This allstate is the worst one in the state of Florida theyre very rude and very unknowledgeable. The owner is a very rude old lady and she should plan to retire soon because obviously she does not have any customer service experience what so ever. Definitely should save your money and go somewhere else if you need insurance. They will not get the job done and will take your money also.

Very unprofessional business, They do not know anything about insurance. I tried to get a quote because i have a chemical imbalance and they laughed at me and i thought that was very rude of them. By far one of the most embarrassing things i have had to deal with. I asked to speak to the owner and i heard her say in the background that she doesnt want to deal with me and then she proceeded to say that she is on a lunch break. I have called corporate and i will make sure that this doesnt go unnoticed. Very disappointed and appalled with the rudeness and lack of respect.

Office staff is very rude, the agent is a sweet lady, but her staff especially so called office manager is the rudest, talks about every customer once they are done in person or on the phone. Horrible office staffing
