1st and definitely going to be very last time.. $59.99and I still had to clean the interior floor all over again. I can’t even get mad at “whip clean” because I was told by some friends who have used this business in the past not to go there. But being very open minded I decided to give them the benefits of doubt..Lesson learnt, not wasting my money ever again.. if this is VIP services then shame on them. I wonder how regular service will be like.

Typically I have a good experience here but this last two times has been disappointing. I had to take pictures it was so bad. I paid $76 bc I included interior mat cleaning, wheel shine and spray wax. When I got in the SUV I still had dirt on the mats (weather tech) dust on the seats and they hadnt vacuumed thoroughly at all. Hopefully service picks back up because it wasnt busy that day at all.

Place is nice! But work is mediocre. I paid premium to under the assumption that my car is going to do deep clean on my car. Not a detailing but atleast wipe my doors and clean the inside on the cups.Try to atleast attemp to get most dog hair off. Whip Clean make sure your staff is doing Excellent work not mediocre.

This place is the worst, my blades and driver mirror both was damage this past weekend. I have tried to have a phone conversation or face to face meeting with management and nothing but response via email. Which is not customer service responding of such. These damages to my vehicle is $2000. And all I received of what the sign stated that’s hidden somewhere. That’s not visible as you enter the lane. This past Saturday I arrive as a new customer was assistant by an employee to make my wash services and never was I told of the policies and the entrance signs state anything of policies but services to select and payment.This place is not for the customer of caring for the customer property, but quick to take your money.I would not recommend this place if they can’t provide love and care for my Audi but quick to take my money and still have spots missed on my Audi.Beware do not go here.

I don’t know why I keep giving this place more chances. The cashiers are always nice but that’s it. I go so frequently because with black interior it needs to be vacuumed frequently and brake dust irks meThe last 3 visits were terrible. They don’t even try anymore. The car still dirty. Brake dust.. windows all streaked and soap still on the car. I still believe in the model and convenience so I got a monthly plan but I’m starting to think I may just be a glutton for punishment because they NEVER give me a clean car back.The young man who guides us into the bay that’s supposed to add pretreatment to the brake dust just runs down one side of my car.After they were done I spent 10 minutes drying my car because it was soap everywhere and brake dust all over my rims.Bring the only full service wash in Bowie other than sea room they should do better for $60 a month.And to add to that I called when I got home to see why the quality of afterwash work was so bad. .Gentleman on the phone just told me bring it back up here and they will make sure they take care of it. I’ve done that on a couple different occasions… same.. same..

The facility seems state of the art, but thats the best part about it. I used to have a monthly plan, but cancelled it because I was disappointed. I went back recently to clean up my lease before I turned it back into the dealership. Disappointed again.Some residue from bird droppings still remained along with other random spots that wiped off pretty easily when I got back home. Some wheels were left unwiped. Door wells werent touched or wiped down. Certain parts of the car interior werent vacuumed well, if at all. I went for the proximity to my home... Ill just take the drive to Central Wood next time I dont have time to wash my car myself.The pictures below are from when I had the monthly plan. And ultimately why I ended it. As you can see, the parts that are clean make it mirror like. The parts that arent (around/near handles, corners, crevices) are what I had a problem with.

I have the vip membership $55 month. They clean the outside but never once have cleaned my interior even though it’s part of the package.. I’ve been to cheaper washes and I didn’t have to remind them to clean the inside of my vehicle. For the price they asking they need to make sure they are performing the appropriate services. 4 visits total and no clean interior, not even on the first visit. It’s really a waste of $55 if my interior is untouched. That’s the whole reason I go... So I went back today and asked the guy at lane 2 to make sure my inside consoles were clean he said ok but once again it wasn’t touched. I said to the guy wiping the car down can u clean my inside console he going to say something about the cup holder attracts dirt. I told him it looks the same as it looked when I pulled up so now I’m done.. I’m going back to my old car wash where the service is cheaper and they clean my interior.

Went through the the car wash & it got stuck! Once it restarted my car came out with gunk & soap on it still ! Got a rewash and it was still soap stuck on my car! Not to mention after the first wash it damn near pulled my tags off the fromt of my car smh! Never going back not recommending to anybody!

I paid for ultimate service. They did great job on exterior and doors. My floor mats are clean. Im not sure if vacuuming of trunk is included with that service, but if it is, they didnt do it. They only cleaned rims and tire of one side of car, and I didnt notice until after I left. I called about the tires, and they put me on free wash list for when I go back.

