Kingsley at this location is beyond professional, courteous and exceeds the expectations in customer service. I have spoken with him on 2 separate occasions and he has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was preparing to complete a pickup through my insurance company. At the time there were no cars available but he gave me all the details for the earliest pickup and that there were expected returns for the morning pickup. Before the night ended he notified me by phone that a car was returned and I will be fine for pickup. After dropping off the vehicle I realized I left something important inside the car. He willingly promised to check for me and call me back. Kingsley did just that and let me know my item was found. It is not often in customer service to encounter those who really care to ensure customer satisfaction and I want ed to send kudos for an excellent experience!!!!

This rental spot used to be good but the way these people handled my fiancees recent reservation is absurd.I reserved her a full size car for a WEDDING event. Instead of accomodating her for full size or upgrading her for the unavailability you decided to downgrade it to a subcompactand gave her a filthy car which stank!Who knows what other sketchy things they do here. Ghetto way of handling it so unprofessional!

All I will say is that a reservation is more like a suggestion. I reserved a full size car over a month ahead of time because Im not a small guy and there was someone else that is taller than me riding. When I showed up to get my vehicle I was offered a small car and informed that they give out vehicles as people show up and that although you reserve a full size vehicle that does not mean you will get one. So what is the point of the reservation? Moving forward I am going to reserve luxury vehicles and ask for a Nissan Sentra when I show up.

I have always used Enterprise for over 10 years now. There have been countless problems dealing with the location in Crofton, although my last encounter with them did in fact go smoothly... When I knew I needed to get a rental immediately (last month) and did not have time for any slip-ups, I chose to use the Bowie location for the first time in my life. I was hoping it would not end up being a bad idea to choose a different location, other than what I was used to - but it was 100% the best idea. I wish I would have given up on the Crofton location years ago rather than giving them countless opportunities to make things right. Enterprise in Bowie probably doesnt even know what it means to make things right....because they legitimately operate the way they should, by the book, no if and or buts.That being said, I take full responsibility for choosing such horrible service for far too long. Had I gone straight to Enterprise of Bowie, I would have eliminated so much stress! If you need to choose a reliable rental location, do yourself a favor - just go here. Im glad I did... and I will definitely return the next time I need another rental vehicle.

Have a full lot of car and denied they have available

I was there in a desperate situation. I was on vacation and my car needed worked on. I called to set up a pickup. 1st I waited in line for 40 minutes. 2nd the price was higher than what they said. 3 they never mentioned a deposit and it was 300 on top of the car rental. (The 4 people in front of me also had the same problem with no one telling them about a deposit)

Overall experience was great as usual especially at that particular enterprise. Wad a bit thrown off with the.prices that have obviously went up substantially since the Covid started. Also.didnt have a wide variety of what I really.requested and was advised I couldnt use my free upgrade for the type.of vehicle I rented, guess I didnt read that in my upgrade detailsI would rate this buisness a 9 out of 10, and will be back.

When I went to pick up my rental it was fast and easy. I was helped right away and everything went smoothly.

Not even enuff 2 offer their complimentary drop off/pick up when I wasnt able 2 rent a vehicle because their system locks yo u out when declined! Regardless if funds are there & theres an issue on the banks behalf!

This was not the first that have used the Bowie Enterprise office. Each time I have been happy with their service. I scheduled a car pick up for 5:00PM on Friday 26th of July. They called me the day before to confirm my reservation. When I arrived at the the Bowie Enterprise office not only was my vehicle ready but I received an upgrade for free. The assistance was very helpful, quick, and polite. The establishment was well kept and everyone was wearing masks. I will continue to use their service.

The Enterprise agent was very helpful when making the reservation. On pickup, the front-desk person had me processed in less than 2 minutes and out the door to choose my rental. Drop-off was just as efficient as pickup. Ill use this (Bowie, MD) Enterprise again.

Wait was long due to covid, but the staff was courteous and professional one young lady in particular I dont know her name, a beautiful dark skin lady was the best. she performed under pressure and made sure everyone was taken care of in the midst of the long wait

Most employees are nice, but extremely slow. Recent rental (July 21st 4:30pm - August 4th 1:30pm) I was charged for 15 days instead of 14 because they said they count each day you have the vehicle, instead of 24 hour periods, for insurance rentals. Vacuumed vehicle before returning but was still charged $75 cleaning fee because employee said he smelled cigarette smoke (one of my employees smoked a cigarette the day before while waiting in the vehicle for me to get coffee). I will not use them again. Hertz has much better service and is usually very organized.

