Got my lashes done at this place the other day & they done the absolute worst job ever!! The lashes literally lasted 2 hours before they were falling off… also the lady applied so much glue it was ridiculous!!

I actually love getting my eyebrows done here by one specific lady. Great for getting your eye brows threaded but I also wanted my lashes done. The lady rushed the whole process, didn’t sanitize or wear gloves between customers, I left with a thick black glue line on my natural lashes (hair glue). I thought they used a more sanitized and natural looking system but I guess you get what you pay for. If you don’t mind the obvious fake lash look it’s a good affordable place to go. But it’s just not for me and the look that I was going for. My usual lady always ask if I want cooling gel, eyebrow tint, she brushes my threaded lashes from my face and sits me up to look in the mirror. The newer lady didn’t do any of that. I tried to give her a chance but I’ll wait for the other lady, if I go back.

Love to go here and get my eyebrows done! They use thread, they are quick and good. The prices are great!

Eye lash application BURNS your eyes, throughout and after the process. Way to much glue!!!!!!!!!*A experienced lash artist will always ensure your eyes are completely shut throughout the whole process.My eyes were constantly burning during and after the procedure at Neel Thredz. Awful experience. I had to go back into Neel Thredz to have ALL that GLUE removed. Not only a Painful experience but a very unprofessional one.* Applying lash extensions should be a relaxing pain free process when done professionally.My eyelash extensions also poked and irritated my eyes. Lash extensions should NEVER be applied to the skin. The adhesive is not designed for contact with skin and will clog the pores potentially leading to blepharitis/hair loss/infection/allergy etc. Exactly what happened to me. Do NOT get eye lashes done here. Brows are ok (Sometimes) mostly by only one lady whom station is on far right. She is the best! She will actually have a true consultation with the client.

Good location and pricing, but the lady who did mine and my moms eyebrows/lashes was SO rude and pretty agressive with her work. She cut my moms eye brow. She and I have never had this done before, so we didnt know what to expect.. when I was getting my eyelashes done, Im blinked and glue got stuck to the bottom of my eye and messed my left eye completely up and she got upset with me, but she never once took time to explain the process or ask if wed ever had this done before. Not the best customer service Ive ever received, for sure!

Ladies and Gents this is the best place to go for lashes, eyes and other more personal areas. Hairless yes Indeed. You wont be disappointed.

I went in to get eyelashes, excited bc Ive never had them & the lady that did them was Extremely rude, rolled her eyes at me was very aggressive, I told her sorry and that Id never had it done and she was still aggressive. She wiped the excess black glue all over my face and poked me in the eyes several times. She also DIDNT wear gloves or sanitize her utensils or wash or sanitize her hands before handling me, and she had just gotten through with a women right before. Absolutely wouldnt recommend. I went straight to my car and ripped off the hideous lashes. Money well WASTED. This place should be closed.

I always go to one specific person, but she was out and would not be in until later, so against my judgement I went to the younger lady. She was ok, but I will keep going to my person. She is great!

Im from Brazil and went to Need Thredz Spa this morning, the lady was super nice and did a GREAT job! The price and work is just amazing. I super recommend them!

The people there are very nice and caring. It’s a very good place to go for a quick threading. They do an amazing job! I would recommend this to anyone!

I have never had a bad experience here. Each one of these ladies does a fabulous job. I’ve been a customer consistently for months now. I’ve seen some very sensitive people get their brows done, like they cried and complained the entire time, but these girls were patient and kind to them all the while. They offer a ton of different services, I’d definitely reccomend them to anyone! :)

I always choose to go to 1 specific lady now as she always does a fantastic job on my brows. Well managed, minimal wait times and friendly.

Legit: Ive been here about 5-6 times and have always had a different lady doing my eyebrows and everyone of them has done a great job. Im a guy and jut like the clean look so I dont get them styled, just cleaned up and they do a great job. I wish there were more places in bowling green because the last 3 times Ive been here there has been a loooooon ass line- week and weekend

Family-run business with just a couple ladies usually working. They do a great job and are generally pretty quick. Wait times can be hit or miss. Sometimes Ive walked right in and was able to get service right away, and others there have been 5 people waiting already when I arrived (and I waited). Ive been a customer several years, and have always been satisfied with the service. Threading is a different experience to waxing, and I feel the brows just turn out more symmetrical and neater with the threading. Can be a little painful the first time or if you have waiting too long to get them touched up. Then again, waxing can be painful too.

Love this place. Seems as though ownership has changed and I did prefer the previous owners.
