay was used and vehicle waxed - the guy said yes - but car was immediately pulled into bay and was never done - this is really really NOT worth the money.

Disappointed in the change. Use to go out of my way just to go here. Now they have raised their prices at least $5, no more rain checks, ending the customer loyalty program and get get cash back to give a tip. They give excuses saying “we have all been equipment”. But yet my car wasn’t as clean as usual. “We need to stay up with the surrounding market”. But others cost less then them. They’re gonna lose customers to main st car wash.

Great car wash place to go to. The monthly membership is well worth it. I give this place 4 stars only because sometimes the wash itself doesn’t fully clean the outside of the vehicle. Other than this, it’s a great spot.

Paid for detailed waxed + interior worth $75, badly done, wasn’t expecting that poor car wash for what I paid, not worth it. First and last time here.

Used to be the best in the area but now they are more expensive and they dont do a good job anymore. Took my truck there and they left dirt marks all down the side, they wiped right off too. Then I took my moms suv for her and they definitely dont do as good a job like they used to. It seems like they have new owners or something, they got new equipment so maybe its growing pains? I might try them again in a few months to see if they got the kinks worked out but Ill be on the search for another car wash in the meantime

I bought unlimited washes for a month and I used it only once because the other times I tried to go was closed and apparently now they went into renovation and I have not been able to use what they offered me. I tried to call but no one answers. Why to offer something if they were going to close it temporarily.

Have been very pleased over the years until Monday 8/30/21. Prices increased 30+ %, and no more loyalty program. New owners wanting you to buy monthly unlimited

I have been coming here since 2002 weekly, now since it is sold and there is new owners the workers are not the same and do a terrible job. Also, the prices are MUCH higher now. So higher prices with worse service... NOT A GOOD LOOK.

From bad to worse with the new company after their restyling… I have 2 cars on ceramic exterior monthly plan… today after about 1 month they’ve been closed for remodeling I saw them open and went to get the car washed… no more bug brush and the guy with the degreaser prior entering the tunnel.. hold on the best part is that now they won’t hand dry the car anymore ( mine came out from the tunnel full of water and soap spots).Manager said the “new tunnel” takes care of that now and no more hand dry nor spray/dry the windows. This is the thing, the price for exterior ceramic remained the same but you get less service.. they went cheap and ain’t cool… this new company ( no more Motor City car wash ) has a meeting on Thursday hopefully they’ll address that but I’m disappointed unless they lower what they charge.

This was the best car wash in Palm Beach however it has recently been sold and the new owner unfortunately changed everything. They replace the actual components of the car wash and now the new car wash components totally mutilate your car as you drive through. They no longer honor any of the promotions that made it so nice to go to this car wash, like a free wash on your birthday or a free wash on your 10th visit. The car wash was over $30!!!! (Only option btw) which is crazy!. I’ve been going to this car wash for many many years and today was the first day that I’ve seen this car wash so dead. Unfortunately this owner totally ruined an established and beautiful business in the matter of weeks. Stay away.

Really poor job for the money. Jeep was only half washed, they wrote with crayon on window (for cost) which remained even after was AND hand dry, DID NOT even try to do interior, but still charged full price (said they were short staffed), paid for wheel cleaning but they were left filthy and dripping with wheel shine. This was my 3rd visit and after spending a small fortune and receiving mediocre results at best each time, its time to find a new car wash.

Like many of the one stars here, the attention to detail is not great. I don’t expect a 200 dollar detail when I’m paying 30 dollars but I still expect for them to wipe down the dash/radio. None of that was done. I would recommend them for exterior wash only.

I have previously had good luck with the one in royal palm beach. The team there really hustles. This time I went to the one on Hypoluxo Blvd and was not happy. I paid $70 for the Executive exterior that includes Clay, polish, and wax. I looked over many times and continually saw the guy not working and often walking away. I did not see any real clay application. Just saw a bit of a machine wax. The whole thing took 30 min with 10 minutes spent on interior, 10 minutes on the paint, and 10 minutes doing nothing. When I got home I noticed that the paint still felt rough and there was more than a few tar spots and scratches still on the paint. I went over those myself with some cleaner wax and it easily came out and became more smooth. So I know the guy put very little effort in. Clay treatment should always leave good car paint (which I have) feeling very slick and smooth. So I paid $70 for the executive detail and got basically the express wax/wash, which you can usually get for $30. Additionally, my wheels were still dirty. My advice is to just get the quick washes and at most an express wax there. If you want any real detailing and elbow grease put into the car, pay a little more and have a real detailer do the job for you.

