Awful service, my driver is on time for the unload and all of a sudden they just changed the app time saying it is the correct one while the rate conformation is completely different. Really non - professional behaviour and service. If you have a chance dont go there!

Great for customers, but not so much for theyre employees. Yeah they start out pay is fabulous. But is it really worth it? To start you work approximately 15 hours a day and some days longer with no more then 4 hours turn over. Yeah the job is really simple but after 3 breaks you dont get another one and have to work till job is done. Which could be anywhere from 4 to 7 hours without a break. There equipment is not up to par and company isnt prepared at all with shortages of (PPE). And after all is said in done you have to wait forever for theyre HR department to deposit checks. Waited 2 and a half weeks for a pay weekly job and payment is just now being processed which will take another 3 days. So if your looking for work I highly wouldnt recommend working for this company unless you want to live at work and not even get payed for it. Except when they feel like it.

Appointment is 12pm. But says they close at 12pm. Hmmmmm

My experience was good. Got there after closing. Parked comfortably in their driveway. They woke me up at 6am to come park inside their lot. My appointment was for 10am. They gave me a door at 930am. Empty at 11am. Note: Only 3 trucks can fit on their driveway for overnight hours but there is a truck stop about 2miles away.

Not a speedy unload here. Got here at 10 for an 11 oclock appt. Didnt start to unload the trailer until 1245. Then 2 hours to count 10 pallets and they charge. No overnight parking here.

Im not really sure what all these other guys complaining about. When I got here I called the number on the sign. They gave me a door immediately. Then I went in and checked in. The office staff were nice and polite. Even when I asked to use their bolt cutters there was no complaining or rudeness. Once I broke the seal and backed in, they had me out of here and under 2 hours. No bad at all! The only thing I really cant comment on is the price of the lumper service. It seems to be a common complaint in the other reviews. My freight offload was prepaid so I didnt have to deal with it.

Not a great place to deliver. Put me in a door early (great), but took 2 1/2 hours to unload 10 pallets of one item. Lumper was ridiculously high (Capstone not RFS), then got yelled at because the shipper did not send the quantity they ordered. Not a great experience.

Overall it’s good company, but if they put you in the door right away couple hours before your appointment time, they’re not gonna touch you until exactly appointment time .

I was running late with a load from south Carolina that had no pick up appointment. #ch ROBINSON 🤢 an i called to let them know that itwould w be late an NOBODY panics great place wish other places WOULD work with drivers they set th standards.

Not the fastest for an unload and pretty expensive lumpers. The office runs pretty slow also, a lot of chit chat and not a whole lot of concern for the drivers. Not the worst place Ive been though. Definitely not the best

Nice people. I was unloaded quickly and my daughter was given a clipboard with coloring pages, crayons, a pad and many other items. They did charge $95 to unload 3 pallets though.

Checked in 9am, appointment 11:59am, got a door 10 am, checked out 11:59am. I guess they took my trailer early because someone didnt show up. Dont be late, 300$ fee, take a look at the picture. No overnight parking on their property.

Not really a person to put 0 stars but this place is so lazy. No one wants to work thinks out. Had delivery 7 skids took me 7 hours. They should close places like this.

I made a delivery here from Charlotte NC to Bowling Green KY. Clerks were kind and unloading went well.

Great prices, good bulk food, very friendly staff. They have your order ready quickly and will load in your car.

2 hours exactly theyre usually really good about getting you out no overnight parking here but parking is one mile away

Easy check in lady was nice, no overnight parking, arrived 3 hrs early got a door rt away, I will c how long it takes to unload, if quick 5 stars, wow unloaded in less than an hr, super
