I visited today 7/26/2021. I was hesitant from the reviews that I could be charged for damages at will. That was not the case. All damage was labeled on the machine. My deposit was returned at the end of the session. Super easy and fun. Highly recommend if you stay in the area. Price is the cheapest in town and top quality jet skis.

Very unprofessional. First off they are first come first serve bases. The tall guy (his name starts with a D can’t recall his name ) was so rude and unprofessional yet alone the owner. Directions on how to handle Jet skis aren’t clear. We rented two (1500 deposit)jet skis and going out was fine but coming it was horrible. The guy swore up and down that we didn’t bring one of the jet skis back but we did. (The other person went to get the car btw) and the jet ski was right in front of him. It takes them a hour to put you on the ski and take you off.The jet skis are badly damaged already. I highly don’t recommend this place there cheap but not worth the run around. This was my second time going through this here never again.

Beyond impressed! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Amazing customer service. Boat was clean, big, and worked perfectly with no problems. $400 for 4 hours on the intracoastal waterway is a great price compared to what other places had to offer. They even accepted my New Jersey boating license. To anyone vacationing in the Palm Beach area, I highly recommend. No question that this place well exceeded my expectations!

I had one of the best boat experiences I’ve ever had on a boat at Boynton boat rentals. We had a fantastic day and went up to peanut island and spent most the day there hanging out at the sandbar. The boat was in great condition and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Great experience, the guys were super friendly and professional. Came in without a reservation (not recommended) but they were kind enough to give us a boat and give us extra time! definitely going back there next time.

So despite the unpleasant previous reviews about this place, I must say that I had a great experience here. From the 1st time that I called, I spoke to Marcelo. I called him a few times & he was very patient over the phone. I also had been dealing with Derrick & he was nice as well. My hubby, friends & I had a boat chartered by Robert & we had an excellent time; will definitely do it again!!!

Visited twice for rentals during recent trip to Delray. Reasonable rates and very good time - haven’t tried the others but definitely recommend based on our experience!

Make sure they flip the jet ski before you use it. They told me I got too close to the rocks and that I damaged the thing. Ended up paying 1000 for one hour of use…

Stay away he is looking to charge you for damage makes up a laundry list then makes you settle for half to look like a good guy very unprofessional and likes to talk down to you plenty of other places to go not worth the hassle.

Don’t go there ! They taking your card number telling you you have a reservation and the morning after - surprise! No boat no money ! They have like 6 pages on google all of them same place same layer owner taking ppl money without giving any service!!

SCAMMER, I repeat SCAMMER!Me and my friend and other 2 people today got scammed with the reason that we hit his jet ski but his jet ski is damaged before that time and he have no proof that we did that, he just bait the customers with the low price so he can get the deposit from them! They also were very disrespectful to us and yelling the whole time.

Not just for members.Anyone can rent.Members get extra discount.Good rates!I have never had a bad experience here. They are often busy. Sometimes you need to call them on the phone as they are often shuttling and moving boats around. They have never over charged me and have always given what is promised. Obviously they tell you to park in the parking garage. Other parking is posted and you will get towed. The boats and skis are in excellent condition.

A beautiful day on a boat was ruined by a bad business owner. We had to wait almost a hour before getting on the boat. Then the communication for the end to meet/gas up was not clear. He yelled at us b/c we didn’t meet him in front of gas area, when we were there but he was not. Smoked the whole time especially by the gas area, while gassing up, and not to mention in front of my child. When it came time to pay, he didn’t live up to the agreed price and I happen to grab a brochure for future and he was advertising half of what he charged me. I had asked him in the beginning if there were any specials. Then he got rude and started yelling at us in front of my child and walked away saying your not getting your money back. Not a great way to do business in my opinion... plenty of other boat rentals in FL.

This is the place to go in Delray!! Everything was quick easy and the the prices reasonable!!! He even helped one of the younger members of our group to get his boating certification on the stop so he would be able to drive a jet ski. Oh and the jet skis are brand new!!

First off, I dont give out 5 stars. I Came in with mixed expectations due to the couple negative reviews I read. I was also hesitant about putting down a deposit but after a couple professional follow ups (extremely rare these days), I made the reservation. When we arrived, I discussed the couple negative Google reviews to which Eddy replied, dont worry. The boat we reserved had a power steering leak so he upgraded us at no charge. Our boat was fresh, clean and like new. The boat was so nice in fact, we received compliments at a bait shop while we were out. Five minutes before we arrived back at the dock, we gave Eddy a ring and he was at the there waiting for us. We fueled up, unloaded and were on our way all in about 10 minutes. Extremely professional and great customer service! Anyone bashing this guy is a clown, he is fair and courteous.