Very inconsistent. They never thoroughly clean your vehicle.

Motor City was better before it changed owners and new name. Service isn’t as good as before . They had signs telling you when to pull up snd put your car in neutral. No more signs. They had workers who brushed the front of your vehicles with a solution for the bugs on grill and lower section of hood and a person who sprayed your wheels to clean them. Those services no more . Vehicle came out with bug stuff still on hood and grill . Don’t know if employees are new or the old ones but their not as nice as previous employees. Service and quality of work not as hood as old owners Motor City. New owners service not much better on exterior wash than neighborhood gas station car wash. Motor City WAS A SUPERIOR CAR WASH MOW ITS NO BRTTER THAN THE OTHER CAR WASHES SROUND YOWN, I guess I’ll have it hand washed and cleaned by a private service

New equipment in the car wash. Car came out very clean. Fast an efficient.

Got there at 4:45 pm it started to rain pretty good but I pulled in and the cleaner in the yellow shirt screamed at me while pointing at the sky. He was standing with some management at the entrance manager looks like he signaled ok to come in. I declined the offer nobody screams at me because the outcome doesnt end well for the screamer. I dont care about the rain because I needed the interior cleaned most importantly. I guess its ok Im doing in my garage I just saved $30!

Though it took them over 2 hours they cleaned my car beautifully. In their defense, I have very young kids who through their bottles up into the air frequently and made a huge mess on the ceiling. They got the majority of the stains and cleaned all the seats wonderfully. I was able to trade in my car for full value to get a new one because of the hard working people at Motor City.

They did great work with the Executive Interior. I’m very happy with my 9yo car that looks almost new again.

This place is scam. They are signing you up for their monthly deal then double the charge after 30 days without telling you. And then they tell me they are not refunding the money the same day it was charged on my card. Not only they don’t clean the car properly and now they scamming people.

Car basically just go through the machine and that is it. If you just want your car half clean.

Absolutely 5 star service by Manager Stevie. I expressed concern about an issue with my car, he corrected it free of charge-which I wasn’t expecting at all. I just wanted him to hear me out. They really treat their customers well and I will be back.

Always bring our cars here and never had an issue until today, when they called us to get our car they had moved it near the exit then we get inside the car and it wasnt vacuumed on the passenger side, one of the workers offered to do it then we realized the front of the car was still dirty, he also offered and cleaned it, then as we were leaving we noticed the inside of the car the windows and windshield were never cleaned. Horrible service today. I understand they are busy but do it right. We are paying for a service.

Its pricy but they did do a very good job. The last time was the best job by far. That guy really took pride in his work, you dont see that much anymore. That job was a definite 5, previous job a 3.

No complaints. One of the most popular car wash in the area, well run. They have 3 locations around here all are equally good. In and out quickly, prices fair, service great.

I recently went to Motor City to get my car washed. I have been to the Hypoluxo location countless times and they always do an excellent job. On this visit when I went to leave, my key was lost. Everyone was looking for the key, but it was not found. Luckily my daughter had my extra key and came and saved me. A few days later I received a call they had found my key in the vacuum. When I returned to pick up my key Steve the manager apologized for the trouble and gave me a gift card. Thank you Steve.

There was a guy that came in before me that was complaining but they did a great job for me they did a hand wash for me on my new Corvette I was real happy with them I dont get it I go back there Im glad theyre here

Went to get a car wash after getting sick last night and “repainting” my door it’s still a total mess. The windshield is still spotty. A rain storm would have cleaned my car better. Not impressed definitely won’t be back until the stop cheaping out on their cleaning materials

It was my first time here and I am very picky on car details. I’m a perfectionist. Not did I receive amazing customer service by Mario the supervisor, but the guy that detailed my car did an impeccable job. They did the outside detailed and inside in less than an hour and a half. I was very satisfied and will be coming here again in the future. Jean B detailed my car and he should be recognized for being so hardworking and patient. Give them a try. They are truly worth the $$$.

