This is the second apartment complex where I have lived where they are contracted to maintain the property. The quality of their work is just awful! The grass looks terrible even after they cut. They just throw the mulch down. They wait too long to cut the grass. They don’t clean up after themselves. The crew spends most of the day just sitting in the courtyard. The crew are unfriendly. Just terrible!

Totally unprofessional, dont hire them!! Only if you want them to ruin your lawn, porch and AC.

No pride whatsoever in their work. Have never fully trimmed my property not once. They mow fast and wait too long you will have uneven grass as soon as they are done. If they feel like it they MAY possibly blow off their mess. Half hearted effort at best.

I have used Complete Landscaping for a number of years in the community I manage. Complete Landscaping management has been extremely responsive every single time I call, text or email. That is the most impressive thing that sticks out to me. The managers are very nice to work with, and truly care about the job being performed. They show up when they say they will, and the crew works very hard to make things just right. They have gone above and beyond as well to do extra work not even included in the contract. Super group of people!!

They absolutely destroyed my yard and many in my community, I wish I could add photos. Do not go with this company. As others pointed out we have had property ruined, cars covered in mud, and deep ruts all over our yards. The guy trimming has absolutely no skills and the team that comes to our neighborhood has absolutely no pride in their work. August 2019, while their grass cut one of the their employee damage my storm door. 2 weeks past by no body contact me to solve the issue after i contact my management company they send one of the their manager and we discuss for the solution so on i get an estimate for fix and send over to my management company, i ends up to fixed my storm door from my own expense. since august 2019 to 29 January 2020 still cannot get the answer from complete even i cannot reach Suewho is taking care of their claims. i hope whoever thinking to use Complete for their property to understand they will take their own risk for any issue they will face with.

My favorite place to buy my plants...

No one knows more about the symbiotic relationship between plants and ground coverings with the surrounding topography, animals and climate than the folks at Complete. In addition to design/install and solving problems they also do a great job performing routine maintenance from mulching to weeding to mowing to fertilizing to trash pickup. They take the extra step to make my properties look great and clean!

For those complaining about the noise of the mulch grinder, your issue is with the nursery, not Complete. Even though they share the same lot, they are separate companies ✌🏽

They continue to run an industrial mulching operation which creates horrible machinery noise for the neighborhood when zoning allows for nursery operations only. A giant mulch grinding machine is NOT nursery equipment. It also means hundreds of extra trucks dumping off tree debris which adds to the noise with backup beepers. Its like living next to an industrial construction zone year after year after year.

Rarely do I write reviews but this company picked up my apartment complex (over an hour away from them) and they are terrible. The grass is so long I can hardly see my puppy in it. They wait so long that when they do cut it, they don’t clean it up so there’s mounds of grass everywhere. DO YOUR JOB! shouldn’t pick up work if you can’t keep up with it. The guys before you were here once if not twice a week. They are calling for thunderstorms the next 4 days in a row...how could they not come today? Every landscaper in Maryland is out right now before the rain but not these guys!

Terrible experience, they will destroy things around your house dont leave anything out doors around your house, toys, balls etc they take no liability and pay no mind to anything in your yard i physically watched them run over one of my yard items and hide it in the Bush. They weed eat right next to your car have things flying into your car . Do not recommended this company at ALL. STILL NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY THEY WONT EVEN GIVE YOU SUPERVISORS CONTACT INFO . RIDICULOUS *** update _ 3 weeks later still havent heard from owner or any management!
