These guys did a great job of removing a tree that was threatening to fall over our road. They were careful of the grounds near the tree and cleaned up like nothing had been done, well better than before. They gave us a very competitive price. I ask for an estimate on some tree trimming and tree removal. Someone came out in a couple of days,walked me through what needed to be done and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He said I would have an estimate the next dayThat was two weeks ago. Three calls to their office later, each concluding with a promise to send an estimate-still nothing! If they dont want to do the work thats fine. Just say so.

My experience was awesome! I received 4 different estimates for removing 2 large trees in my backyard. The price from Garcias was the best by far and they were able to get it done the same week. Their team arrived on time and did an amazing job. The trees were easily 70 ft tall and they climbed and cut both in one day! This company is amazing! I contacted them during the first part of January to inquire about pruning and cutting back my sick old pecan tree. Because of all the rain in Charlotte NC my lawn was sponge and I pretty much had given up on the tree being pruned. Much to my surprise, they had come and pruned the tree while I was away. What amazed me is that there were no tire tracks or debris to alert me that they had come and cut the tree. When walking my back lawn to see determine how high my grass had grown, I looked up and saw that the tree had been pruned. What an great job and a reasonable price to boot! They are MY TREE EXPERTS; theres no other choice.

Received an estimate from Garcias on Friday, confirmed Monday after receipt of 2 other estimates, and the work was complete Tuesday morning! Juan and his team had the brush behind my garage cleared out quickly and thoroughly, including a downed treed that was not visible on first inspection. On top of this, they were very careful when backing equipment up the unimproved alley behind my home, ensuring that the ground was not ripped up in the process. Much appreciated!

I couldnt be more pleased with Garcias. They were always friendly and helpful over the phone. They were prompt to swing by our house, look at our doomed tree and provide an estimate.They showed up right on time and started working right away. The whole tree was down in about two and a half hours. The trunk sections were hauled away within a few business days.We chose Garcias initially because they provided the best price and they checked out as a reputable business. But if/when we need any more assistance with trees, I will call them back because they did a really good job and they run a great business.

They called my husband to schedule a free estimate so the free estimate was scheduled. On the scheduled day, they called and said they have another schedule. Take note, they called us and set the appointment then they said that schedule was already taken. That was a waste of time as my husband had to stay home to wait for the guy. After a few days, they called again and finally gave us an estimate for $1400 for 3 trees that we wanted cut. It was all set. When their crew came, they didnt know what to do. They didnt know whether the trees should be trimmed or cut down. They sent 3 men in our house without any idea what needs to be done. My husband called their office and learned that the manager forgot to give them the work order. We ended up cancelling it and look for another tree cutting company. We found Comprehensive Tree Care. The owner/manager was on time on the day of the free estimate and he came and showed/explained to his crew what needs to be done. $675.00 for the same job Garcias was supposed to do. So if you need tree services, go for Comprehensive Tree Care and avoid Garcias.