Had a great time on the boat even though the four hours went by so fast. Eddie was fair and honest with us. He met us at the gas pump which was very busy at the time, so he charged us less than what he quoted for gas so we didnt have to sit there and wait for the pump.

Awful experience the owner Eddie came on our boat with a cigarette to explain how to drink ce the boat we had a child on the boat he then began to tell us mind you my parents are 80 and we had child on boat to go to the restaurant to pick up easy women. He then put gas in our boat with a lit cigarette in hand. He told each of us that we need to tip him generously!! When I said. It dont you own the boats he stated me down and said he can get around it he will send his brother in law out so we can top him and they can share the tip!! He also did a bait and switch told us boat was 35O but when we got there only had a 400 boat then when we finished he had flyers that he has a special for 260. I asked initially for any specials. He then got mouthy and told us to call the cops on him youre not getting any money back!! We said you have the money we dont want it back we just want everyone to know what a low life you are..Who does that!!

A few weeks ago I rented a pair of jet skis from them. The machines ran well and the service was good. They gave us a good rate and took care of everything. The one downside is that the skis were limited to 48 mph, which was not very fast.

Worst rental experience ever! The guys are very unprofessional. They charged me hundreds of dollars in fines/ damage charges for couple of minor scratches.

Amazing how this guy trick you isnt it? The day on the boat was nice the boat ok. The operator or owner is rude and unprofessional. If you drive there make sure to park your car in the public space DO NOT let him tell you where to park. I got my car and my friends car towed because we naively trusted him. Guess what our car were gone and $148 later, cash only of course, we got our car back. NERVER AGAIN WITH THIS GUYS...

Charges us for pre-existing damage on her skis $300 and threatened to charge 10 times that as per the contract. The contract btw doesnt state that. He is just using that as a scare tactic to make u settle quickly. Marcello is rude and u professional. Will never rent there again and tell anyone I can to avoid this guy. His associate that checked us in suddenly disappeared when we debated whether the damages were existing or not, as he had seen them and disclosed them as pre-existing. Shady business practices. There are plenty other boat rentals. Avoid this one at all cost.

I actually didnt rent from BOYNTON BEACH BOAT RENTALS but I sure wish I did... Everything they rent there looks brand new and clean (clean like just coming off a showroom floor)... I rented from INRACOASTAL JET SKI AND BOAT RENTAL. Please dont make the same mistake I did. I promise youll be very disappointed. . . . . I knew I made a huge mistake when i seen the difference in the quality and cleanness in the two companies but they were holding my credit card. Charged us for prop, told us that we have made damage, and it was minor paint scratch... I guess every time he paints it and then it looks like new. Of course that paint will go off. That was $350 unexpected expense. If you plan to rent, then bring your own prop :-)

This place is a joke. 2 seperate times have tried renting here, they take my card and guarantee my rental, then when I get to the dock, they give me some excuse or issue that boat is not available. Last time they rented the boat to someone while I was driving to the dock but still charged me for it, this time they ruined my sons Bday... spoke to Eddie while in parking lot and he told me to meet at the dock, I get there and tells me the boat is in the water and describes it, soon as I walk down the ramp, he tells me the boat got damaged but I see another family already getting into it and then he tells me that the boat we were supposed to get was pulled out of the water. Again took my CC info, I couldnt rent anywhere else because no one had anymore boats available in the middle of day. So disappointed and disgusted with this company. The guy had the balls to tell my wife to shoot him because the boat was not available, in front of my kids. Unprofessional and plain moronic, please like this should close doors, no customer service. Never will recommend nor do any business with them again...

I would give this place zero stars if possible! STAY FAR AWAY! They advertise a special for 9am- 1pm yet no one was there when we arrived at 8:45. We called the number several times and then finally a person named Eddie stated “I will jump in the shower and be there in 20 mins”.... he was already late at this time. Then when he arrived he attempted to raise the price by $200 ... (yes $200 from the BROCHURE price we were holding in our hand) and add another $50 for a tube. We read the previous negative reviews and unfortunately ignored them. He is entirely unprofessional and when we told him that his prices are bait & switch and that we are leaving he literally tried to FIGHT my Dad out of no where. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Second time down on Eddies dock today and the experience was as flawless as the first. Boats are emaculate and the service was first class. A great spot to grab a boat or Jetski and explore!PS my all time favorite watersports/boat rental spot is LB Wake and Watersports in LB, NYC. But I may be bias.

Called to ask about pricing and rental availability since website has no details. Got rushed off the phone, very impersonal and stated they had other calls to take when simply asking details to rent a boat for the day, which is their job. Will not be giving them my business.

The owner Marcelo is a major crook. He took a deposit from us and then when we could not go boating due to the weather he still charged our card. Beware!
