A great place to get a real haircut! Loring Todd and Tom Snyder have been together for over 50 years and still cutting hair perfectly! You need to go there if you ever need a haircut in Bowling Green.

Ive been getting my hair cut here for many, many years and Ive never been disappointed. They offer a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and they know what theyre doing. Most of my friends go here as well, so they must be doing something right!

Today was my first visit to this barber shop. I must say that I was pleasantly pleased. There were 3 chairs and 2 gentleman working. This gave me the feel of how a barber shop is supposed to be. I called ahead and they told me to come right in. When I arrived, there was less than a 5 minute wait before I was up. He asked me what I was looking for and he gave me exactly that. I will defiantly be returning. I am very happy with my experience.

Great place to go to if youre looking for a fade or a crew cut. I kept telling them I dont want a fade and showed them exactly what i wanted. Still ended up with a fade. Got frustrated and just ended it cause i didnt want them to try and fix it. I just had them leave just enough so someone else could fix it. But no forreal. They were polite and great conversationalists, and really good at making fades or crew cuts.

Walked in to get my beard trimmed. This was the first time I have tried to grow a beard and get it trimmed. When I walked in he was very nice. I explained what I wanted, just a trim and make it look cleaner. He politely commented on my mustache (that I have trimmed my self) that most of that needed to go! Haha! He cleaned me up and gave me a few tips when growing it out.Thanks!

Todd and Loring have cut my hair for nearly 30 years. The BG Barber Shop is simply one of those epic locations a person is lucky to have once in a life. Call-ahead, it helps land a spot when the days are busy.

Ive never felt compelled to leave a review like this for anywhere, but this was a truly awful experience. First of all, he talked to the guy who walked in right after me the entire time. pointed me toward a mirror 1 single time during the entirety of my haircut, and no, not at the end of it. I asked him to shorten the top after the initial look, he trimmed something? Either way, he didnt show me it again before he loosened the jacket and told the next guy, his buddy, that he was up. Apparently if youre not friends with the guy, he doesnt care about the quality of your cut and will get you out of the seat if a friend of his is waiting. When I got home I noticed it was no shorter than it was before$14 for a ~20 minute isnt much effort but apparently it was too much to even let me acknowledge my cut before I left. I went home and buzzed it off and I dont think I ever want to visit a barber again. Im sorry that I even had to write this