I’ve been coming here for years. The service has never been great but it was ok and close to my house. I recently signed up for the unlimited monthly. The service got really bad. They barely use any soap, my truck was still dirty when I got home yesterday. I went back today to politely let them know the truck was still dirty and the rims were untouched and really dirty. I was sure they would make it right and do a good job today. The guy I spoke to in the drive up line dismissed my concerns so after I went through I went inside and the girl at the counter also dismissed my concerns. Walked out to find my truck was ready to go. Still dirty and the rims were untouched and dirty still. I canceled my subscription and will be going somewhere else from now on. I gave so many chances for someone to care and couldn’t find one person that did. I guess they don’t need my business.

Terribly disappointed.. It was a hot busy day and I felt my car was rushed though. Paid nearly $40.00 for a wash and wax. The interior of my car had so many missed spots. Something as simple as the dash had to be wiped down twice. Door wells werent done, had to point it our to the guy dressing my car. Be cautious of there express wax, they hardly apply any on the car. There were so many areas missed. They guy was BS me about CLAYBAR was.. BS.. just put some wax on the car properly... Had to go over the whole car myself when I got home. They didnt even vacuum my trunk... Didnt find that out till 3 days later.. I should have known...This place is fine for your basic wash in/out. But as for a detail wax. The effort put in to clean my car, should not be based on the price I pay. Really unhappy with the results....

Very disappointed. Just cleaned what was seen superficially. Had to ask to go back and vacuum/clean. Especially in between the seats, where most dirt gets accumulated. No attention to detail whatsoever. He literally cleaned the top of the cup holder on the back seat but not the front of it - that’s actually a seat. I had to move the seat front and back to show him. You think they would know better since this is what they do but apparently not. Wow

I can not say enough about what an excellent job these people did with my truck. I was in the process of trading my truck in for a new one. I had gotten it cleaned after receiving multiple offers and the offers I received after being my truck to this place where a grand higher than the previous offers. Great place great prices

They do a great job on your car. I usually get a wax twice a year and its worth the price.

Took my small suv to get wash, wax, and interior wiped/vacuumed. Paid $80 plus $12 tip. Left very unhappy, went back and asked that it be redone. Windows have streaks, they didn’t even bother touching back window. The wash left bugs and other stains on car. I honestly couldn’t tell it was even waxed. The gentleman was working so hard and I feel for the workers here. Quality of work has gone out window. I wouldn’t go back there or recommend.

Not a bad car wash the only part I dont like getting out of my car after I go through the carwash and I have to walk all the way inside to pay to cashier and leave my car unattended they need to come up with a better system

Could not be more disappointed... got the inside and out executive package. After waiting an hour and a half (told 45 minutes) I would have had a better wash done with a charity wash at the gas station... NOT RECOMMEND... dont not use this location

Original comment: only cleaned one cup holder in my 2 cup, cup holder...... They didnt sweep out my back seat at all. The quality of cleanliness is just not up to standards.Update: Once the store manager realized the bad service they went above and beyond to fix their mistake. I went back to try them out again and the service was fantastic. Due to the service after complaint I would definitely go again.

The first time I got my car washed one of my head rests was not in my car when it was done. The second time all of my floor mats did not make it back into the car. When I called them they said it was after 48 hours so there was nothing they could do. Two out of two times with basic items not being back in the car earns zero stars for me.

Over 10 years as a customer and they tried to rip myself and my wife off. Yesterday my wife went there for a specific service, she told the guy what she wanted and he wrote it on the side window. When she went to pay they gave her a different price which was a lot more money but they said they would apply the coupon she had. Thus we paid more. I went today and my wife gave me a coupon for a #3 which should have cost $20.99. I did not pay attention to what my wife said it would cost and went and asked for a #3. The man at the front said they it would include additional services and I stated that as long as it was included in the #3 service it was ok. Well it didn’t cost $20.99, I was charged $39.99 and they didn’t do that good a job. I still had areas in plan view were you could clearly see dust and the front windshield and side windows were still dirty is spots. I don’t like being taken advantage of and I advise you not to go to th Hypoluxo Motor City Car Wash unless you like getting RIP OFF.

