These people are down right mean !!! We got behind in our bill, we did. But with NO warning at all, They just show up and turn your water off !!!!! Even with a Dr.s Note that we have medical needs for water. They should have given us a notice that in a few days they would shut the water off, But No notice at all !!!!! No warning of a shut off. And then we immediately paid them over the phone, Bu, they still WOULD NOT TURN our water back on as a punishment !!! We were told would not send anyone out until late the next day !!! Just sickening our tax dollars at work drilling wells over in Africa so they can have free water, but we get the shaft !!!

The worst experience with this company. They dug a huge hole in the middle of my front yard in order to access the water line for a new build across the street. The hole was left unfinished and just loosely filled in for a couple months to wait for the ground to settle before landscaping and reseeding. When they finally came to reseed, I learned they were going to use basic contractor-grade seed that did not match the grass seed in my yard (and most yards in the area). So, best case scenario I would have been stuck with a patch of grass that didn’t match the rest of my yard. I supplied them with matching seed at my expense to at least try to help achieve an acceptable result.Fast forward a few weeks later, the ground settled and I now have a large depression in the ground where they dug and reseeded. This is from settling and I believe not being properly filling the hole the first time around. When I contacted the company, I was told they may come out and look at it, but they would not guarantee they would correct the problem.I fully understand unforeseen challenges come up and that nature happens, but they do not seem dedicated to fix the problem they created. I now may be stuck with fixing the problem myself or hiring someone at my expense. Do not hire this company if you have a choice.

If I could give a zero star i would. They are absolutely horrible with their prices, they price gouge, there is no reason that a family of 4 should be paying the price I do. When you call customer service, they are rude, and no help at all. You can call and tell them that youre on your death bed and they could careless. Worse company ive ever dealt with.

Pay more for water alone then I did with water sewer and gas combine.

Garbage company with horrible, lazy customer service who doesnt have an ounce of empathy or care for their customers. Not to mention when I had a really water emergency, god forbid they send someone out to take a look because it was 3:30 on a Friday!

Call and speak with one of the uneducated, brain dead employees and you will only find yourself more mad than when you started. Stay away from Perrysburg Township AT ALL COSTS. Move elsewhere.

Robbing the Public Blind!My dads house recently became empty. They take $85.81 out of his checking account monthly. When I called to inquire why he had been charged when zero water had been used. I kid you not, the reply was, Because you have the ability to use the water in his home. Who is letting them get away with this?????

$100 a month for a water bill for a two person household seems a bit excessive.. Yet they are your only option for water. I called to discuss the bill and was told if I dont like it I can have it shut off and put in a well and septic. Price gouging at its finest.

Ridiculously high water prices and horrible customer service. I called and told them I just filled my pool which is way on the early side so I would not pay sewer on it. The response was how do we know it didn’t go in the sewer. I’m thinking because I told you I filled a pool and used 4000 gallons more this month than normal.

I moved from city limits to perrysburg township and whoa! price gouging at its best! How can a bill for a 3 person family be $200 + for 1 single month?? i really think this is criminal! The woman i spoke with on the phone was nice enough but said yes, this amount is not out of the ordinary for other residences....WHAT?!Can water/sewer really cost more than all other utilities combined in a household...**To anyone reading this** Do not choose to live anywhere this company is provided water!

Absolutely terrible company. The rates are astronomically high. Even if were on vacation for multiple weeks with NO water usage our bill is still always over $120 for a small family of 4. The customer service is also terrible- called to pay a bill in which they under charged by a few dollars resulting in a ridiculous late fee the next month! Theyre terrible and it makes me hate living in Perrysburg Township!

Horrible customer service. No notice of service interruption. High rates and they dont care because they are the only ones we can get it from. I will be showing up at the board meeting on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 7:30am. To voice my concern and complaints.

