Evans and Staff was very organized and helped walk us through this very difficult time. We were never rushed through the viewing service or the funeral service. We had an open casket and Dad looked like he was peacefully sleeping. Thank you for making a very tough few days easy on us.

As a family member attempting to make arrangements for a loved one from out of state, I could not have asked for better service. I worked with John throughout the process of what could have been an excruciating time. However, John was compassionate, informative, personable and helpful. We worked via phone calls and emails and though we never met in person, I would highly recommend this funeral home. John handled things in a very timely manner, answering all of my questions along the way. I am so thankful to have found Robert E Evans!

Great speaking with the initial gentleman, but the Director was horrible. His first comment was in response to my wife acknowledging him when he called, she said Hello, how are you?, he snarky response inline with dont ask me, youre the one calling us.He told me that we were likely wasting each others time when he found that the death was in Baltimore. I am in Virginia, I will be transporting everyone to the funeral, I need to go there to arrange everything. Excuse me for not wanting to drive 156 miles round-trip to Baltimore.Instead, splitting the difference, this location was accessible to myself and my family. But, no, the director who was likely stressed over the pandemic, was rude and almost mean. I dont need more negativity days after a death in my family while planning the funeral.But the gentleman who answered the phone who took all of my information was great; make him the director...

Went to a service at the funeral home for a friend, was surprised to see that they had food after the service. It was nice not to have to go somewhere after, was able to spend time with my friends. The staff and funeral directors that I spoke to were nice.

Very professional full service funeral home. John and Lee were very accommodating during the process for the homegoing service for my brother. Im still in the waiting process for the death certificates however, its the state of MD with their long process and not the funeral home.
