The younger front desk employee that sits closest to the front main entrance door is extremely rude . I own 2 salvage yards in Tennessee and have recently started doing business with this branch but after dealing with the extreme rudeness and rolling eyes I will never be back . this is the 4th time this has happened with the same lady . Im not sure if this lady is family to the owner or on a personal level with management but I will do business elsewhere. it seems after looking through reviews and speaking with a local iaai manager in my area i was told Im not the first person that has called with complaints about this lady

Make sure you have 15 forms of identification if your own car is in there. Once to get past the rudeness at the front desk. Then the guy in the yard is great.
