No social distancing, no customer nor staff wearing mask and everyone talking while cutting hair. So if you want to catch something this is the place to come. No sanitizing of station between customers as well. My man was trying to get a haircut asked the barber to put on a mask, instead of being like okay man no problem or whatever, told him someone else will help him. He left & you guys lost his money or any referral. Its Not like right now business want paying customers. You will be reported to Palm Beach County Covid Hotline enforcement.

Jay is a throwback to Barbers who took pride in their work. He is the Jacob Lawrence, Romare Bearden, Gabriel Levique ( famous artists) of Barbers in Palm Beach County. If you want a real cut go to Jay, if you want a whatever cut go elsewhere.

This is a great shop. I just moved back to Boynton and I found my new spot! The vibe is great and my barber did me right! Im definitely coming back to this place!

I honestly wish I can put 0 stars. This barber that goes by the name smooth, is really not that smooth. I asked for a blowout and got some basic haircut for $30. Notice it wasn’t blown out properly I was not going to make him touch my hair again, but my line up was just off which aggravated me so I told him can he touch it up. The biggest mistake!!! He couldn’t even make my line up consistent with the left side of my head. I even ask one of his colleagues if it looked even or am I tripping, and he agreed it was off. I hate to be that type of guy to complain about a haircut but come on now it’s 2020 bad barbers shouldn’t be in no establishment cutting hair.

Great barber shop. Spacious and clean. Jay is a grandmaster with a pair of clippers. Book early cause his time slots fill up fast. Flat screen TVs line the walls and they have an ATM on site.

If you want to get corona this is the best place to go, none of them have there mask, and will refuse to serve you if you ask them to put one. chatting nonstop while cutting your hair. + unprofessional, rude, and absolutely doesn’t care about the people life’s that they are putting in danger. they will give you a price base on how much they think you can pay. If you are seating waiting, do you,and your family a favor and go somewhere else.

My usual barbershop was closed today for New Years. I have something to do in the morning and wanted my hair cut prior so I stopped in heavy hittaz as one time before the guy I think his name was McNeil did a good job. The girl who cut my hair totally backed up my hair line. In addition to backing up my hair line, there are two patches of hair on top of my head that I hadn’t noticed prior to leaving. She did such a bad job I would never in a million years let her try and fix it anyways. On top of all that, and my least concern is it’s 35$ there for a cut and Andres is $20. They also include doing ur eye brows at Andres where I had to ask her. I can’t figure out how to post a pic on here or I would put a pic of my hair.I usually goto Andres in Lake Worth where it’s $20 and he does an awesome job every single time. I highly recommend Andres tell them Bryan referred you.

They wanted $45 for tape (not even trimming the hair) bread, eyebrows. 15 minute cut. Are you kidding?! And he went too hi up on one side for a blowout. If its that much and you know your prices are ridiculous, why wouldnt you inform the customer before hand.

I wanted to like this place because the one Barber at the front was very helpful with trying to find someone to cut my sons hair, but everyone was booked. The barber Andrew was a no show. Talk about lack of work ethics and unprofessional. People dont have time to sit around and wait for you to be a no show.I wish I got the name of the barber was helpful.

I’m new to Boynton area but I’m glad that I was able to come across this barber. We were greeted right way with Hey’s and smiles. A barber named Rii took care of my boys. We showed him a picture of what we wanted and he Executed it perfectly. The place is clean and we didn’t have to wait since it was a slow day. We will be coming back and bringing my husband next time.

I went up their to get a haircut and I was welcomed by a really cool guy named mike. He asked if I was waiting for someone and offered to cut my hair right away!! Not only was the haircut fire but he was funny as hell and made it an awesome experience!!! I 100% recommend heavy hitters and I will be using mike every 2 weeks now!!! Great place!!

I go see Mike Kahuna every few weeks, the absolute best. A perfectionist, does all the extras, I get compliments on his haircuts and beard trims all the time. Its an hour away from me, but its worth it, have been going for a year now and dont plan to stop anytime soon.

Got a hair cut from the heavyset caucasian in the middle of the shop of this barber shop. The haircut I received was terrible. He failed to follow instructions on how I wanted my haircut. I was clear that I wanted a temple fade, Instead he gave me a mid fade blowout. I mentioned it to him and he shrugged it off. He also pushed my hairline back and blamed it on the previous barber who is my main barber that was out of town. Smh. I was charged $30 for this terrible haircut not including mustache and beard. I highly suggest anyone to look elsewhere when in need of a hair cut.

