Best tec did significant damage to my residential property during their abatement process, punctured a refrigerator water line in the attic and severed live electrical wire and left. They said they had insurance to handle these things and to go through my homeowners-The insurance only covered half of the damage and when I asked Best tec to reduce their bill to reflect the difference, they put a lien on the house without any communication. They are also declining to subrogate with insurance. PS, there was asbestos all over the kitchen floor when the ceiling collapsed from the water.