I paid for the Full Service everything $37.00 and they didnt even bother to move the receipt I was told to leave on the dash when they wiped the dash off. They left a wide area around the receipt undusted. Also, they were supposed to vacuum seats, etc.. they didnt do the front passenger seat, because there were still crumbs left in the seams - there are two seams and they are leather seats, so I cant figure what they would have vacuumed there. they didnt touch the center console which maybe they dont, but it would have been nice if they would have passed the vacuum by there. I was feeling generous and gave the guy a $20 tip and I feel like a chump because I should have inspected first. Wont go back there again.

I hate to leave a negative review. But the car is always... not really clean. I feel like the kids that they higher to work there, instead of adults, is going to be downfall of this business. Adults have something to lose. Kids are just there to mess things up and have no customer service experience.We always have to send the car back. They always miss areas in the car. They do the worst job vacuuming. Horrible. Let me take off another star, from 3 to 2.I just moved here from Fort Washington and I use to take my car to Kleen Wave Auto Spa in Waldorf - they were consistently amazing.Maybe if the wash was like $20 for the membership, fine,, I wouldnt complain. But overall, Whip clean is not good. I hope I can find another carwash nearby with a monthly membership for both of my cars.

Membership cancelled! Bad customer service! This carwash RUINED my vehicle and the manager did not take responsibility, instead blamed the wear & tear on the time Ive had the vehicle or the amount of times I frequent this facility. Makes no sense to have a membership if youre going to state that frequent visits deteriorates the car. An apology wasnt even given but instead the manager was so quick to cancel my membership.Please refrain from the copy & paste BS apology and give us a call to discuss memo you post under every bad review.

Best car wash I have ever gone to! They have a little store that is supported by entrepreneurs you can browse while waiting. Prices are fair and they offer package deals for people who love their exterior being clean.

Cheap service. You get what you pay for. Cancelling my $55 vip membership. Good price but the quality of service is terrible. There are a lot of teenagers/young adults working there which is fine but they don’t seem to know how to properly clean and somewhat lazy. So many people use this car wash they often rush and miss spots when cleaning the interior. Sometimes they spray your car before you go through the car wash, sometimes they don’t. I recently had to send my car back for vacuuming twice in one visit. Today I thought my car looked good (after waiting an hour) but after I left I noticed crumbs in the crevices of my seats.

Great service and staff! They missed a few areas and quickly took it back in the bay to make sure our car was perfect.

I been coming business over a year but stop coming brief for about a month or two due to the pandemic. So today I rejoin and it was the worst decision every. First the greeting from the attendant and the wash 🧼- the boy only wash one side Did I mention I got the VIP treatment ($60). It look like they never vacuumed at all. I called up there and gave a fake answer ( yes they know who is calling because they have called I’d- that’s how long I been going there) offers me a free wash and derail Nope just cancel my membership and give me my money please and thank you. These young peoples today thank you don’t have to work and that things will be handed to them on their lap!

I took my 2020 Acura RDX here one afternoon and purchased the top option for full service interior/exterior wash. It was a busy day and expected to be there for a little while. No more than 5 minutes later their handing me my keys. I remember thinking “no possible way they finished that fast!” Real quick. If you wanna ask anybody about me they would tell you that I am not a picky person. As soon as I looked in the car, I could see footprints all over the seats and middle console. The floors had been vacuumed around the floor covers, and everything felt sticky. Like they had used a very old dirty rag. It smelled like mildew and looked only a little bit cleaner on the outside than when I brought it in. The young man noticed my concerned look and asked if everything was ok. My 8 year old son responded with, “Daddy, why are there dirty footprints all over?” “Did they clean it yet?!?” He wiped off the footprints and promptly walked over to the next exiting vehicle. I wrote an email to their customer support, (which I NEVER do) and didn’t receive a response. I’m pretty sure this is not the case for most experiences, but on this day, they did a piss poor job.

I like this place and their monthly membership & free vacuums are great. However they get so incredibly busy sometimes that I just turn around and leave. Probably going to cancel my membership because of that.

For the price. NOT that great. Paid for an Ultimate Full Service which includes interior and the windshield was not cleaned, neither was it cleaned around the gear shifter. Also they didnt vacuum the back seat. The Ultimate also includes tire shine which was not applied. We ended up going to CJ Car wash on Forestville and got the Ultimate from them for $15 less and all of their washes include exterior AND interior, which they did beautifully....as always.

