The staff was super nice! I got 5 big balloons (PROM?) and they helped me take them to my car and gave me free bags for them because it was raining.

Ive been here on a few occasions. It is pretty much set up like every other party City. They have a wide variety of themes and holidays, Halloween costumes, and balloons of every kind. The worst part is basically the very difficult to utilize check out which was clearly laid out by somebody that cant comprehend how people move in a space. Also staff isnt particularly friendly or helpful. Overall it does what it is meant to do as a party specialty store well otherwise not anything great.

Poorly managed. Walked into a store with a very unfriendly staff. I understand its Saturday morning and you guys just opened, but you can try to fake at so kind of customer service. Three people behind the counter looked at me liked I was crazy when I asked for help with balloons (after standing at the register for a few minutes completely ignored).

The majority of items listed available in store on the website were not in stock. When I asked if the numerous boxes could hold the items I was looking for I was told they were for a different aisle even though they were all marked with a list of the items and no they werent all for that aisle. Get some employees that are actually helpful.

The store was in a bit of disarray, but they were having a great sale. The sales associate was very nice.

Very rude manager. Poor customer service to me and other customers. The manager does not know how to speak to people. I was emailed and told my online order was ready the night before. The cashier told me to pick it up at the balloon counter. The rude manager told me to get back in line. I told her that I already paid and she said “no you didn’t you only paid $1”. I went back to the cashier because I was not going to get back in line. The cashier told me it was over in some boxes and she would have to look for it but I had to wait a few minutes. While waiting I asked the balloonist if she was the manager and she said she was. I waited and told them to cancel the order. A horrible unorganized policy for picking up online orders. I pick up orders from many stores very frequently and I have never seen anything like this. I will never be back. I would rather get my balloons at the dollar store than deal with so much unnecessary rudeness and delisrespect. If the “manager” hates her job so much, she should quit.

Went to Party City to get birthday balloons and was told they had no helium. There was no sign and I waited in line for 10 minutes. Went to a grocery store for the balloons and I was told they have heard for a month from customers that this party city doesnt have helium.

I went there today and they said they were not blowing up balloons. They literally are a balloon store so I’m confused.

You cant go wrong with the price. A bit messy as a store but overall it is great for what it is! We go there before every party.

Store was very warm and there were only 2 cashiers so had to wait a long time for service.

This place in bowie is just not good. The computers where all down while there was only 1 computer that was good to go. And on top of that the workers were not doing anything about it. :-( disappointed party city.

Empty shelves, junky and overpriced. I was disgusted when I went in;an eye sore.I will be returning items brought as I found the exact same thing elsewhere dollars cheaper. I only have it 2 stars since they did have the themed items I was looking for.

Great place for holiday decorations,and party supplies.

The store always seems to be a mess. The last time I went there the shelves were all empty and the aisles were full of boxes. Around Halloween time the shelves were a disaster.

Nothing special, had what I came for - sort of. Store was A MESS. Boxes in the aisles and stuff fallen off the shelves. Charging high prices for cheap quality costumes and Halloween decorations, but knew that ahead of time.
