I went to Dr. Duggan for over 30 years, continuing long after I moved away from Bowie because I loved the practice. She retired and sold the practice. I noticed administrative changes I didnt like, but thought the new mgmt needed time to settle in. Today, I needed to make a short-notice change to an appointment and was informed that I would be charged $50. In the 30 years of going to this practice I never missed an appointment. I advised the staff that they could either change my appointment w/o charge or send me a medical records release form and I would find a new dentist. They chose to send me the records release form. I wish these folks well and best wishes for better management. They are going to need it.

Their dental work on my daughter was absolutely horrendous. Mis-diagnosed her teeth and instead of pulling them, she tried to fix them. Subsequent procedures performed on her were overcharged. Almost double the cost of an average root canal. Now being harassed for another payment that I have already paid. Will never recommend these incompetent dentists to anyone.

Dr. Duggan was my dentist since childhood. Unfortunately, she sold the practice in December and patients (at least in my case) were not informed. Since January I have had issues with them charging old insurance, and sending documents to old addresses, despite making changes and calling them regarding corrections. I was told I need procedures at different cost points each time, that now I am not sure I needed and never came out to the amount they said it would.It has been a frustrating three months and then the office staff hung up on me when I cancelled an appointment and tried to discuss my frustrations. Very disappointed in how this practice is being run now.

Charged my wife 50 dollars to take out my 5 year old sons tooth that was ready ro fall out. Never asked nor said there would be a price. Just did it out of there own free will.Next time if you want to make a sell try actually asking to make one instead of using piss poor customer service and trap someone to give you money.Also if it was done to do the cleaning right. Then this concern should of been told to my wife. Seriously will tell everyone to avoid this place.

Dr. Duggan has been our familys dentist for over 25 years. She took care of our boys through childhood and now as young adults. She is knowledgeable, caring, and gentle. A truly excellent dentist. When needed, she makes appropriate referrals to specialists. Her staff reflects her high standards. I highly recommended Dr. Duggan.

I had a very pleasant visit at the office. The front desk staff was very friendly and polite. They were very informative about my insurance plan. My hygienist had gentle hands when doing my cleaning. I had to have some additional dental work done by Dr. Dholoo, (I recommend very highly). All in all I had a very good experience at the office and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist office.

My whole family has been going to Doctor Duggans office for the last 20 years. The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs a dentist.