😡😡😡This place is sucks, when you dont know the right person foe the cut.Usually ACE is my guy and always does my hair, he wasnt available and I was in a hurry.I got a guy to do my fade, I always get my fade and beard one way, its been a year now, I showed him a picture of how it usually done so he said he Got it.Fee usually for $25 I showed him what I want and they have a sign for that.He didnt do my Fade as I asked and he didnt do my mustache and on top of that he charged me $30 dollar this man should get fired for that man, Im very disappointed.Im a business man, leaving reviews such as I do not do but Im disappointed for a good place like that with such people.😡😡😡

Love it here, its close by and the barbers know what they are doing, you can sit and wait or schedule an appointment for whatever time fits youre schedule. Also, they base their tips on quality not speed. They actually take their time and cut you right, ive sat in my barbers chair about 5 times now, always surprise on how good he fades and gets every detail I asked for just right. Ive also watched the rest of them while im getting cut and they are amazing with the attention to details when they cut. Definitely should stop by, however, make sure to bring about $40 for the cut and tip because a cut and fade is about $35+tip. But its worth every dollar. Had been looking for a good Barber/barbershop since moving to Florida and was referred to Hernan the owner/Barber . My wait wasnt long at all. Hernan cut my hair exactly the way I wanted . He asked me what I needed done and he cut my hair to the length and my beard exactly the way I like. Im a WAVER so length of my hair and knowledge of cutting wavy hair is important to me and my man did his thing. Much props to my new Barber/barbershop.

Second time going there for my sons haircut. Great haircut but was charged 13 dollars for his first cut and then 25 for his second! Sorry, I would never pay $25 for a 13 yr olds haircut. Too bad because they lost a client.

Horrible experience, did a walk in for a shape up, I can’t speak for the other barbers there but the barber that got me was the WORST! I should have walked out the minute I sat down, as he put the cape around my neck I could smell his fingers reeking of cigarette, within 15 seconds he nicked me, his hands were shaking and he was dripping sweat.I walked out at that stage.I am from NYC and happened to be passing through Boynton Beach and selected this shop based on the reviews. Sadly to say the reviews were very misleading. I would not recommend this place.

Mike here is the most amazing barber I have ever been to. I have gotten my hair done by the same person for the past 3 years. They did a good Job. Then my friend interduced me to mike who made time in an already busy day to fit me in no questions asked. I was not only impressed with how accommodating he was but when I got home that night and my fiance saw my new cut she immediately said WOW who did your hair. She was just as impressed as I was how well mike did. She told me I am never aloud to go to anyone else but mike moving forward lol. Heavy Hittaz was a one of a kind experience for me for quite sometime. The aptmosphere, the people and the culture is second to none. Every time a barber comes in they dap each other up before they start their shifts says and means more than they know. To get a haircut or to even be in a place of negativity, discomfort and awakerness is not fun, and this shop is far from that. Worst haircut Ive ever gotten, I just moved and needed a haircut and got a barber who didnt know what he was doing.. didnt touch me with a blade, left long patches of hair that i hate to come home and cut myself.. terrible experience and the owner said hell get me a free cut but never came through so now I through $25 down the drain..

Been going here for some time I do walk in beacuse I only get a tape every other month, I have dreads so the tape is reasonable only $10 EVERY TIME I GO! but today all of a sudden they charged me $25 for what I been getting since I been going here. HE said $20 for the cut and $5 for the tape but I have dreads so I’m trying to figure out what he cut for $20?? I think he charged me more cause Today i look like I just have money to give away. I called The owner who is nice and made a complaint and he offered me 5 dollar coupon on my next visite WHICH I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE TO MY DOG TO GET A CUT FROM HERE. not to mention My mustache is crooked, I hate to feel like ppl got over on me $25 for a tape 🤨 but ps go to the black guys in the shop !

Barber there needed instructions like 10 times, come on this is not engineering or surgery, just cut the hair with a couple of instructions, it wasnt even in the end, I could have done the same job at home my own machine, they just used machines, no scissors, no skills involved, too expensive for barber school.
