First of all the guy Mark came out and said we needed a sump pump under our house. We had that installed by them and have been waiting for the electrician to come out for over 3 weeks. When we tried to call Mark 4 different times he never returns the call. I questioned him about the reviews on here and he was quick to answer. Obviously he is pretty good at telling fibs cause he told us we could call anytime but he sure didn’t say he wouldn’t call back. A person named Micheal Vincent came out and said he was checking things and proceeded to tell us we have mice and snakes in our attic area. He took no pictures and when we questioned him about that he said pictures would be taken when the work was going to be done. He scratched my bakers rack in the garage and left the stairs down to the attic. We had to close it ourselves. We have spent money we can’t really afford on the word of someone that is now ignoring us. Please beware and know that these reviews are truthful and very useful. Beware!!!! We had the termite and pest control service which we were happy with until we saw a mouse. When the tech came out to check for mice he told us that our crawl space had a serious mouse problem and was calling a specialist. The specialist came out and said the had an infestation inthe crawl space as well as the attic. Now, our house is less than 1 year old. He also produced a large snake skin that he said he found in the attic. Since I am extremely scared of snakes I was in a panic. They recommended that we have all our insulation replaced and several other services to take care of the problem. This totaled $10,000!!!! Initially, preying on our fear and panic we agreed. After they left and we settled down we called our builder and talked to several other pest control companies. They all said that it was impossible for a snake to survive in an attic at this time of the year. The heat in the attic was probably 120 degrees or more.The specialist did say that the skin could have been there for a while; however, he said we had a serious mouse problem and the only way to fix it was the services and insulation replacement he recommended. We had another company come out and do an inspection. They found no signs of an infestation. They found no droppings. The Terminix specialist is actually an insulation salesman. He used our panic and fear against us. What a scam!!! Terminix should be ashamed !!!

Cant get anyone to come out and change the Terminix stations in the ground that have been damaged. If anyone popped out to look at the mice problem, we dont know what they did and it wasnt explained to us if they did anything at all.

Technician called a few days before and said he’d arrive between 10 and 12. He was there on Tuesday promptly at 10, checked termite traps, replaced broken ones and performed a crawl space inspection! Prompt service and professionalism!

The Terminix worker did a good job.

Weve had Terminix come out three different times and our problem just seems to be worse than ever! We had wasps in our house, ants, HUGE spiders, and stink bugs galore. All in our home. The only thing that I havent seen back is the wasps. Everything else has grown in number and size... Now we have giant ants in our home and even more and even bigger spiders! They have been such a hassle to deal with too... They would not show up on time and that caused us to miss them twice. They didnt do a thorough job at all and I had to have them come back a couple times. This is such an expensive service and were not even getting rid of our problem! Im constantly having to shake my shoes and clothes before I put them on to make sure there isnt spiders in them. Nearly every morning we wake up with multiple spider bites, even my poor children! We are cancelling, obviously. Very unsatisfied customer.

Most disappointed Ive ever been with any company, not only did Terminix take our money before doing the work, what little they did has caused major issues at our house and no one will respond or address the issues. This has been a problem since June. Not sure how a national company can be this bad. I would really appreciate a reply.

Back in June of 2020 I had talked with a sales rep from Terminix (Bowling Green branch). The sales rep proposed services and asked I sign his proposal on his iPad. He put my info in the iPad and requested my credit card. I told him I didn’t want anything charged to it. He assured me I wouldn’t be charged, it was only to initiate an account. This was a lie. I started having withdrawals from my account (I never approved this). Workers “finished work” in my crawl space in a few days. Fast forward a few months and after having concerns and not hearing back from Terminix (after multiple attempts and texts to the sales rep, the BG business number, a trip there, and calls to 800 terminix numbers) I became skeptical of what work was done. After hiring and paying a contractor to come inspect my crawl space and comparing it to the list of services that were supposed to have been completed, services were no where close to being complete (sump pump & dehumidifier not set up, no electrical complete, protective barrier not in place, wood had not been treated, drain system not completed, and trash had been left in crawl space (packaging from sump pump/dehumidifier). This list isn’t even exhaustive. They have been out a few times and I have been in communication with them since October 2020. It is the end of February 2021 and the work STILL isn’t complete from June of 2020. That’s nearly nine months.I’m very unsatisfied. Very! I feel I was taken advantage of, services weren’t satisfactory (and incomplete). I am continually told “We will make this right with you”, but they haven’t in 9 months.Jonathon has come out and talked to me about things (I do appreciate that). But there still isn’t resolve, and Im far from satisfied.My hope in publishing this is to help any prospective customers to rethink committing to doing businesswith them. I only wish someone had warned me, and saved me the stress.After all the aggravation, deception, poor customer service, and dissatisfaction, I hope they consider this in my final charges.It’s been a headache for 9 months.

They never showed up and when I called to see what happened they said they had no record of my appointment that I made online.

Did not perform duties as specified originally as to what they do for the price. Quick to charge you for services without performing the services. They did not do crawl space, attic, garage, foundation, granules, catchers for mice or the inside of the house as promised for the $99 offer, nor did they do cob web removal or hornets nests on the outside. Have made several calls to office with no luck in answer. Requested to speak to manager and haven’t got a response back. Unhappy customer and will not be using this service again.

Fast to take your money and not follow through with promises. I question if we even had a issue to start with. We are looking for a new provided currently.They came done a inspection said they would hover everything but bed bugs for $150 a month for 12 months then $45 a month after. That seemed crazy high and still does. Well after first treatment we still had tons of bugs! I’ve been calling for three weeks to get someone out here and no answer on the phone or schedule. Called Corporate and they could care less. I’m done! I want a refund, these things out of my yard and no future withdraws!

Horrible!!! Got insulation in attic about 18 months ago because we were told it would keep mice away. Not only did it take them four months to finish the job... They never came back out after multiple calls. They even quoted us that we needed 12 inches where there was no way 12 inches of insulation would fit. On top of that.... Guess what! There are still mice up there. They were really quick to finance but slow to work and the product does not work.... STAY AWAY!!!!

They put in drainage piping for my mother and it flooded her basement and front yard. Now noone will return her calls.

Scheduled an appointment for an inspection and were given a window to be home. Guy never showed and did not call. My wife called four separate times to reschedule and was put directly on hold three times where she waited so long that eventually she just hung up. The fourth time she was pressured into commiting to a year long treatment worth hundreds of dollars without our house even being inspected.