I picked the vehicle Ford Flex from the Bowie location. I was given was dirty inside and not washed on the outside. Half tank of gas. The tire pressure was low and all 4 tires needed air. I am in the rewards program but in order to redeem the points I must have 950 or above. There should be some other type reward like free satellite service, dollars off the total bill etc. I like enterprise but I probably will not go back to that location.

If I could give negative starts I would. I came to pick up my rental and processed towards the door, a representative ran out and told me to wait in the car because they were doing curbside pickup.There were other customers in the store. When I arrive at my destination a few hours later the engine light comes on the car. All of the facilities in the area are closed. I call Enterprise and I’m on hold for over an hour and when someone picked up they hung up. Now I’m afraid and stranded with a car that’s not working and no one to help. After using three phones and two hours later someone from roadside answers and jokes around about helping. He says he didn’t have a legit number for a facility, which is odd that a company would provide staff with wrong numbers. I’m stranded and ask for a vehicle to be sent, roadside says over and over i can’t make any promises that the vehicle will show. The vehicle never showed! I was without a car for a day. Never again will I rent from Enterprise again!!!!!

Reserved a standard class. When I got there I was downgraded to a intermediate car without any reduced price. The car I was given was the same one that someone dropped off while I was waiting to be helped. Employee said it was all they had even though the lot was full. It was not cleaned at all so much for theComplete Clean Pledge. The windshield wipers were in bad shape and when I hit a rain storm had to pull over because I could not see. The final cherry on top happened when I dropped the car off the employee said they discontinued shuttle service. That was odd because I saw someone get picked up after dropping off car when I was originally picking up car. As I was waiting for uber the sales man said he would try and find someone to take me. Overall very disappointed. I suggest going to the enterprise in Crofton or using Hertz.

Great attentative staff

My experience with enterprise is hit or miss. This most recent rental from the Bowie, MD. Location was very good. Lola the agent was very professional and efficient, she had me in a good car and driving in a short time. Compared to my previous rental from the DC airport in wash. where I was rented a BMW suv that was filled with pet hairs (yes, during a period when they are using more stringent cleaning protocols.)

I MADE THE RESERVATION IN THE MORNING WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A FORD FOCUS WHICH WAS FINE. ABSOLUTLY MADE MY DAY WHEN THEY GAVE ME A DODGE CHARGER.

Overall, the service was good. I would have given them 5 stars but there was dog hair in the back seat which should have been vacuumed. The initial sales person was polite and pleasant in my request for a vechicle. When I returned the vechicle and informed the car rental rep he apologized and provided a discount. Good customer service.

Staff seems not happy with their job. Always reluctant to provide me free car upgrade which I should be getting as Platinum member. Giving only one reason that cars are not available (when parking lot is overflowing), this happened 3-4 times already. Not coming to this place again ever. I never had this issue with other enterprise locations Crofton, Resistertown, Westminster. Improve your services!

Ive used this rental location a few times over the years because it is close to home. The staff has always been friendly and Im in and out quickly. It is a small shop with not a huge selection of vehicles especially on shorter notice, but they mostly have a good variety. They also have some limited weekend hours. Convenient and quick, not much else I could ask for.

Our family needed a rental car for our vacation. Enterprise provided us with a beautiful compact SUV. The process was quick and easy. The vehicle was clean, almost new, and made us want to run out and buy one. The charge was reasonable for what we got and the turn in process was also simple. Had to wait.. gave me the Altima but was trash in the middle console and under seats and didnt go around to inspect car but I am happy I rent all the time the only issue is that there are never any Altima or maxima available but I guess since the man wanted to get me in my altima he did his best 5 stars for him I told him I would get car washed because there was a line out front. This location is very conveniently located and the staff were courteous and helpful. I would’ve given a 5 star rating, had I been able to get through to a person at the location to let them know I’d be running behind to pick up my rental. This is a very busy location so I didn’t hold it against them that I couldn’t get through. My rental was clean and ready when I arrived. I recommend booking and paying online ahead, that way you can sign your documents and be on your way.

I had a great experience renting the vehicle with a smooth ride on my trip the customer service employees we so kind and helpful. From the time I picked up the truck in Bowie, MD I was so happy of the vehicle they gave me. My passengers we so happy when we rode to our location, and back. But on the way home we found that someone hit the truck from behind and didnt even leave a note, number nor anything placing all the blame on me. But Ahmed the manager was so kind when I return the vehicle helping me with my insurance company to get the truck repaired.

