The face recognition on computer was locked. I took it to the Greek Squad and they were very professional and fast service.

I purchased a new Dell computer from Best Buy on 12/10/18. The sales agent was very helpful! Geek Squad transferred the data from my old computer to the new one. From beginning to end the service was flawless, the reps were very knowledgeable, professional and explained everything I needed to know about the computer and answered all of my questions. Windows 10 is new for me and they gave me a tutorial on many of the functions that I was not familiar with. When I got home and set up my computer I couldnt find one of my files. I called Geek Squad, and since I live 5 minutes away, I took my computer back over, and the rep was waiting for me when I arrived. In five minutes he showed me how and where to locate the file. I highly recommend using Geek Squad!!

Phillip was awesome. Knowledgeable. Fast. Great respectfulness and professionalism. He fixed the problem, explained in easy terms what the problem was and worked with my schedule so I didnt have to leave my computer for 24 hours. I will come back again.

I wish I could have used and booked an appointment with the Geek Squad at Bowie Town center but unfortunately after I had been on hold for 20 minutes an employee answered the phone and then rudely hung up after not even discussing my issue.
