Matt Hessler did such a great job going over everything that would be done during my roofing job. He was very friendly, professional and very competent. He also coordinated everything with the insurance company and was very thorough. CMSs crew came out and attacked the roof and was about half way done by 10:00 AM and by around 2:00-3:00 was completely done and everything cleaned up around the house. Very impressed with this company and their attention to detail. My roof looks a million times better than before. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Called them to have them give us a quote on new gutters put on our house, they did call back, but never showed up..

Extremely responsive! CMS Roofing did an amazing job on our primary residence and now they are right on top of a rental property roof replacement. The same day I called the owner came right out and gave an estimate for the replacement. He even met my budget and was super easy to talk to and he actually listened to me and wasnt in a hurry to get off the phone. Roof leaks were a huge issue for me, then I heard we had a small hailstorm(I live out of town) had CMS come out and within about 30 minutes sent me photos of how the leak was coming through a rusted nail. While here they inspected my roof and let me know everything else looked great! No damage from the hail and no reason to file a claim. These guys are amazing and would use them again no doubt.

CMS did a wonderful job replacing my roof. They were done quickly and left no mess behind.

I contacted Justin to get a quote on replacing my roof. He told me he would meet me the next day at 9:00. He never showed. I tried to call him at 10:00 and 11:00 to see if he was coming and asked for a return call to let me know. I still haven’t heard from him. I guess I should have trusted my gut when I judged how unprofessional he was by how rude he was on the phone. Best Choice Roofing is installing our roof and they have been wonderful to work with!

I would actually give zero stars. Cms replaced our roof in Owensboro and weve had problems since. They came out a few times and kept saying everything was done correctly even though a channel area didnt look right compared to other houses. The flashing is over the shingles. Everyone elses roof Ive looked at has the flashing under shingles in those channels. And guess where the roof keeps leaking in the attic? One time when they came out they put some caulking on top of the flashing and the guy told us they had fired the whole crew that did our roof. When we get a good rain like today it still leaks. We havent always noticed it with less rain because of the insulation in the attic but today we sure noticed it with the heavy rain. I have called the on call line 3x since 9am and have yet to hear a response. It is now 4pm. I believe I have given them ample opportunity to make this right but apparently they dont care. I am not a roofer, but the facts are they put a new roof on, it leaks, and now they wont even call me back.

I cant begin to tell anyone how much I appreciated the way that CMS roofing handled my situation. I had roof damage from a fallen tree. The fact that I had the house under contract certainly caused me a lot of concern. CMS gave me a professional estimate that my adjuster was pleased to receive. At some point during the process, my adjuster had some questions. Phil gave me everything I needed to satisfy the adjuster. Jaron and Phil made this ordeal easier to deal with because of their great customer service and quality workmanship.

Tried to hire CMS roofing for a re-roofing of my lodge. Although this was an insurance claim, I had informed CMS that I would battle this issue and not have them fight the insurance company myself. A lot of drum beating about how great they were, but with no results. After a month, I gave up on them and hired a roofing firm that would actually come and bid my roof. Glad I did. Wasted too much of my time.

They were to come out and let me chose what was going on the roof.... They DID NOT. Sent a delivery of roofing materials to my home without ever letting us know they would be coming....RUDE! Then they put on the new roof and it looks HORRIBLE, the vent metal is showing, the tiles are not straight and it looks like a 5 year old did the work. Do not use these people.

They do a great job of Roofing in Bowling Green, and even in surrounding Southern Kentucky towns. They also do General Contractor work and can help you navigate the insurance claim side if you have hail damage or water damage.
