Ive been doing business with them for years. They are always nice & willing to work with me if I cant come in on the exact date my loan is due back. Never had any problem.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They needed a bank statement, but refused to print it. I just relocated to Bowling Green and there arent any United Community Banks in Kentucky so it is impossible to get the statement for them other than having my bank mail it, which takes time someone who needs a payday loan doesnt have. Completely talked down to me the whole time like their customers are scum or something. Avoid this place at all costs I suggest.