Went to get ur clay bar service $69 based on a nice mgr the day before ( sunday 4/18/21) saying that they did it!I watched the guy clean my car & didnt see him do the clay bar. When he was done I went over & said I hadnt seen him do it & he insisted he did after I gave him $5.... As I told him to show me, arrogantly he walked over to a third bay to get it. He insisted he did it but HE DIDNT & was wondering why it took so little time, he did catch me by surprise. Having a sick husband at home, I had to leave edp out of frustration- I didnt need this argument. I WILL NOT USE U AGAIN- u got some FRAUD WORKERS THERE !!! This kind of bad service gets around THANKS FOR NOTHING

My wheels always come out super clean which is better than I can say about most other places.

Paid for the $70 service and all the bugs on the grill were still there. The mirrors were also very dirty. I spent like 10 more minutes on my own cleaning it with a soft towel and it was not hard to remove, also one of the tires was left very dirty while the others were very clean.

I will never again go to Motor City Car Wash!I took my SUV in and they did not remove my fixed antenna and it was ripped off the vehicle and damaged the antenna mast, antenna mount, and auto body around the mount.They initially tried to cover the damage up and did not say anything to me when I collected my vehicle at the end of the wash but I discovered it almost immediately when I drove away.Then it gets even better, I met with, worked with, and waited for management for over two months and they never fixed the problem. Would not even return my callsNow I am out a lot of money to have it repaired myself and their management does not care about their customers, they just want your money and then you can go to .......I would never recommend or ever return to this establishment.

I love this carwash. They are fast and do great quality work. It cost me 34.99 to have a hand wax. In SoFlo you have to wax your vehicles if you want them to last in the sun. They are very fast for such a high volume carwash. They always do a great job on my truck. I highly recommend them .

I have used the Boynton executive exterior and the car is perfect. I used the Lake Worth location for my granddaughters car and as I walked around it I kept finding obvious road dirt, and the Mercedes finish felt rough on the hood. The tech kept wiping the car behind me, while I was still finding removable marks. It was not the same quality of work.

I paid $129 for a complete detail inside and out and it was still dirty. The seats were still dirty, carpet was still dirty, bugs on the bumper and side mirrors and it was if the car was never waxed.

The ladies detailing my car were super sweet. They waxed it properly and did not miss any spots. Very pleased. Thank you! Will be back!

Wow has this place went downhill. If you want bad service this is the place for you!

This place is amazing. I get my car washed in and out and waxed once every 2 months and I always go here. Theyre fast as hell and I always get compliments on how clean my car is. They did such a great job that I can drive while its down pouring without need of my windshield wipers and see clearly as the rain bounces right off.

Came in today for my free ultra saver wash which is a reward for getting 10 washes. Car looked like it had come from the factory. Looked great, right down to the tires. Also cleaned by the weather tech floormats and the mfg floormats under those.

Great! Attendants were efficient, courteous and helpful.

They did not do a thorough job on my car. The wheels still had brake dust on them when I got home. For the price I paid I am not happy at all.

Stevie and Jason did such an awesome job on my daughter’s car, I got home and took my son’s car right back to them! Great detailing and very friendly, definitely recommend!

I do not recommend this place. There was a lot of rushing and lack of even minimal attention to detail. The trunk got ignored completely when the service included both interior and exterior work.

I have to say I was amazed!!! Louis Castillo takes his work with great pride. My Wrangler Jeep was spotless. It’s not easy having a Pitbull and Chihuahua Hair removed out of my Jeep. This was my first time there and it will always be the place I will take my Jeep. I will surely be asking for him again. Thank you. I will be telling my friends.

Not a bad spot it was a fairly quick service I just wish I didn’t have to go back and touch up some missed spots on my wheels that I guess the machine didn’t get. Great job on the interior though.

Luis Castillo worked on my car on 8/14/20 and I could not be more pleased! He worked hard to ensure that my car was taken care of and he went the extra mile in everything he did. I highly recommend him!
