The location has moved from the old food court (now closed). It’s now outside next to the Panera Bread. The map pin location shows it being over by the Victoria Secret.

The Amazon lockers in Bowie Town Center are in the food court. I was trying to find a store called LAIT, and none exists. I also looked inside the Safeway, also not there. The security guard told me where they were. SO, if you cant find the lockers in BTC, go check the food court!
