Poor customer service at this branch. I have been denied a notary public service without reason, just because the representative doesnt feel like doing his job.
There have been times where they haven’t been able to help me with my particular issue but all in all these people in this branch are really nice and they do their best. I think this branch deserves a better rating honestly.
I go there often. The service is usually pretty prompt. I wish they had Saturday hours.
Honestly I never comback to this branch the customers sevices is no good in my opinion for cashier a check stay almost 20 minutes and put to me to much complaint
Would rate a 0 for today if I could. I waited at the drive through for 15 minutes after I sent my deposit. I was not even acknowledged. I then pushed the call button. My deposit had not even been touched. I should have asked for it back. I waited another 5 minutes before I got it back. I was then told sorry for the wait..... There were people inside.....wait..... What????
I waited inside inline for eleven minutes and there was nobody in front of me in line this branch is a joke. Corporate needs to do something
