Best flooring place in the area by far, and best overall that Ive been to. Great selection, great people working there, and great installers. Definitely stop here first if youre looking to get new flooring.

We have bought from Carousel for years going back to when the founder Will owned the company. His sons Bobby and Norman continued the business. We purchased kitchen flooring from them for about the 5-6th time over the 40 years we have been in Bowie. The floor started getting deep gouges thru out the floor. They had a rep from the company come out to take a look and no one would stand behind their product. To this day, and its been over 5 years nothing has been done about the horrible flooring! Norman promised he would replace it but never did. We deserved so much more after all the business, references, and money we gave them. I will never deal with Carousel again. Very disappointing.

Awesome carpet and flooring store, they had a high dollar carpet for a great price due too, the fact they purchase large lots and pass the savings on. Included in the price was, padding, installation, furniture removal and old carpet removal. Nice folks and installed the new carpet 3 days after the go ahead. On time and efficient, highly recommend, you wont be sorry.

We went through Home Advisor and talked with 3 other flooring contractors. Some prices were lowish, but they were pushy and lacked knowledge of Bowie houses and specifics of what flooring was best on a concrete slab, etc. Carousel was not pushy, answered every question, knew exactly what we needed to know and even accommodated our schedule. They gave us all the heads up information we needed. The installation of a whole level of flooring was done very professionally in a day and a half. It looks like this is the way it always should have been.

Comepletely and totally amazing service I came in to get some carpeting for my boat. The gentleman were so knowledgeable and friendly. I felt really terrible walking in 10 minutes before they closed. I just had to get this work done. The guys really help me in picking a new flooring carpet... I requested a quote for some flooring before moving into my new house. I knew the exact product name, plank size & even walked the salesman to the item and pointed to it. They quoted $10,000 installed. 4-5 weeks later I moved into the new house and wanted to get rid of the disgusting carpet, so I went into the store and the owner Norman came over to my house and measured. The original quote was for 1,800 sqft and he measured 1,856 sqft. He called me a couple hours after measuring and said that the price would actually be $16,000 installed. I was very disappointed and went into the store Monday to discuss what we could do on the price. The salesman said he could do $8,000 for supply only, but they could not honor the install because theyd be losing money. I maintained my composure and found someone who would install the floor for me. I called today (4 days after the $8k quote) and was ready to pay for it, Norman called me back and said that the price would now be $10,000. I work in construction and understand people make mistakes, but I honor my quotes, even if I make a mistake. I was willing to work with them after the first mishap and willing to pay more than the original quote, but I cant believe they made a mistake a second time and had the audacity to tell me that its only a small increase and Im still getting a good deal.Bottom line: The owner is unscrupulous and unwilling to honor their quotes, even after theyve already raised the price by 60% the first time. I will purchase this floor elsewhere; Im highly dissatisfied with this company. Everyone else there seems to be friendly and willing to help, but I cannot support a business run by such a weasel.

I got some great advice and some incredible carpet. They gave me a better price on a better carpet than Lowes and they have free installation and disposal of the old carpet. I am glad I went to them.

Awesome selection in carpet and flooring solution. Nice older gentelmen at the counter and very knowledeable. Got a good deal on our living room and stair runner. Provided padding, labor, and disposal. On time and nice installers. Highly recommend.

Best flooring store in the area that I have dealt with thus far!Bob and Norm are absolutely amazing. They bend over backwards for you. They are pros, and wonderful to work with. Very direct, extrely knowledgeable, and very professional.Huge selection of all different kinds of floorin, and they really provide quality service with helping you figure out what works best for the areas of your home you are planning to put down flooring.

Very poor communications. No decency to call us to say they wouldnt deliver as pre-arranged promised. We lost work income in order to be home for the delivery. Sadly wouldnt recommend due to their lack of communication skills. A real bummer !!! Very disappointed with Norm, Bob & Brett.
