The ruined my husbands break system by using the incorrect tow truck.. when they werent even supposed to touch the vehicle. When we called to complain. Pat the owner called my husband racial slurs and several other derogatory statements. I will make it my business to report him to the citys commission. Never use this crooked place sad but he doesnt have to worry about our business ever again

Very prompt, courteous, and professional service. Driver that arrived had a mechanical background and checked to see if the vehicle could be repaired and driven away before hooking it up to tow. We have used this company multiple times over the years and they have always been outstanding.

HORRIBLE!!!! I am a college student in Bowling Green and my car got towed. Not a big deal but they had a hidden charge with on-site payment. I called to simply ask about this charge and Alexis (a manager of this company) immediately provided rude and defensive customer service. We were informed that the charge for getting the car back was $100 cash or card but the card was charged for $110. Again, not a big deal but the company was rude and unorganized from the beginning. HORRIBLE, rude people who are inappropriately dressed. Elder man had his pants unzipped and underwear hanging out which is quite scary for a young college girl at night. Very irritated with my experience with this company.

Absolutely fantastic owner. Cares about people more than anything and it shows. He cut me a deal and even came to pick me up in his personal vehicle.

These guys were extremely rude. When they backed up to car just slammed into it and broke evap cannister and what holds it on. Only thing they would do is put ziptie on it. This was to 17 year old girl. When I got involved and asked them if they could fix it there response might as well been go to h***! Sad theres still companies like this in business.

Pat Cassidy towed my vehicle, my fault but the customer service I received was TOP NOTCH!! They returned my phone call very promptly. I spoke with the owner who was very professional and understood my situation and was very eager to help me!! I will recommend them to anyone and I will use them if needed. Oh, it was pouring rain when I needed to get my car and one of the employees meet me. He was right there and it was very quick and he was very friendly. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone after finding my car had been towed, Bruce was very professional and polite. There was no fuss and it was a quick and painless process. The people at the office were very nice as well. I would recommend them to others in the future.

I have used them a number of times to tow my vehicles and have found them to be extremely helpful and responsive. While I can empathize with those who get their vehicles towed, the low ratings must be taken with a grain of salt. I have nothing but good things to say about their service.

Hands down one of the worst towing companies in Bowling Green. I am not writing this review because my car got towed or the $120 it cost me to get it but the unprofessional manner it was towed in. A tow truck a SUV and a guy on a motorcycle showed up along with 7-8 people most of them being older teens to tow it, Really isnt necessary to try to intimate me with all the people they brought and on top of that they have a guy that sits in the parking lot and calls in tow trucks, Its just not how a business should be ran, they are basically stealing from you. Do not run into these people they are real shady.

So my car was towed for being parked in a tow away zone, fine. But the place was really shady. Had to have cash for the fee. $125. They had to be making bank off of college kids like me walking to bars. Very unprofessional, no paperwork, citations, or receipts. Just took the cash and brought me back to my car. I didnt sign anything. Im not sure about the law but it seemed borderline illegal.

People towed my car from a doller general with no warning then wonted 125 to get ot out 2 blocks away got there. Place looked like a crack house full of strung out drug addicts went on and paid them then they started hallering and cussing throwing rocks and threatening to kill us just couse i ask why my car was setting side ways in a hole surrounded my junk garbage and broke nail filled boards they also damaged my car in a number of spots i will be going to the county Attorneys office in BG to press charges for terroristic threatening and the damage to my car and its all on camra so dont go here place sucks and people are just plain out ignorant and stupid

We explained the situation to them and they were so extremely understanding when we didn’t have the full amount of money to pay to get it out. their kindness was a blessing after a long and hard day even through a rough situation.

I had a less than pleasurable experience with these folks. Everything leading up to getting my car was a nightmare. There was confusion about whether or not they were in the right to tow my car when/where they did. Thankfully, I ended up not having to pay a fee due to a third party companys help (the apartment complex where I was parked). But once that was cleared up, the guys I spoke to at their location were pretty nice about the whole thing. There are some good sports that work here, but the way they all deal with towing vehicles is terrible. I can attest to most of the negative reviews on here.

This is a very poorly operated company, I am not upset about the fact that my vehicle was towed, I understand I was in the wrong based on where I was parked even though I was only there for about 10 minutes, however when the operator accessed my locked vehicle where it was parked they managed to damage the door seal. In addition to this, upon paying the fee for towing they refused to accept a check, and instead insisted that I go to an ATM and return with the exact change for the $125 towing fee in cash. When I retrieved my vehicle from the lot I noticed the damage to my vehicle and also that my vehicle had been left unlocked while on the lot. I hope that I never have to do business with this company again.