We moved from Perrysburg to Perrysburg Township and our water bill doubled. NWWSD purchases their water from Perrysburg (who buys it from Toledo) and our bills us for Perrysburg water and sewer, as well as their own NWWSD water and sewer rates. That all sounds well and dandy, but the NWWSD water and sewer portions are as much as those from Perrysburg and NWWSD does NOTHING IN TERMS OF TREATING THE DRINKING WATER OR MAINTAINING THEIR OWN WASTEWATER PLANT. Theres no reason they should be charging this much. They only own the lines and scam the bejesus out of you in the process. However, they will quickly blame Toledo for their water rates, which have jack all to do with their cash grabbing scheme.

Absolutely ridiculous the price we pay for water. I have a family of 4, our water bill is $140 monthly. When I lived in Toledo it was that price for 3 months. I our washer broke for 3 months, and I used a laundry mat. Our water bill continued to go up every month. We pay Toledo water, Toledo sewer, Rossford water, Rossford sewer..... its complete bs. Were going to have to move because we wont be able to afford it.

Just moved to Northwood from Oregon. Not only is the water horrendous, its absolutely ridiculously priced. I live by myself and my water bill is over $100 a month. Absolutely absurd.

These people dont seem to know what theyre doing there.When I first signed up for service, I was told my bill would be $58 a month. When the first bill came, it was $72.88. When I called and asked why, they said it was because I had 5 people in the house. So, I understood. However, when the next bill came it was $140. I called and asked why again. They said that the 72.88 was just prorated for the first month, and that my bill was actually $115, and there was a $25 new service fee added on the account.So, now I am actually a bit mad. They could have told me this from day one, but they didnt. Additionally, while living in Fostoria, which is where my sewer goes, I was paying less than $60 a month for both WATER and SEWER. Now, I am only paying for sewer, as I have my own well, and some how its double the price of what it was when I was in town.Looking at the bill, Fostoria is getting less money than them. Which is weird since theyre only transporting it, and Fostoria is doing all the work. Well, what work needs to be done after the grinder in my yard does all the work.Oh ya, also, I havent even moved into the house yet, as it needed renovating. I told them that 0 people are currently living in the house, and they said that Im stuck on paying for 5, even though no one has even crapped in that house once since we bought it (all the toilets are ripped out!)This company seems to price gouge simply because they can. There is no reason why I should be paying double in my bill. My new house is just as far from the treatment plant as my old one on the other side of town, so no way that its costing over $60 alone just to transport waste.

I would rather deal with the Mafia then these guys. I had to sell my apartment buildings in Perrysburg Township because my bills wereexceeding $1200 a month for eight units. That was more then I paid per year when Toledo was our water company 10 years before.

This company is OBSCENELY over-priced. My husband and I live in Findlay, Ohio. But we have 3 relatives who live in McComb (they each live alone) and thus are unfortunate victims of NW Water & Sewer District. Our monthly water/sewage bill is HALF what those 3 relatives pay. INEXCUSABLE!

The crews from The District have been replacing and/or repairing the water lines on the house that ajoins to my property. In an addition to doing a speedy, thorough job, they have been very friendly, kind and professional throughout the process, right down to installling new sidewalks and grass seed. Its nice to see this type of service. Thank you!

Our water bill is $145 a month, which is absolutely ridiculous. We cant even turn on the sprinkler for our kids because of our fear of how much it will raise our bill.

Horrible company who will shut your water off if you owe them $50, even though I pay my waterbill every month. A monopoly on the tax payers of Wood county....The entire leadership team needs to be replaced, we as tax payers deserve better!

I sure love Paying $150 a month for water that tastes like pure chlorine and having to restrict my family to bathing every other day because its so expensive. I wonder which politician in Rossford is getting the kick back for screwing their constituents so hard .

Filed a complaint with the attorney generals office. These people are price gauging consumers. AG office urged others to file so this can be resolved!!!

There needs to be a class action lawsuit filed against them for overcharging customers. If anyone has any information on how to go about this please post. Special District means they can make up their own rules and charge whatever they want. Something needs to be done.

For no reason my bill went from 20$ a month to 50-100$ a month. Several other customers have had this same issue. They only explaination they offered me is maybe you have a leak. No I dont. Nothing has changed. There is something they arent telling their customers.
