I do not recommend this agency. Their work ethic is horrible. Aaron Brown is helping my ex-husband selling my house while I am on vacation abroad with my kids visiting my parents. He is ignoring the divorce decree written by a judge ordering my ex-husband to sign the quit deed. This is a total nightmare. I am working now with a good lawyer who just file a Lis pendens with the recorder of deeds. Aaron Brown just sent me a message accusing me to be illogical...

Ms. Stacey Baldwin, as of June 1st will owe $8,428 in rent. Ms. Stacey Baldwin is complaining about items that are easy to fix, if she had not impeded the maintenence personels entry by changing ALL SIX OF THE EXTERIOR DOOR locks! Ms. Baldwin claims that I changed all 6 locks and lost all six keys. This Tenant and has changed the Locks on every door to make sure that we cannot enter to do maintenence repairs, and then has the nerve to complain about repairs not being done!. This is a clear violation of the Lease. Still I tried to work with her insistance that she, or a family member be present whenever workers came to repair items. Contractors have literally shown up, to work on the house, based on her agreed to schedule, and she was not even there to let them in. Did I mention $8,428 in owed rent as of June 1st, 2015, smh.

Poor landlord, repairs go months without being addressed. I had plumming issues that went undressed for almost a year. My daughters room was filled with mold due to water coming in from the outside. He didnt address this until it was time for an inspection. He uses unlicensed contractors and instruct them to do patch work to save money. I removed my screen from the window and it fell to pieces because it was screwed together. The frame on my front door was wood nailed together. The locksmith that Mr. Ottley sent, due to my door not being able to lock, told Mr. Ottley that the door was not secure and that he would not want his mother living like that. But, nothing happened. He failed housings inspection three times, and then began to harass me to move. Mr. Ottley went so far as to tell me he was going to have a locksmith come and change the locks, this eight days after giving me a 30 day notice to vacate. I would not recommend his services to anyone.