The absolute worse towing company of all time. This place made me wish Southside towed my car. Im not even upset about my car getting towed or even the $150 I had to pay to get it back. Im upset with how poorly this business is ran. My car go towed on Saturday night. I went Sunday morning at 8 AM to get the car, but nobody is at the business. I tried calling multiple times with no answer and a voicemail box that wasnt even set up. He was probably sleeping because why would you need to be up at 8AM when you dont have a real job. I tried again on Monday at 7AM (Open 7AM-5PM according to google). There was some sort of mechanic there, but he said I had to call their number to get someone to give me my car. Tried calling multiple times, but no answer. Just before calling the police to report a stolen vehicle, he called me back. He came to let my car out at around 8 AM (I was suppose to be at work at 8). Asked for $150 CASH ONLY and I made him write me a receipt because Lord knows most of their shady business isnt in the books. He simply opened the gate and gave me the car. No ID needed, No proof of owning car, and I highly doubt they even had my license plate number. If youre reading this because your car got towed, go to a hardware store, buy some bolt cutters and go get your car. They dont have any security and nor do they keep track of any vehicles in their lot. They are shady and do not deserve business.

I HIGHLY recommend this company! I used their services yesterday after a very stressful situation of loosing my keys while working an event for my business! At the time I had my enclosed trailer attached. They towed both without ANY questions asked and consoled me and eeeuowuky made everything so easy! They even turned on my generator on for me on the tow lot so my cooler inside could run so I wouldn’t loose product until I could find another vehicle to use for my next event. They seriously made my bad day so much better. Tow companies use to have a negative connotation in my book but these guys seriously changed my perspective. Use them for all your needs!

Horrible service. They hung up on us and was very rude. A lot of parents have children who attend college in beautiful city Bowling Green. To have a company like this deal with our kids was a horrible experience.

Agreed with every 1 star review on this page. They ILLEGALLY tow cars and try to get away with it and collect money. If you get towed by them, make sure you call the owner of the parking lot first to be sure its even allowed. My car got towed by a business that doesnt even use their service. Pathetic, rude and hillbilly!

Pat went above and beyond when he towed my 1977 corvette. He helped me push it my shop and made sure that my car was not scratched or damaged when loading and unloading. Highly recommend.

So unprofessional. There is NO reason to speak to me like that when I kindly asked a question over the phone. Was told to stop bitching, and then was hung up on. They continuously ignored my calls when trying to call back. Also, be sure to check your vehicle if towed. When picking up my friends vehicle, we noticed damage on the front bumper.

As mentioned by others, this is a very shady company to do business with. My car was towed after sitting in a parking lot for 40 minutes unattended. After contacting the owner of the parking lot to file a complaint, I was told that the Pat Cassady Wrecker Company had free roam over the lot, to tow when and whatever they felt was violating the Bowling Green parking ordinance. The manager also stated that the driver had been into the business previously, bragging about towing 30 vehicles in one day. When I contacted Pat Cassadys to inquire about the location of my vehicle and why it was towed, I was told that it was parked illegally, which it clearly was not. Upon arriving at the business, which took forever to find because it was not clearly marked, I entered to find a smoke filled, dirty office where they offered to text me a receipt. After obtaining my vehicle, I observed a scratch on my bumper from the wrecker, and my window, where it had been slim-jimmed by the company to gain access to the interior. All in all, I would never do business with this company again.

My car unfortionaly was towed while I was visiting my friend that attends wku. Of course frustrating but I feel they are just doing there job. They were EXTREMLEY polite and apologetic and if I were to be towed by anyone id wanna be towed by these guys. They are a family owned business out here trying to make a living like the rest of us.

Awful experience. Visiting friends parked in lot on Saturday less than 1/2 full and this company towed. Why? parking signage should be more visible if thats how it is. Criminal

Very rude staff (drivers, office staff). Threw the receipt at me, and the genius showing me to my car tried to threaten to not release my car. Very very shady. If your business uses these guys, you need to reconsider your dealings with these scam artists.

My car was moved in order to pave a lot. During the move the car was damaged by employees who were assisted by a passerby who saw them struggling. The company claimed responsibility and apologized for the damage. They told me to bring in an estimate and suggested a few places for me to go. When given the estimate, they refused to pay. Actually, I was told it was way too much and asked if I would pull my car around back so the gentleman could try to pop it (the dent) out. I declined his offer. He mumbled, hemmed and hawed, and suggested I contact the property owners who hired them to tow. It was property owners fault because they called his business. (His logic, not mine.) While passing the buck, he sidestepped back into the business. He never came back out. If you use this company you may experience unprofessionalism, inconsistent communication, buck passing, and poor follow through. Good luck to you.

Very unprofessional place. The roll up with drug addicts thinking that they can run all over you. If them young kids show up guest ignore them. I wouldnt let them tow my bicycle.

My car got towed from a stores public parking lot when they were closed. They were closed all weekend so I couldnt get my car, and now I have to pay a storage fee in cash only. Doesnt make sense that they can tow after hours, or expect someone to pay an extra fee just because they are closed on weekends.

When I called to see if they had my car I spoke to a gentleman that said they accepted credit cards as payment. When I got there they said they didnt. Also had to wait for someone to show up to unlock the door to the office and it was the middle of the day. Very unprofessional. No paperwork.

Accidentally locked keys in car and Pat Cassidy service came within 30mis and unlocked with no problem free of charge. Thank you!