Before Ibeetired, I traveled extensively for my job. I always used Enterprise because of their clean cars and customer service. I found myself in need of a rental car, so of course, I contacted Enterprise in Bowie MD. As always, their customer service was excellent. It was once I entered the car that I found myself a bit surprised. While the car was clean for the most part, I found the windshield was peppered with splat bugs. And, the gas tank was just above 1/4 full. In the past, I always had a full tank. The car is very nice, but to be honest, I was a little disappointed by the buggy windshield (dead bugs were also evident on the front of the car as well as the hood. I was really disappointed by the lack of a full gas tank. May sound trivial, butt having always had a sparkling clean car and full tank from Enterprise before, I was as said, disappointed. I would have given 3 1/2 stars if I could, but had to go with 3. I hope this is not indicative of a falling standard from Enterprise.

Ive used rented cars from Enterprise for over 30 years. Theyre the best and prices are always reasonable. As usual staff were competent and helpful. The car was clean except for something on the passenger side windshield that didnt interfere with driving. Im sure they would have fixed this if Id asked, but I wanted to get on my way.Ironically, my insurance company wanted to set me up with a different rental company, which couldnt be bothered to answer the phone or call back. When I called Enterprise instead, service was immediate and competent.

So unorganized. Multiple people just standing outside waiting to get a car. What’s the point of an appointment time? Feel bad for my dad who has to just sit here and wait with me!

Enterprise is the best I refuse to rent anywhere else they always have a vehicle for me or they will find one for me, they make sure that Im comfortable in the vehicle that I choose especially since Im disabled I thank you Enterprise for taking good care of me while my vehicle were being repaired

One employee was in the process of renting a car to a lady and suddenly she stopped working to just carry on a conversation with the customer and having no concern of the people that where waiting for service. Hello Fellow Car Renters,I really enjoyed the Ford Explorer Limited I rented at the Bowie Maryland Enterprise location. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The car ran great, looked great and I got good fuel mileage. I extended my rental many times and that only took a fast, easy phone call. My only regret is that I wasnt informed that I couldve rented the vehicle for a month for Only $700.00 instead of the $2200.00 for the 3 weeks. Too bad that suggestion or offer was not made. I found out after I signed up for bonus points. When I turned in the vehicle I was told that I put almost 3,000 miles on the car, I did do a lot of driving. lol and I enjoyed the car and and even mentioned to an Enterprise Sales Agent that I would make a purchase but I couldnt in all honesty rent or purchase a vehicle from Enterprise again due to the withholding of information about renting for a month for $700.00. How could I possibly believe I would get a good deal now.......I wont be making Enterprise my choice again. Customers do your homework, dont expect rental agents to give you all the good deals.

I had a car accident in January and have had to drive a rental car. I have not yet purchased a car and I am not in a hurry because I get to experience the spectacular customer service that the people at Enterprise Bowie provide.

Was pleased with my rental. I picked up on a busy Monday but was greeted immediately and didnt have long to wait. The staff was friendly, helpful, and quick. After hours return was easy and processed promptly in the morning so I didnt have to wonder if everything was ok.

Id normally go to the locations nearest to me, but this one was suggested by my mom. Honestly, theres nothing wrong with the one closest to me, but the staff here took customer service to a whole new level.

I rented a car from Enterprise (specifically the Bowie location) and was blown away by this local offices customer service. Every representative was pleasant, every representative had a smile and greeting me, even if they werent waiting on me. I have rented from other locations and none, absolutely none compare to this office. I went as far as to ask for the managers name so that I can write a congratulatory letter on the outstanding professional courtesy they showed each client. The rental time was not long, the car was clean, the office was clean and professional looking. The car return was the same way. I can go on and on. I will make the Bowie office my rental location from now on. EXCELLENT!

Disappointed in the level of service that has been provided when renting a car from Enterprise. When I returned my car at the Bowie location, there was several people returning a car as well. I walked in and there was no sign in and/or organization as to who is the next person to be waited on. There was only one agent at the time and she was already helping a customer. Twenty minutes has passed, she is still the only agent and assisting the same customer.Im an Enterprise Plus member and I dont think Ill be renting with Enterprise anymore.

Was not pleased with their service. Did not get our senior upgrade. Did not get Sirius radio which we requested, and the car was noisy.

After messing up my rental for Friday night I got my rental on Saturday. Although this happened the staff at office friendly and very professional. Miss Hilary as always a delight to deal with. I will definitely use Enterprise again.