I have been coming since they opened and services were good in the beginning but the last few months, I feel like the service has declined. I noticed the windows are not throughly cleaned and the inside including my seats are never vacuumed good. I have to go to self service and vacuum but I have the VIP membership and the service is not living up to my expectation. I will cancel today.

Came here today for my first wash. I chose the ultimate wash with the interior services. The staff were nice and my car was cleaner than it was when I arrived...but once I drove away I noticed my middle console wasn’t vacuumed(and I intentionally cleared it to make sure it got vacuumed). I continued to look around and there was an area under my seat that was not vacuumed as well. So then I go outside the car and notice many visible places were dirt was left behind. When I Wiped it, it came off...so clearly someone did a shoddy job of wiping the car down. I don’t think I will return to receive a low quality car wash for almost 40 dollars.

Paid $27 got home and looked at the rear one side was relative lull clean the other is pictured.

Whip Clean left my car looking great. The attention to detail was impeccable. I was referred to this location by one of their employees, Connor. I decided to take him up on his recommendation. Connor will take the time to put that extra care into cleaning you car, almost as if it were his own. The respect he had for me the whole time made the experience all the better. Will definitely be back! Keep this guy around!

The service is nice. Got my car clean. Because of time had to skip the full service this time but will get it next time. And right next door to CVS if you want a drink while your car gets a full wipe down.

I recently moved due to the pandemic . Ive been so busy and I haven’t had time to truly clean my car. When I tell you his place did more than a great job! Quentin brought my car out and did some great finishing touches. A very respectful and polite young man. I will definitely be coming back on a regular.

I was passing by and in need of a car wash, between the pollen and the birds, so I decided to stop. This was the fastest carwash Ive ever been to!! I was hesitant when I saw the long line but I was in and out in under 40 mins (there were at least 10 cars in front of me, not joking) with a full detail done (premium wash). If Im ever in the area again, I will definitely stop here.

I was referred to this location by of them employees, Connor, and was definitely not disappointed. It was my first time at this location but my car was definitely in need of a good clean which Connor went above and beyond to take care of. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on all of the services offered. Amazing customer service and overall a super pleasant experience. Will be coming back for sure!!!

I get my car washed here every week or so and I am always treated with friendliness and hospitality. One of their employees Connor has become a dear friends of mine as a result of their outstanding service. They provide alternative services such as waxing, dp, lap and rim jobs, as well as a free blowy after every deluxe car wash. If there are any other accommodations that you need, be sure to ask Connor and he will satisfy you to the best of his ability. I can always trust them to start my day right.

Paid for full service and you would think they would actually clean it- nope. I literally had to go to the self serve vacuum they had and redo whatever they called cleaning. Interior is a waste to pay for if i had to reclean it myself.

I would like to start this review off by saying that I’ve never received the type of customer service anywhere else than I did when I visited Whips. More specifically, there was a young man named Chris and he was absolutely professional. He cleaned my car to the T: It was spotless, shiny, and had a significantly less amount of scratches than it did when I arrived. I can go on and on about this young man because I absolutely loved his service. Whips has earned a loyal customer.

Last weekend i had the pleasure of stopping in at whip clean. as someone who does not traditionally frequent car washes, i was uncertain how this specific experience might turn out. any animosity i had towards this situation was quickly put to rest once i was greeted by the staff. their consummate professionalism provided me with a stress free time at their facility. one of the employees, connor (hope that was his name) really raised the bar and exceeded my expectations. it’s nice to see people take pride in their work and show that they actually care. 5 stars! will be returning.

Paid for the top wash because they said it would get my wheels clean, it didnt. Just pay for a middle of the road wash and its worth it.

I really tried with this car was, Ive been multiple times even have the VIP membership but every time I get a wash the interior cleaning is NEVER done right the first time, I always have to send it back because they dont vacuum the entire inside and or wipe down all hard surfaces

I was driving to the hospital with my wife as she had been 9 months pregnant with my daughter at the time... to make a long story short my wife’s water broke and it was a real mess all over my passenger seat but that was no challenge for one amazing employee named Connor... This car wash is only ok. The exterior job was great. They always miss spots in the inside but they always fix it. The line is long too but my kids love it.

