Neal is by far the best automotive mechanic I have been to, I dont bring my cars to anyone else (anymore). Neal offers very fair and reasonable prices compared to some of his competitors and gets the repair work done faster than any other shop I have experienced. Neal also goes above and beyond his work by taking the time to remember his clients, I was originally recommended by a good friend and when Neal asked who, he actually remembered his name and that he was going out of the country for some time, showing that he does listen and genuinely care.
