As you can see from the previous reviews and from our experience, you are at risk at paying for this service and them not actually doing the service. We paid for them to file a failure to pay against a tenant then one month later we called the Baltimore City District Court rent division and they never filed. Maryland eviction online could not even provide a case number or a check number so that we can verify that they filed. Now over a month later we have to file and start the process all over

We used Maryland Evictions, found it to be so reliable and easy. Danielle Calhoun was very pleasant and so easy to work with. Always returns her phone calls within a reasonable time frame. We definitely recommend their services.

They said if keys were turned in they would cancel the eviction. It wasn’t honest at all and there is still an eviction on my wife’s rental history now.

It was next to impossible to get an answer to an email or to get a returned phone call. They went to court and did not win (due to tenant payment) later that day received an update from a completely different person with an update. Then today, over a month later, the original attorney we spoke (Danielle Calhoun) to gave us an update stating we did get judgement. It is very clear they do not communicate and that there needs to be more training given to their staff. I would not use them again or refer them.

Terrible experience, Danielle @ MD Evictions online was supposed to file a warrant of restitution online at Hyattsville court, she told me she filed the WOR and asked me to stay tight until 3 weeks because that is how long it takes to get evictions processed and told me there is no way I can check online the status of WOR. It was my fault for trusting her blindly.After 3 weeks I called the court clerk to check the status of WOR and clerk office told me it was never filed. So I call Danielle @ MD Evictions and she asks me until end of the day to look into it and asked me to call at the end of the day. Like an idiot I waited until end of that day only for Danielle to stop responding to calls and emails.She did refund the money I paid. But I wasted valuable 3 weeks and my terrible tenant who been living rent free for past 3 months got extra month rent free in my apartment courtesy of MD evictions online and now I am worried about my future tenant who might cancel the lease because of this delay as my my terrible current tenant got a clue their evictions papers are delayed, they did not vacate the apartment as promised on July-31st.