Disappointed!Previously I gave Four Stars to this business. Shortly after opening I had the chance to meet the owner, great first meeting. I returned several times afterwards to clean my personal vehicles as well as a company vehicle, even approached the business about getting a company vehicle cleaning contract (an inquiry). Jumping forward to 2021, recently purchased a pristine used vehicle, one, that I inspected prior to purchase. A couple days after purchase brought the vehicle to Whip Clean...after the vehicle was brought through the wash rack ...I noticed scratches on the hood, very noticeable scratches. Brought it to the attention of the manager, who took pictures, my info and advised I would get a call in a couple days. A week later I get an email stating the scratches are not consistent. I called to discuss this further. I was told looking at the pictures its not consistent, and we have no responsibility for it. Car was only a few days old, I have a garage and the car had been parked since purchase. I asked about physically looking at it, I was told there was no need.I bought it from Carmax ...if I had issues with scratches why would I buy it or ask Carmax to handle it ..(me thinking).Not happy with the tone and response to this situation and will not return my business. Sad because it is conveniently located close to home and I wanted a monthly account. Ive advised my family who also live close and friends about my experience.A newer process for handling this type of situation may be in order.My money, your business...Disappointed.

Yesterday was my first day of carwash with them. They didnt vacuum anywhere in car, they didnt wash foot mats, they even didnt clean my front windshield 😡😡 I paid them monthly subscription but I so disappointed ☹️. There was no manager to watch those guys. They were cheating their job

I had a great experience and trust me if you’re hesitant on paying the price it’s a great investment! You definitely get your moneys worth. Quinten was very helpful . I’ve recommended a couple people to this wash and they loved it also.

I get the ultimate wash and there are 2 issues. First, the wash has not once in my 5 times of going rinsed all the soap off. I always end up with soap in various places around the car and on the mirror. Second, the back of my car is still pretty filthy after going through the wash which kind of defeats the point of paying $30+ for the service. Air drying is also not that great.

Didn’t know what to expect when coming into the wash, but thank god I did, was car was squeaky clean. Quentin brought it out to me whipped it down was very polite and I was on my way. Great job!

I had the opportunity of having my car cleaned by Pat and let me tell you, I have never seen my car this clean before. I was ready to cheat on my wife with my car she was looking so sexy. Great place with great service.

I have been to cheaper car wash facilities that cleaned better than the Bowie location. The rear lift gate was poorly washed. May have an equipment problem. I will try again to compare...

I purchased the Ultimate package and my car went through the mechanical wash area first, then went to the drying area where the workers there dry the car off with towels. When my car was done drying I immediately noticed scratches on the passenger side door that was in a repetitive motion which came from the hard brushing motion of the mechanical brushes in the automatic car wash area. I immediately notified the staff that my brand new car didnt have any scratch marks on the passenger door when I entered the car wash. One of the workers agreed and said yes I notice those marks when I was drying it and that it was usually the scratches was just in this one place. I immediately asked for the manager. The manager by the name of Bobby Ross came out and immediately said oh did you go shopping or somewhere else before you came here...because this looks like a shopping cart scratches. At that point I was highly insulted and felt disrespected as a customer because the manager immediately didnt take responsibility for what their machines did to my car. I then asked the manager if they have cameras showing before a car enters their mechanical washer and then after. He reluctantly said yes and then proceeded to allegedly go view the camera video. I say allegedly because I did not see him personally view anything on video. After he allegedly viewed the video he said I could not see anything because there was a glare. At that point, I said provide the name of your insurance company and my attorney will be in contact with you. He then stated he had to fill out a so called incident report. In which he did but stated the owners will contact me in 48 hrs. In short, the same Bobby Ross guy contacted me via email 48hrs later and stated the following... I could see how our machines caused the scratches because of glare on the video. In sum, this business tried to dodge their liability for causing the scratches. I emailed him back and said my attorney will handle it from here. In short, this business and their manager lacks integrity and character. Very shady in how their manager handled this. He could have easily did the right thing and just called their insurance company and have an independent adjuster come take a look at this. Very sad how some businesses treat their customers. I wont be back...and if anyone with an expense new or luxury goes here for a car wash...just know your car will definitely leave with scratches.

My friend mentioned this wash to me a couple of days ago and thank god he did. The service was good, the people were nice, my car was clean what more can you ask for. Quentin brought my car out to me, touched it up and it was perfect 10/10.

Car cleaning is decent but not worth a $40 membership per month. The quality is slightly above (emphasis on SLIGHTLY) regular drive thru car washes but it’ll come with a 30-40+ min wait.
